本发明公开了一种用于处理放射性污染物的改性生物质基复合吸附材料及其制备方法,以海藻酸钠(SA)为载体,用3‑氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)对其改性后,再用MOF‑5进行负载,合成A‑SA/MOF‑5复合吸附材料。该合成方法简单,反应条件温和,反应过程绿色可控,制得的A‑SA/MOF‑5复合吸附材料能高效处理含铀放射性废水,具有原材料来源广泛、合成简单、成本低廉、处理效率高、选择性较好和循环使用效率高等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于吸附材料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种用于处理放射性污染物的改性生物质基复合吸附材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会工业化的发展,人类对电能的需求量日益增加,传统发电技术需要消耗大量的煤炭和石油等不可再生能源,且发电过程中带来生态环境污染及全球变暖等问题。核能具有效率高、无温室气体排放等优点,作为新型洁净能源已被广泛关注。在核能迅速发展的同时,由于铀矿的开采和核燃料循环过程中会产生放射性和毒性废料、废液,对于人类的身体健康和生命安全潜藏巨大的危害。
含铀废水主要具有以下几种特征:(1)铀是半衰期长的天然放射性元素,因此含铀废水属于低放射性废水;(2)含铀废水成分复杂,种类繁多,含有大量的铀、镭等重金属放射性元素以及其他有毒有害化学物质;(3)废水中铀主要是以U(Ⅳ)和U(Ⅵ)两种价态形式及其他金属化合物或氧化物共存,其中U(Ⅳ)易于去除,因为其能与无机碳形成稳定的络合物而沉淀;而U(Ⅵ)通常以铀酰离子(UO2 2+)的形式存在,UO2 2+可溶性较好,不容易去除。目前,国内外对含铀废水的处理方法主要有化学法、物理法、生物法等。通过大量研究对比表明吸附技术具有操作方便、成本低廉、处理效率高和选择性好等优点被认为是从溶液中去除放射性铀元素最有前途的方法之一。大部分有机高分子材料由于表面带有大量官能团,而大部分官能团又易与重金属发生络合反应于废水中分离出来从而达到水质净化的目的,因此有机高分子在重金属污染处理的应用常有报道。此外金属有机框架(MOFs)作为一类经典的多孔材料,因其具有高的比表面积、可调的孔径和形状可控的功能特性也在吸附方面有着优越的性能。基于此,本发明以海藻酸钠为基体,再用3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷进行硅烷偶联提升其附着力,最后利用原位合成的方法将MOF-5原材料加入到硅烷改性的海藻酸钠中,通过充分加热搅拌的方式进行负载,由此制备A-SA/MOF-5复合材料。利用此材料进行相关吸附性能实验,探究出最优吸附条件,为高效去除铀污染奠定充分基础。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于处理放射性污染物的改性生物质基复合吸附材料及其制备方法,制得的A-SA/MOF-5复合吸附材料能高效处理含铀放射性废水,具有原材料来源广泛、合成简单、成本低廉、处理效率高、选择性较好和循环使用效率高等优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种改性生物质基复合吸附材料为A-SA/MOF-5复合材料。
以海藻酸钠为载体,3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷为改性剂,采用原位合成法负载MOF-5得到所述的A-SA/MOF-5复合材料;包括以下步骤:
(1)将海藻酸钠、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和超纯水混合,搅拌1 h,得到溶液A;
(2)将3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺混合,搅拌1 h,得到溶液B;
(3)将溶液B倒入溶液A中,搅拌5 h;
(4)用乙醇洗涤三次,离心,真空冷冻干燥,得到改性SA固体粉末;
