技术领域

背景技术

根据另一个方面,一种用于鞋类制品的士多宝包括:基部层,其具有前足部分、中足部分和足跟部分;以及上层,其由覆盖基部层的顶表面的至少一部分的聚合物材料形成。上层在前足部分、中足部分和足跟部分中直接结合到基部层,而无需使用任何紧固构件。
根据又一个方面,一种用于鞋类制品的士多宝包括:基部层,其具有前足部分、中足部分和足跟部分;以及上层,其由覆盖基部层的顶表面的至少一部分的聚合物材料形成,使得基部层的顶表面的另一个部分围绕基部层的整个外周暴露。上层在前足部分、中足部分和足跟部分中直接结合到基部层,而无需使用任何紧固构件。
通过提供由基部层和直接结合到基部层的聚合物材料形成的士多宝,可以形成没有粘合剂的士多宝,从而减少制造时间和成本。鉴于本发明的以下公开内容和某些示例性实施例的详细描述,这些和附加的特征和优点对于本领域技术人员而言将是显而易见的,即,那些在本技术领域中具有知识或经验的人。
在图1-图2中描绘了用于鞋类制品的士多宝10。应当了解,士多宝10可以用于包括士多宝的任何类型的鞋类制品。士多宝10可以围绕其外周边缘固定到鞋类制品的鞋面,从而为鞋面提供底部。士多宝10可以通过缝合或任何其他合适的紧固方式固定到鞋面。中底可以固定到士多宝10的底表面,并且外底可以固定到中底的底表面以完成鞋类制品。在此没有示出鞋面、中底和外底,因为本领域技术人员熟知如何将鞋面固定到中底以及如何将外底固定到中底,因此,这样的附图对于理解本发明不是必需的。
如图2所示,士多宝10包括基部层12和上层14。基部层12可以由非织造聚合物形成。在某些实施例中,聚合物材料是聚酯。应当了解,其他聚合物材料可以用于形成基部层12,例如包括尼龙、TPU和棉。
上层14可以由聚合物材料形成。在某些实施例中,聚合物材料是聚氨酯。应当了解,其他聚合物材料可以用于形成上层14,例如包括硅树脂、泡沫橡胶和发泡橡胶。
如图2所示,上层14的上外边缘可以是弯曲的而不是具有尖锐的角部,以便为穿戴者提供更多的舒适性。上外边缘可以形成有半径R。在某些实施例中,半径R的范围可以在约3.5mm与约3.8mm之间。
在某些实施例中,基部层12的宽度W可以在约10mm与约15mm之间。基部层12的厚度T可以在约0.8mm与约1.0mm之间。上层14的厚度H可以在约3.5mm与约3.8mm之间。基部层12的上表面15可以具有被上层14覆盖的第一部分15A和未被上层14覆盖的第二部分15B,因此该第二部分是暴露的。第二部分15B围绕基部层12的整个外周边界延伸并且限定外周凸缘,该外周凸缘可以用于以已知的方式,例如通过缝合,将士多宝10固定到鞋类制品的鞋面。第一部分15A的宽度F可以在约5mm与约9mm之间。第二部分15B的宽度V可以在约4mm与约6mm之间。
如图3所示,基部层12可以是限定中心孔16的环的形状。在所示出的实施例中,基部层12可以由第一件12A和第二件12B形成。应当了解,在其他实施例中,基部层12可以由单件材料形成。
第一件12A和第二件12B可以简单地以邻接关系定位在一起以形成环形基部层11。在其他实施例中,如图4所示,第一件12A和第二件12B可以例如通过缝合17彼此固定。
现在将描述形成士多宝10的方法。基部层12定位于模具组件20的第一模具部分18中。为了将基部层12保持在模具组件20内的适当位置,第一模具部分18可以包括接合基部层12的底表面24的一个或多个凸起22。在所示出的实施例中,围绕第一模具部分18设置多个凸起,以便围绕其环形接合基部层12。凸起22可以是销钉、线、平头钉或任何其他合适的凸起,其从第一模具部分18的表面向外延伸且用于接合基部层12的底表面24且帮助将基部层12保持在模具组件20内的适当位置。
然后将模具组件20的第二模具部分26定位于第一模具部分18的顶部上,使得围绕基部层12的整个外周边界的该基部层的顶表面15的第二部分15B被第二模具部分26覆盖。第二模具部分26包括定位于第一模具部分18的中心孔16上方的中心孔28。凹部30可以形成在中心孔28的最下边缘处。凹部30可以是弯曲的,以便形成具有半径R的上层14的弯曲的上外边缘。
