Because the air pressure difference between the negative pressure air tank 7 and the inflated inflatable sealing strip is large, the air in the inflatable sealing strip is discharged quickly, the response time for opening the window glass 12 is short, and the experience feeling is good.
The initial pressure in the high-pressure gas tank 6 can be 0.6 +/-0.1 MPa, and the initial pressure in the negative-pressure gas tank 7 can be-0.2 +/-0.1 MPa; the check valve 9 can prevent the gas in the high-pressure gas tank 6 from flowing into the negative-pressure gas tank 7; when the air pressure in the high-pressure air tank 6 is smaller than the low threshold value, the vacuum pump 8 works to transfer the air in the negative-pressure air tank 7 into the high-pressure air tank 6, so that the air pressure in the high-pressure air tank 6 and the air pressure in the negative-pressure air tank are both in accordance with requirements, the preset value is related to the initial air pressure of the high-pressure air tank 6 and can be 80% of the initial air pressure of the high-pressure air tank 6, for example, when the initial air pressure in the high-pressure air tank 6 is 0.6MPa, the low threshold value of the air pressure in the high-pressure air tank 6 is 0.48MPa, and when the initial air pressure in the high-pressure air tank 6 is 0.5MPa, the low threshold value of the air pressure in the high-pressure air tank 6 is 0.40 MPa.
In this embodiment, the second cavity 42 and the third cavity 43 are symmetrical to each other, and the inflatable sealing tubes 44 embedded in the second cavity 42 and the third cavity 43 are also symmetrical to each other, so that after the window glass 12 is lifted to a certain position, the balance of forces applied to the inner side and the outer side of the window glass 12 can be ensured.
In the present embodiment, the abutting portion 45 is a groove recessed toward the first cavity 41, and the cross section of the groove is arc-shaped. The position that window glass 12 and recess contacted is the arc top of recess, and the recess has the guide effect to the deformation of supporting portion 45, guarantees to support and can wrap up window glass 12 behind 45 deformation.
In this embodiment, the position of the mounting framework 3 corresponding to the opening 31 is provided with the fillet guide portion 32, and the fillet guide portion 32 increases the size of the opening 31 in the extending direction of the window glass 12, that is, the opening 31 facing one side of the window glass 12 is larger, so that the window glass 12 can pass through the opening 31 conveniently.
In the present embodiment, the door 1 is provided with an inner trim 13 located inside the window glass 12 and an outer trim 14 located outside the window glass 12. The inner water cut 13 and the outer water cut 14 are located at the upper part of the vehicle door 1, and not only have sealing function, but also can provide support for the window glass 12, when the window glass 12 is lifted to a proper position, the inflated weather strip assembly 4 provides support for the periphery of the window glass 12, the inner water cut 13 and the outer water cut 14 provide support for the middle lower part of the window glass 12, and the lifting driver 11 provides support for the lower part of the window glass 12, so that the stability of the window glass 12 can be further ensured.