(5)将改性SA、六水合硝酸锌和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺混合,搅拌30 min,得到溶液C;
(6)将对苯二甲酸、三乙胺和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺混合,搅拌30 min,得到溶液D;
(7)将溶液C和溶液D混合,搅拌1 h;
(8)用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺洗涤,离心,真空冷冻干燥,得到A-SA/MOF-5复合材料。
步骤(4)中离心转速为8000 r/min,离心时间为5 min,冷冻干燥时长为12 h。
步骤(8)中离心转速为8000 r/min,离心时间为3 min,冷冻干燥时长为10 h。
所述的改性生物质基复合吸附材料应用于处理放射性污染物。具体地,A-SA/MOF-5复合材料用于处理含铀放射性废水。
原理:海藻酸钠表面带有许多-OH和-COOH,而废水中的UO2 2+易与这些键作用吸附在海藻酸钠表面形成稳定的U-O键;而MOF-5是以Zn元素为核心的一种MOF材料,拥有巨大表面积且孔径、形状可控,其中心元素Zn2+在水中氢氧化后易与UO2 2+作用形成Zn-O基团,使UO2 2+结合在材料表面,从废水中分离出来。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)采用了设备简单、操作步骤简便、绿色环保、反应条件易控的原位合成方法作为吸附剂的制备工艺,制得的吸附材料不仅表现出较高比表面积、可调的孔径和形状可控等功能特性,还具有操作便捷、成本低廉、处理效率高、选择性好和循环使用效率高等优点。
(2)本发明制得的改性生物质基复合材料和商用活性炭对比,前者具有相近甚至更为高效的去除效率,而对污染物的选择性去除和成本方面都普遍优于商用活性炭。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明所述的内容更加便于理解,下面结合具体实施方式对本发明所述的技术方案做进一步的说明,但是本发明不仅限于此。
实施例1:
本发明提供的简单的原位合成法制备工艺合成A-SA/MOF-5吸附剂的方法,步骤如下:
(1)将1.5 g海藻酸钠、50 mL N,N-二甲基甲酰胺与5 mL超纯水充分混合作为溶液A;
(2)将1.75 mL 3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、60 mL N,N-二甲基甲酰胺充分混合作为溶液B;
(3)各自搅拌1 h后,再将B溶液倒入A溶液中继续充分混合搅拌5 h;
(4)用乙醇洗涤三次,真空冷冻干燥后即得到改性SA固体粉末;
(5)将0.2 g改性SA、0.4 g六水合硝酸锌同时分散在20 mL N,N-二甲基甲酰胺混合溶液中搅拌30 min;
(6)另外将0.12 g对苯二甲酸分散在1.0 mL三乙胺和20 mL N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的混合溶液中搅拌30 min;
(7)再将前面两混合溶液充分混合在一起继续充分搅拌1 h;
(8)最后用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺洗涤,离心、收集固体在真空冷冻干燥过后即可得到A-SA/MOF-5复合材料。
对本实施例获得的A-SA/MOF-5吸附材料,通过X-射线光电子能谱仪、扫描电子显微镜傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和X射线衍射(XRD)进行一系列的物理表征。
图1为 SA、MOF-5、A-SA/MOF-5的XRD谱图。MOF-5谱图与文献报道基本一致,在8.46°、16.51°、25.86°、29.91°等位置有主要特征峰出现,表明MOF-5制备成功;SA衍射图谱对照PDF标准卡片进行对比分析,在2θ=21.86°的附近有出现其特征衍射峰。而合成的A-SA/MOF-5复合材料同样进行XRD衍射表征,通过对比分析可以发现A-SA/MOF-5的衍射图谱同时具有SA和MOF-5的特征衍射峰,足以说明A-SA/MOF-5复合材料的成功制备。通过对吸附前后A-SA/MOF-5材料进行XRD衍射表征分析对比,可以发现A-SA/MOF-5在吸附后MOF-5的大部分主要特征峰大大减弱或消失,从中可以推断A-SA/MOF-5材料表面MOF-5中的某些基团可能与UO2 2+发生反应。
