Further, the outer door trim is provided with a sealing lip at an opening of the mounting groove, and the sealing lip is used for matching with the outer door panel.

As shown in fig. 1, in the door outer wiper 10 according to the present invention, a mounting groove 101, a functional tongue 11, an inner lip 12, and an inner boss 13 are disposed on the door outer wiper 10, the mounting groove 101 is matched with a seam allowance 211 (fig. 2) on a door outer panel 21, the inner lip 12 and the inner boss 13 are disposed on two opposite sidewalls in the mounting groove 101, that is, the inner lip 12 and the inner boss 13 are respectively disposed on two sides of the seam allowance 211, the door outer wiper 10 is clamped on the seam allowance 211 by the inner lip 12 and the inner boss 13, and both the inner lip 12 and the inner boss 13 are elastically deformed when being matched with the seam allowance 211, so as to increase a friction force with the seam allowance 211. The functional tongue piece 11 is used for interference fit with the window glass 30, and the functional tongue piece 11 is inclined toward the opening direction of the mounting groove 101, that is, the opening direction of the mounting groove 101 is upward in fig. 1, and the functional tongue piece 11 is inclined upward. The outer water cutter 10 of the car door is used for being installed below a car window and is integrally of a long strip-shaped structure.
In this embodiment, the door outer wiper 10 is provided with the sealing lip 14 at the opening of the mounting groove 101, the sealing lip 14 is used for the cooperation of the door outer panel 21, the sealing lip 14 inclines toward the mounting groove 101 side, and the sealing lip 14 can prevent water and dust from entering the interior of the door 20 (fig. 2), and simultaneously plays roles of insulating sound and increasing the connection strength between the door outer wiper 10 and the door outer panel 21.
In this embodiment, the functional tongue piece 11 includes a first functional tongue piece 111 and a second functional tongue piece 112, the first functional tongue piece 111 is located above the second functional tongue piece 112, the length of the first functional tongue piece 111 is longer than that of the second functional tongue piece 112, and the first functional tongue piece 111 and the second functional tongue piece 112 are elastically deformed when colliding with the window glass 30, so that the acting force of the functional tongue piece 11 colliding with the window glass 30 can be increased, and the window glass 30 can be cleaned conveniently.
Furthermore, a flange 111a is provided on the first functional tongue 111, and the flange 111a is folded toward one side of the mounting groove 101. When the first functional tongue piece 111 abuts against the window glass 30, the end of the flange 111a abuts against the sealing lip 14, and the flange 111a elastically deforms, so that the first functional tongue piece 111 is supported to a certain extent, and the acting force of the functional tongue piece 11 abutting against the window glass 30 is further increased.
Furthermore, the side of the functional tongue 11 that is engaged with the window glass 30 is provided with a velvet layer 16, that is, the side of the first functional tongue 111 and the second functional tongue 112 that are engaged with the window glass 30 is provided with a velvet layer 16, and the velvet layer 16 contacts with the surface of the window glass 30, so that the surface of the window glass 30 can be prevented from being scratched.
In this embodiment, the door trim 10 is provided with a metal framework 15, the metal framework 15 is used for increasing the strength of the door trim 10, the cross-sectional shape of the metal framework 15 is a U-shape, and the metal framework 15 is preferably made of stainless steel. The door trim 10 is made of rubber (EPDM) wrapped around the metal frame 15, wherein the functional tongue 11, the inside lip 12, the inside boss 13, and the sealing lip 14 are elastically deformable.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the present invention further provides a door 20, which includes a door outer panel 21, a door inner panel 22, a door inner panel 23, and the door outer trim 10. A gap 201 for mounting the door outer bead 10 and the window glass 30 is formed between the door outer panel 21 and the door inner panel 22, and the door outer panel 21 is provided with a rabbet 211 for mounting the door outer bead 10 at the gap 201, and the rabbet 211 extends toward the bottom of the door 20. The door trim panel 23 is installed on a side of the door inner panel 22 away from the door outer panel 21, and the door trim panel 23 is used for covering the door inner panel 22, so that the overall appearance of the door 20 is improved.
In this embodiment, the door 20 is further provided with a door outer panel reinforcing plate 24 and a door inner panel reinforcing plate 25, the door outer panel reinforcing plate 24 and the door outer panel 21 are welded at the seam allowance edge 211 by a fillet edge welding process, and the door outer panel reinforcing plate 24 is used for increasing the strength of the door outer panel 21. The door inner panel reinforcement 25 is welded to the door inner panel 22 by a smooth fillet process, and a weld 224 is formed at the weld, and the door inner panel reinforcement 25 serves to increase the strength of the door inner panel 22.
Further, the door inner panel 22 is provided with a door trim 223 at the gap 201, the door trim 223 is mounted on the welded edge 224, and the door trim 223 and the door trim 10 are respectively provided on both sides of the window glass 30. The door trim 223 has a tongue portion abutting against the window glass 30 and a lip portion abutting against the welding edge 224. for a more detailed description of the door trim 223, reference is made to the prior art and the description thereof is omitted.
In this embodiment, the door inner panel 22 is provided with a mounting hole 221 and a door module 222 that is fitted to the mounting hole 221. The installation hole 221 may facilitate the installation of the door trim 10 because the gap 201 formed between the door outer panel 21 and the door inner panel 22 is too narrow to facilitate the installation of the door trim 10, and the installation hole 221 may be designed to be larger than 480 × 520mm to satisfy the operation space of human hands. In the installation, a glass lifter is installed in the door 20, then a worker installs the door outer trim 10 through the installation hole 221, then the window glass 30, the door inner trim 223 and the door inner trim 23 are sequentially installed, and finally the door module 222 is installed on the installation hole 221 to seal the installation hole 221. The door module 222 is a plastic component, and can integrate functions of a vehicle window lifting system, inner handle fixing, speaker supporting and the like, and reduce the weight of the vehicle door.
The present invention also provides an automobile comprising a door 20 as described above.
In summary, in the present invention, the inside lip 12 and the inside boss 13 that engage with the door outer panel 21 are provided in the mounting groove 101 of the door outer wiper 10, and the functional tongue piece 11 is inclined toward the opening direction of the mounting groove 101, and the door 20 that engages with the door outer wiper 10 is designed, so that the door outer wiper 10 can be mounted inside the door outer panel 21, and the door outer wiper 10 can be hidden inside the door 10 by the door outer panel 21, thereby making the entire color of the door outer panel 21 the same and enhancing the appearance of the vehicle body. In addition, the mounting hole 221 is formed in the door inner panel 22, so that the door outer trim 10 can be conveniently mounted, and the mounting difficulty is reduced.
