A method for automatically eliminating redundant empty nests of a pre-encapsulation nest-removal, lamp inspection and nest-return all-in-one machine is characterized by comprising the following steps: the pre-encapsulation nest-removal lamp detection-nest-return all-in-one machine comprises an empty nest conveying belt (1) and a nest-removal mechanism (2) arranged at the feeding end of the empty nest conveying belt (1), wherein a discharge end of the empty nest conveying belt (1) is provided with an empty nest detection station (3), a nest taking plate station (4) and a nest taking box station (41) which are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction, a qualified product playback area (5) is arranged on the side of the nest taking plate station (4), a lamp detection mechanism (6) is arranged between the qualified product playback area (5) and the nest-removal mechanism (2), and the automatic unnecessary empty nest removing method of the pre-encapsulation nest-removal lamp detection-nest-return all-in-one machine comprises the following steps:
s1, nest box removing: judging whether an empty nest detection station (3), a nest taking plate station (4) and a nest taking box station (41) have empty nest boxes or not; judging the qualified product rate n; judging the number x of empty nest boxes of the empty nest conveyor belt (1) at the upstream of the empty nest detection station (3); judging whether a nest plate exists in the nest plate taking station (4); judging whether the qualified product playback area (5) has a nest plate; if no nest is detected in the station (3), the nest taking plate station (4) and the nest taking box station (41) have empty nest boxes, n is less than 100 percent, x is more than 1, and qualified products playback areas (5) have empty nest plates, the nest boxes on the nest taking box station (41) are removed;
s2, removing the nest plate: judging whether a nest plate exists in the nest plate taking station (4); judging whether the qualified product playback area (5) has a nest plate or not again; if the nest plates are arranged in the nest plate taking station (4) and the qualified product playback area (5), the nest plates in the nest box taking station (41) are removed.
2. The automatic unnecessary empty nest eliminating method for the pre-encapsulation nest removing-lamp detecting-returning all-in-one machine according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the step S1 includes the following substeps:
s11: judging whether an empty nest detection station (3), a nest taking plate station (4) and a nest taking box station (41) have empty nest boxes, if no empty nest box exists, supplementing the empty nest box, and if all the empty nest boxes exist, judging the qualified product rate n;
s12: if n is less than 100%, judging the number x of empty nest boxes of the empty nest conveyor belt (1) at the upstream of the empty nest detection station (3);
s13: if x is larger than 1, judging whether the qualified product playback area (5) has an empty nest plate, if not, transferring the empty nest plate on the nest taking plate station (4) to the qualified product playback area (5), and if so, rejecting the nest box on the nest taking plate station (4).

The automatic unnecessary empty nest removing method for the pre-potting nest removing-lamp detecting-returning all-in-one machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the step S11, it is determined whether there is an empty nest box in the nest plate taking station (4) and the nest box taking station (41), and if there is no empty nest box, the empty nest box is replenished, and it is determined whether there is an empty nest box in the empty nest detection station (3), and if there is no empty nest box, the empty nest box is replenished.
4. The automatic unnecessary empty nest removing method for the pre-potting nest removing-lamp detecting-returning all-in-one machine according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the step S2 includes the following substeps:
s21: judging whether a nest plate exists in the nest plate taking station (4), if not, waiting for the entrance of the nest plate on the empty nest detection station (3), and if so, judging whether a qualified product playback area (5) has a nest plate again;
s22: if no nest plate exists in the qualified product playback area (5), waiting for transferring the nest plate on the nest plate taking station (4) to the qualified product playback area (5), and if the nest plate exists in the qualified product playback area (5), removing the nest plate on the nest plate taking station (4).

The automatic unnecessary empty nest removing method for the pre-encapsulation nest removing-lamp detecting-returning all-in-one machine according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: the qualified product playback area (5) is provided with at least two qualified product transfer platforms (51).

The automatic unnecessary empty nest removing method for the pre-encapsulation nest removing-lamp detecting-returning all-in-one machine according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: a manipulator (7) is arranged between the qualified product playback area (5) and the empty nest conveying belt (1).

The automatic unnecessary empty nest removing method for the pre-encapsulation nest removing-lamp detecting-returning all-in-one machine according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: a nest box collecting mechanism (8) is arranged on the side of the nest box taking station (41).

The automatic unnecessary empty nest eliminating method for the pre-potting nest removing-lamp detecting-returning all-in-one machine according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the method comprises the following steps: a nest plate collecting mechanism (9) is arranged on the side of the nest plate taking station (4).
