Claims (12)

a vertical track;
the lifting frame is connected to the vertical rail in a sliding mode and comprises a horizontal moving rail;
the battery exchange device is connected to the horizontal moving track and can translate along the horizontal moving track;
the lifting component is in driving connection with the lifting rack and drives the lifting rack to lift along the vertical track.
2. The integral lifting type battery replacing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a vertical rail groove is formed on the vertical rail;
the roller wheels are connected to the lifting frame and contained in the vertical rail grooves, and the roller wheels can roll along the vertical rail grooves.

The integral lifting type battery replacing device according to claim 2, wherein the integral lifting type battery replacing device comprises a battery fixing seat, the lifting frame comprises a front support arranged at the front part of the battery fixing seat and a rear support arranged at the rear part of the battery fixing seat, the horizontal moving rail is respectively connected with the front support and the rear support, the front support, the rear support and the horizontal moving rail enclose a battery accommodating area, and rollers are arranged on the front support and the rear support.

The integral lifting type battery replacement device according to claim 3, wherein the front support comprises two front upright columns, a front beam is connected between the two front upright columns, the rear support comprises two rear upright columns, and a rear beam is connected between the two rear upright columns;
and the front upright post and the rear upright post are both provided with rollers.

The integral lifting type battery replacing device as claimed in claim 4, wherein corresponding lifting components are respectively arranged corresponding to the front upright columns and the rear upright columns, one end of each lifting component is connected with the battery fixing seat, the other end of each lifting component is in transmission connection with the corresponding front upright column or the corresponding rear upright column, and each lifting component is lifted synchronously.
6. The integrated lifting type battery replacing device according to claim 1, wherein the battery exchanging device comprises:
the movable rack assembly is connected to the horizontal moving track and can translate along the horizontal moving track, and the movable rack assembly is provided with a movable rack track extending along the width direction of the battery fixing seat;
the telescopic arm assembly is movably connected to the moving frame rail and is provided with a telescopic arm rail extending along the width direction of the chassis;
the trolley assembly is movably connected to the telescopic arm track and is provided with a lifting rope and a lifting device connected with the lifting rope;
and the gripping device is connected with the lifting rope.

The integral lifting type battery replacing device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the horizontal moving rail is provided with a first rolling groove along a length direction, the moving frame assembly comprises two moving frame rails and two connecting plates, the two connecting plates are respectively arranged at two ends of the two moving frame rails, a moving frame traveling wheel and a driving device are arranged on the connecting plates, the driving device is in transmission connection with the moving frame traveling wheel, and the moving frame traveling wheel is arranged in the first rolling groove.

The integral lifting type battery replacing device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the moving frame rail is provided with a second rolling groove, the telescopic arm assembly comprises two telescopic arm rails, the two telescopic arm rails are provided with an upper extending plate, a telescopic arm traveling wheel is arranged on the upper extending plate, the telescopic arm traveling wheel is connected in the second rolling groove, and a telescopic arm oil cylinder is connected between the telescopic arm assembly and the moving frame assembly.

The integral lifting type battery replacement device according to claim 8, wherein a third rolling groove is formed in the telescopic arm track, the trolley assembly comprises a trolley body, a trolley traveling wheel and a trolley oil cylinder, the lifting device is arranged on the trolley body, the trolley traveling wheel is accommodated in the third rolling groove, and the trolley oil cylinder is connected with the telescopic arm assembly.

The integral lifting type battery replacing device according to claim 1, wherein a lifting appliance rotating lifting hook and a driving mechanism in transmission connection with the lifting appliance rotating lifting hook are arranged on the grabbing device, and the driving mechanism drives the lifting appliance rotating lifting hook to rotate so as to clamp or release a battery.

The integral lifting type battery replacing device as claimed in claim 6, wherein a guide shaft is arranged at the top of the gripping device, a lifting appliance guide plate is arranged at the bottom of the gripping device, and the trolley assembly is provided with a guide sleeve which is in plug fit with the guide shaft.
12. A battery exchange cart comprising a chassis and an integral lift-type battery swapping device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 11, the integral lift-type battery swapping device being disposed on the chassis.