然后将聚合物材料32设置在中心孔16和中心孔28内以形成上层14。上层14延伸到凹部18中,使得上层覆盖基部层12的第一部分15A。
应当了解,在某些实施例中,聚合物材料32被浇注到中心孔16和中心孔28中。如上所述,聚合物材料32可以是聚氨酯。
然后将第三模具部分34定位于第二部分26上方并与其接触,从而覆盖中心孔28和聚合物材料32。然后对模具组件20进行加热,使得聚合物材料32直接结合到基部层12的上表面15的第一部分15A,形成如图2所示的包括基部层12和上层14的士多宝10。
通过将上层14直接结合到基部层12,可以用更少的部件、更少的制造步骤和更低的成本来制造士多宝10。因此,士多宝10没有任何紧固件,例如粘合剂、缝合或任何其他单独的紧固构件来将上层14固定到基部层12。
模具组件20可以在约40℃与约55℃之间的温度下保持约3分钟与约6分钟之间的时间间隔。模具组件20可以经受正常的大气压。
可以将脱模剂施加到模具组件20的暴露表面上,以便于在形成士多宝10之后将上层14从模具组件20分离。脱模剂可以是喷雾脱模剂或任何其他合适的脱模剂。用于脱模剂的合适材料包括例如硅氧烷和水。鉴于本公开的益处,其他合适的脱模剂对于本领域技术人员将变得显而易见。
士多宝10的另一个实施例见图9,其中基部层12不包括中心孔。相反,基部层12在上层14的整个底表面下方延伸。可以将聚合物材料横跨设置在士多宝的顶表面的至少一部分上,聚合物材料形成上层14。上层在前足部分、中足部分和足跟部分中的每一者中直接结合到基部层12,而无需使用任何紧固构件。根据图9所示的例子,基部层12的顶表面的一部分围绕士多宝的整个外周保持暴露。
根据图10所示的结构配置士多宝10的另一个实施例,其中可以看出,上层14覆盖基部层的整个上表面,完全延伸到基部层12的外周边缘并与基部层12的外周边缘共同延伸,而没有暴露基部层12的顶表面。

1.一种用于鞋类制品的士多宝,其包括:
基部层,其具有前足部分、中足部分和足跟部分;以及
上层,其由覆盖所述基部层的顶表面的至少一部分的聚合物材料形成;
其中,所述上层在所述前足部分、所述中足部分和所述足跟部分中的每一者中直接结合到所述基部层,而无需使用任何紧固构件。
2.根据条款1所述的士多宝,其中,所述基部层为环的形式,所述环具有延伸穿过所述环的中心孔。
3.根据条款1所述的士多宝,其中,所述聚合物材料是聚氨酯。
4.根据条款1所述的士多宝,其中,所述基部层由非织造聚合物形成。
5.根据条款4所述的士多宝,其中,所述聚合物是聚酯。
6.根据条款1所述的士多宝,其中,所述基部层的所述顶表面的另一个部分围绕所述基部层的整个外周保持暴露。
7.根据条款1所述的士多宝,其中,所述上层覆盖所述基部层的整个所述顶表面,所述上层完全延伸到所述基部层的外周边缘并与所述基部层的外周边缘共同延伸。
8.一种形成士多宝的方法,其包括:
将基部层定位于第一模具部分上,所述基部层具有延伸穿过所述基部层的第一中心孔;
将第二模具部分定位成与所述基部层接触,使得围绕所述基部层的整个外周边界的所述基部层的顶表面的一部分被所述第二模具部分覆盖,所述第二模具部分具有延伸穿过所述第二模具部分的第二中心孔;
将聚合物材料设置到所述第一中心孔和所述第二中心孔中,使得所述聚合物材料覆盖未被所述第二模具部分覆盖的所述基部层的所述顶表面的部分;
将第三模具部分定位成与所述第二模具部分接触;以及
对所述聚合物材料和所述基部层进行加热,使得所述聚合物材料直接结合到所述基部层。
9.根据条款8所述的方法,其中,所述聚合物材料是聚氨酯。
10.根据条款8所述的方法,其中,所述设置步骤通过浇注所述聚合物材料来执行。
11.根据条款8所述的方法,其中,所述聚合物材料的厚度为约3.8mm。
12.根据条款8所述的方法,其中,所述基部层的厚度为约1mm。
13.根据条款8所述的方法,其中,所述基部层的被所述第二模具部分覆盖的部分限定宽度为约4mm与约6mm之间的外周凸缘。
