Abstract
本申请提供了一种传输信息的方法和装置,通过终端设备向辅基站上报第一辅助信息,和/或向主基站上报第二辅助信息,在基站为终端设备配置参数的过程中,主基站和辅基站可以各自根据各自的辅助信息为终端设备配置参数,而相互之间不需要协调;或者主基站根据终端设备上报的辅助信息,协调主基站和辅基站的配置,为终端设备配置参数。该方法可以应用于终端设备发生过热问题时,基站可以为终端设备配置新的通信参数,以有效解决终端设备的过热问题;或者,应用于终端设备功耗较大需要降低终端设备的功耗时,基站可以根据该功耗辅助信息,为终端设备配置新的通信参数,以降低终端设备的功耗。