图2中(a)、(b)、(c)和(d)为A-SA/MOF-5不同单位尺寸的超高分辨场发射电镜图。图(a)和图(b)的1 μm和3 μm单位尺寸的电镜图中可看出A-SA/MOF-5材料表面粗糙,这与A-SA/MOF-5的XRD衍射图中出现毛糙的特征峰现象相对应;再结合图(c)和图(d)的5 μm和10μm单位尺寸的电镜图中,进一步可以看出制备的A-SA/MOF-5存在局部团聚现象,且粒子为层状堆叠结构。结合A-SA/MOF-5的结构和粗糙表面,表明该材料可能存在较大的比表面积。
图3是改性前后SA以及吸附前后A-SA/MOF-5的FT-IR图。对SA改性前后FT-IR对比,如图(a)可知改性前的SA在3241 cm-1处有多聚羟基吸收峰,说明SA表面含有大量羟基,且在2930 cm-1、1594cm-1、1393cm-1、1020cm-1等位置附近分别出现C-H键的反对称伸缩振动峰、C=O键的伸缩振动峰、羧基类-OH键的面内弯曲振动峰以及醇类C-O键的伸缩振动峰,说明SA表面含有大量醇羟基和羧基键。而在改性后的SA在1631 cm-1,1200 cm-1,691 cm-1,处产生新的吸收峰。1200 cm-1处是C-O-C键的伸缩振动峰,1631 cm-1、691 cm-1处分别是-NH键的面内弯曲和-NH键的面外弯曲伸缩振动峰,表明SA表面成功修饰上了胺基,因此可以说明硅烷偶联剂对其改性成功。而如图(a)所示,吸附前的A-SA/MOF-5在1651 cm-1、821 cm-1、741 cm-1附近出现的峰分别为苯环中C=C键以及C-H键产生的特征峰,且原本在3241 cm-1、1631cm-1、1594 cm-1附近处的峰产生移动,说明A-SA/MOF-5可能制备成功;而吸附后的A-SA/MOF-5在1651 cm-1和1510 cm-1位置的C=C键和-NH键伸缩振动峰已消失,说明胺基可能与UO2 2+发生反应产生吸附效果;且1588 cm-1、1388cm-1以及687 cm-1位置的羧基类C=O键伸缩振动峰以及它的-OH面内弯曲振动峰、-NH键的面外弯曲伸缩振动峰都发生一定偏移,进一步说明羧基和胺基可能参与了吸附。
图4是使用光电子能谱(XPS)探究A-SA/MOF-5表面元素的价态分布及其元素组成状态。其中图(a)至图(d)分别为C元素、N元素、O元素和Zn元素的高分辨图,图(e)为吸附前后A-SA/MOF-5的全谱图。可以看出A-SA/MOF-5表面的元素主要为四种(C,N,O,Zn),并标注出其相对应的结合能,这与FT-IR分析结果一致,进一步表明了A-SA/MOF-5的制备成功,其中C元素的出现可能主要是吸附了空气中的CO2以及在制备吸附剂过程中对苯二甲酸等一些有机物的残余。从图(d)的XPS曲线可以得到,A-SA/MOF-5材料中Zn主要存在的化合价形式与MOF-5中存在情况一致,即Zn元素主要以正二价形式存在;从图(e)中对吸附前后A-SA/MOF-5的全谱图进行对比,可以明显看出在吸附后A-SA/MOF-5在结合能380 eV附近出现U4f的特征峰,因此可以充分说明溶液中的铀酰离子被吸附在A-SA/MOF-5材料表面。
实施例2:
本实施例展示一种由复合材料A-SA/MOF-5为吸附剂处理含铀废水中UO2 2+的吸附性能研究。
本发明使用A-SA/MOF-5作为吸附剂,UO2 2+作为吸附对象,探究复合材料中载体与负载物的不同质量配比、吸附剂投加量、初始pH、共存离子影响、循环使用率、吸附温度和UO2 2+初始浓度等对UO2 2+吸附性能影响以及影响规律,进行吸附等温线模型和吸附动力学模型拟合,探究出最优吸附条件,为高效去除铀污染奠定充分基础。
(1)取4个锥形瓶,分别称取25 mg改性前后的SA、MOF-5、质量配比为1:1的A-SA/MOF-5加入到50 mL未调pH、浓度为10 mg/L的UO2 2+溶液中,在30℃恒温水浴振荡器下振荡吸附2 h来探究SA改性前后和负载后对UO2 2+的吸附性能变化。