14.根据条款13所述的方法,其中,所述基部层的被所述聚合物材料覆盖的部分的宽度为约6mm与约9mm之间。
15.根据条款13所述的方法,其中,所述基部层由两个单独的件形成。
16.根据条款15所述的方法,其中,在将所述基部层定位于所述第一模具部分上之前,将所述基部层的所述件彼此固定。
17.根据条款8所述的方法,其中,所述第一模具部分包括从所述第一模具部分的顶表面向上延伸的多个凸起,当所述基部层定位于所述第一模具部分上时,所述基部层与所述凸起接合。
18.一种形成士多宝的方法,其包括:
将基部层定位于第一模具部分上,所述基部层包括第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分和所述第二部分一起形成环,所述环具有延伸穿过所述环的中心孔,多个凸起从所述第一模具部分的所述顶表面向上延伸,当所述基部层定位于所述第一模具部分上时,所述基部层与所述凸起接合;
将第二模具部分定位成与所述基部层接触,使得围绕所述第一部分和所述第二部分的整个外周边界的所述第一部分和所述第二部分的顶表面的一部分被所述第二模具部分覆盖,所述第二模具部分具有延伸穿过所述第二模具部分的第二中心孔;
将聚氨酯浇注到所述第一中心孔和所述第二中心孔中,使得所述聚氨酯填充所述第一中心孔和所述第二中心孔且覆盖未被所述第二模具部分覆盖的所述基部层的所述第一部分和所述第二部分的所述顶表面的部分;以及
对所述聚合物材料和第一基部层部分和第二基部层部分进行加热,使得所述聚合物材料直接结合到所述第一基部层部分和所述第二基部层部分。
19.根据条款8或18中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述基部层由非织造聚合物形成。
20.根据条款19所述的方法,其中,所述聚合物是聚酯。
21.根据条款18所述的方法,其中,所述聚合物材料的厚度为约3.8mm。
22.根据条款18所述的方法,其中,所述基部层的厚度为约1mm。
23.根据条款18所述的方法,其中,所述基部层的被所述第二模具部分覆盖的所述第一部分和所述第二部分的所述顶表面的部分限定宽度为约4mm与约6mm之间的的外周凸缘区域。
24.根据条款18所述的方法,其中,所述基部层的所述第一部分和所述第二部分在定位于所述第一模具部分上之前彼此固定。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于鞋类制品的士多宝,包括:
基部层,其具有顶表面、前足部分、中足部分和足跟部分;以及
上层,其由聚合物材料形成,所述上层具有底表面和外边界;
其中,所述底表面的邻近所述外边界的部分在所述前足部分、所述中足部分和所述足跟部分中直接结合到所述顶表面的区域;
其中,所述顶表面的区域延伸到所述外边界的外部;
其中,所述上层的上外边缘是弧形的且没有尖锐的角部;并且
其中,所述上层的所述底表面的至少一部分与所述基部层的底表面齐平。
2.根据权利要求1所述的士多宝,其中,所述上层直接结合到所述基部层,而无需粘合剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的士多宝,其中,所述上层和所述基部层没有将所述上层固定到所述基部层的缝合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的士多宝,其中,所述上层和所述基部层没有将所述上层固定到所述基部层的单独的紧固构件。
5.根据权利要求1所述的士多宝,其中,所述基部层为单件环的形式,所述单件环具有延伸穿过所述单件环的中心孔。
6.根据权利要求1所述的士多宝,其中,所述基部层包括形成所述基部层的内侧面的第一件和形成所述基部层的外侧面的第二件。
7.根据权利要求1所述的士多宝,其中,所述基部层由包括聚酯、尼龙、热塑性聚氨酯或棉的材料形成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的士多宝,其中,所述聚合物材料包括聚氨酯、硅树脂、泡沫橡胶或发泡橡胶。