吸附率:η = (Ce - C0) / Ce× 100 吸附容量:Q e = (Ce - C0) × V / X
(2)取5个锥形瓶,各量取50 mL未调pH、浓度为10 mg/L的UO2 2+溶液置于其中,然后再分别称取5份25 mg不同质量配比的A-SA/MOF-5放入盛有铀酰离子溶液的锥形瓶中,在30℃恒温水浴振荡器中振荡吸附2 h来探究改性SA与Zn(NO3)2·6H2O质量比对UO2 2+的吸附影响。
(3)取7个锥形瓶,各量取50 mL未调pH、浓度为10 mg/L的UO2 2+溶液置于其中,分别称取7份不同质量,但质量配比为1:2的A-SA/MOF-5放入盛有铀酰离子溶液的锥形瓶中,在30℃恒温水浴振荡器中振荡吸附2 h来探究A-SA/MOF-5投加量对UO2 2+的吸附影响。
(4)量取10份50 mL浓度为10 mg/L的UO2 2+溶液分别放入不同锥形瓶中,用0.1 M的NaOH溶液或4.6 wt%的HNO3溶液将初始溶液调至不同pH值,均加入25 mg质量配比为1:2的A-SA/MOF-5,在30℃恒温振荡吸附2 h来探究初始溶液的pH对UO2 2+的吸附性能影响。
(5)调制 pH=10的环境下,在盛有50 mL的10 mg/L的UO2 2+溶液中分别加入离子浓度为500 mg/L的NO3 -、Cl-、HCO3 - 和Na+、K+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Cu2+,均称取25 mg质量配比为1:2的A-SA/MOF-5在30℃恒温振荡吸附2 h来探究pH为10的环境下,八种常见伴生离子在与UO2 2+两两共存离子时对UO2 2+的吸附性能影响。
(6)称取15 mg质量配比为1:2的A-SA/MOF-5,加入盛有30 mL浓度为10 mg/L的UO2 2 +溶液中,在30℃恒温振荡吸附2 h后取出上清液过滤测定UO2 2+浓度。吸附后的固体离心收集冷冻干燥,干燥后用30 mL的0.1 M NaCO3在30℃下恒温振荡30min对吸附剂进行脱附再生,用超纯水将固体离心、洗涤成中性,最后收集固体冷冻干燥后再重复使用,测定其对UO2 2 +吸附性能变化。按照以上步骤,将A-SA/MOF-5循环使用4次,探究其吸附性能变化规律。
(7)将配制的10 mg/L的UO2 2+溶液调节pH值为10,分别称取25 mg质量配比均为1:2的A-SA/MOF-5加入锥形瓶中,在30℃恒温水浴振荡器中振荡吸附,于不同时间点进行取样过滤,测其剩余铀酰离子浓度,分析吸附时间对吸附的影响以及作出吸附动力学模型。

(8)配置出7个不同初始浓度的UO2 2+溶液,分别称取15 mg质量配比为1:2、pH为10的A-SA/MOF-5于不同水平温度下进行振荡吸附实验。根据吸附实验结果分析温度对A-SA/MOF-5吸附UO2 2+的影响,进行热力学分析以及绘制出吸附等温线模型。
Langmuir吸附等温线模型:

对上实施例获得的吸附剂,针对本实施例探究其在不同因素条件下对UO2 2+的吸附性能影响。利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)(Optima 7000 DV,PerkinElmer)进行相关的吸附性能测试。
图5是改性前后SA、MOF-5、A-SA/MOF-5对UO2 2+的吸附性能变化图。从图中可以直观的看出SA的吸附性能经改性后得到非常显著的提高,去除率和吸附容量分别提高51.05%和10.21 mg/g,MOF-5对UO2 2+的去除率和吸附容量分别为72.98%、14.596 mg/g;改性SA通过负载MOF-5制备出A-SA/MOF-5,进行吸附性能对比分析可知A-SA/MOF-5复合材料比各单物质的吸附容量明显增大,吸附性能显著提升。
图6可知,随着改性SA与MOF-5原料中Zn(NO3)2·6H2O质量比例从1:0增加到1:4,A-SA/MOF-5对UO2 2+去除率从70.58%上升到95.51%,而吸附容量从14.116 mg/g升至19.102mg/g,其中质量比例为1:0的空白组到质量比为1:1时去除率与吸附容量增幅较大,其后逐渐趋于稳定,两指标变化趋势一致。由于质量比由1:2增至1:4时的去除率以及吸附容量均变化不大,考虑性能及经济成本,选取质量比1:2作为最佳实验配比,此时对UO2 2+去除率为94.77%,吸附容量为18.954 mg/g。
图7是吸附剂投加量对UO2 2+的吸附影响,A-SA/MOF-5对UO2 2+的去除率随着吸附剂投加量先由81.95%增至94.46%而后由有些许波动下降至93.84%;而A-SA/MOF-5的平衡吸附容量从40.975 mg/g降至9.384 mg/g。具体表现为A-SA/MOF-5用量从15mg增至25 mg时,UO2 2 +的去除率增幅较大,但平衡吸附容量不断降低;吸附剂投加量从25 mg增至50 mg时,去除率增幅很小,甚至在投加量在30 mg后就出现波动下降,说明吸附已趋近于饱和,同时A-SA/MOF-5的平衡吸附容量减小的趋势减缓。造成吸附容量减少的原因,可能是吸附剂投加量较少时,吸附剂表面的吸附位点可以充分被利用,根据平衡吸附容量公式中可得出,投加量X越小,得到的Qe反而越大;而当吸附剂投加量过量而UO2 2+浓度一定时,就会造成吸附剂的部分吸附位点空缺,因此此时当X越大Qe反而越小。
图8可以看出A-SA/MOF-5对UO2 2+的去除率和吸附容量在pH=10时达到最大,此时去除率为94.98%,吸附容量为18.996 mg/g。其中pH在2到3时去除率陡然上升,而pH在3至9时去除率继续上升至pH为6后又缓慢下降,且在pH为10时去除率又突然增大达到最高值,到从pH为11至12去除率陡然下降为32.42%;吸附容量与去除率变化趋势一致。说明A-SA/MOF-5在偏中性以及弱碱情况下吸附效果都比较理想,而过酸与过碱环境下,对UO2 2+的吸附效果大大降低。通过分析可知,一方面在过酸环境下水中的H+过多可能更易与吸附剂材料表面的吸附位点结合,与UO2 2+存在竞争关系,使得吸附能力下降;当pH值逐渐增大时,正价态的铀酰离子减少,存在形态主要为负价态,A-SA/MOF-5表面上的活性位点难以与其接触,且溶液中的OH-与之竞争吸附,导致吸附材料在较高的溶液pH值环境下吸附率和吸附容量大大降低。另一方面,可能是过酸和过碱环境下,使得材料结构和吸附活性位点遭到破坏,从而导致吸附性能急剧下降。
图9是研究PH为10环境下,与UO2 2+常见的共存金属阳离子和阴离子对UO2 2+的吸附性能影响。由图可知,阴离子对吸附UO2 2+的影响程度为HCO3 ->Cl->NO3 -,而金属阳离子对吸附UO2 2+的影响程度为Ca2+>Cu2+>Na+>Mg2+>K+。通过分析表明可能HCO3 -与材料表面吸附活性位点吸附竞争力最大,使得对UO2 2+吸附影响程度也最大;而在金属阳离子中可能Ca2+比UO2 2+竞争力更强,从而Ca2+会占据材料表面更多吸附位点,使得材料对UO2 2+的吸附容量大大减少。
图10是A-SA/MOF-5通过脱附再生,重复使用4次情况下对UO2 2+的吸附性能变化图。从图中可以直观的看出在A-SA/MOF-5重复使用4次后,对UO2 2+的去除率和吸附容量还可以分别高达73.53%和15.306 mg/g,与第一次使用差距分别下降不足16.2%和3.24 mg/g。因此可以说明A-SA/MOF-5易于脱附再生且重复使用率较高,是一种经济高效的吸附材料。
图11是时间对吸附的影响以及动力学模型的探究。结果如图(a)和图(b)所示,在10 min内随着吸附时间的增长,吸附容量和去除率陡然上升;而吸附时间在10 min至120min内,吸附容量与去除率处于平缓增长,在120 min后,吸附容量和去除率反而出现波动下降的趋势,说明在该时刻吸附基本达到平衡,此时为饱和吸附容量;图(c)和图(d)进行比较可以看出,准二级动力学方程曲线与准一级动力学方程曲线直观相比,准二级动力学方程曲线的拟合度更高。且根据两种动力学方程计算所得的吸附平衡常数进行对比分析,准二级动力学方程计算所得值最接近于Qe。表明准二级动力学方程更合适用于描述A-SA/MOF-5吸附剂对铀酰离子的吸附过程,吸附剂表面空缺位点的数目决定其吸附速率。
图12是温度对吸附的影响以及吸附等温线模型的探究。通过对图(a)和图(b)分析可知,在不同吸附温度下,随着UO2 2+初始浓度的增加,A-SA/MOF-5的吸附容量不断增加,而均在UO2 2+浓度为100 mg/L时,吸附容量还未达到平衡,说明其还有一定的可吸附容量;而随着UO2 2+初始浓度的增加,不同吸附温度下A-SA/MOF-5对UO2 2+的去除率均在10 mg/L后不断减小,各温度变化趋势基本一致。从图(c)和图(d)可知在293 K、303 K、313 K的不同温度下,Langmuir吸附等温式的相关系数R 2(R 2 (293K)= 0.9204,R 2 (303K)= 0.9474,R 2 (313K)=0.9693)均小于Freundlich等温式的R 2(R 2 (293K)= 0.9289,R 2 (313K)= 0.9674,R 2 (313K)=0.9695),说明Freundlich吸附模型更适用于描述A-SA/MOF-5对UO2 2+的吸附,表明该吸附过程可能为多分子层吸附。此外,还可根据Langmuir等温式和Freundlich等温式计算得出吸附平衡常数(KL、KF)基本上均随着温度的升高而增大,表明适当升温有利于促进A-SA/MOF-5对UO2 2+的吸附。
图13为吸附热力学研究。从图中可知,热力学线性拟合的相关系数R 2为0.8969,表明该吸附过程可进行热力学分析。由热力学公式计算得出A-SA/MOF-5对UO2 2+的吸附热力学参数,在温度293 K、303 K、313 K条件下,∆G均小于0,说明该吸附过程是可以自发进行的;∆H>0,则说明该吸附过程为吸热反应,升温有利于促进吸附反应的进行;此外∆S>0,说明整个吸附过程为固/液相界面的分子运动更加混乱的熵推动过程。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种改性生物质基复合吸附材料的制备方法,其特征在于:以海藻酸钠为载体,3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷为改性剂,采用原位合成法负载MOF-5得到A-SA/MOF-5复合材料;
包括以下步骤:
(1)将海藻酸钠、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和超纯水混合,搅拌1 h,得到溶液A;
(2)将3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺混合,搅拌1 h,得到溶液B;
(3)将溶液B倒入溶液A中,搅拌5 h;
(4)用乙醇洗涤三次,离心,真空冷冻干燥,得到改性SA固体粉末;
(5)将改性SA、六水合硝酸锌和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺混合,搅拌30 min,得到溶液C;
(6)将对苯二甲酸、三乙胺和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺混合,搅拌30 min,得到溶液D;
(7)将溶液C和溶液D混合,搅拌1 h;
(8)用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺洗涤,离心,真空冷冻干燥,得到A-SA/MOF-5复合材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中离心转速为8000 r/min,离心时间为5 min,冷冻干燥时长为12 h。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:步骤(8)中离心转速为8000 r/min,离心时间为3 min,冷冻干燥时长为10 h。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法制得的改性生物质基复合吸附材料。
5.一种如权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法制得的改性生物质基复合吸附材料应用于处理放射性污染物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的应用,其特征在于:A-SA/MOF-5复合材料用于处理含铀放射性废水。
