Description

Chinese wolfberry tablet for improving human intestinal flora and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of health-care food, in particular to a medlar tablet for improving human intestinal flora and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The intestinal flora is the normal health of human intestinal tract and mainly comprises bacteria, archaea, fungi, viruses and the like. The total number of intestinal bacteria is 100 trillion, which is 10 times of the total number of human cells, and the intestinal bacteria mainly comprise scleroderma, bacteroides, actinomycetes and proteus, wherein the number of strict anaerobes is 2-3 orders of magnitude more than that of facultative anaerobes and aerobes. They can affect body weight and digestive ability, protect against the risk of infection and autoimmune diseases, and control the response of the human body to cancer therapeutic drugs.
Dysbacteriosis refers to the condition of the body where the ratio of the bacteria species in the normal flora is changed greatly and exceeds the normal range, and the disorder caused by the change is dysbacteriosis or alternaria. When the flora is dysregulated, a superinfection or superinfection is caused, i.e. in the treatment of primary infection, another new pathogenic bacterium is infected. The occurrence of dysbacteriosis is frequently seen in the use of antibiotics, chronic wasting diseases, and the like. After a large amount of broad-spectrum antibiotics are clinically applied for a long time, most sensitive bacteria and normal flora are inhibited or killed, and drug-resistant bacteria obtain survival advantage and propagate in large quantities to cause diseases, such as diarrhea and septicemia caused by drug-resistant staphylococcus aureus, thrush, vaginitis, intestinal tract and anus infection and the like caused by antibiotic-insensitive candida albicans.
In the traditional concept, people can improve the intestinal structure by eating fruits or vegetables with skins so as to change the flora ecology of the intestinal tract, but in practice, some people can find that the fruits and vegetables cannot be continuously obtained or eaten for a long time because of the problems of eating habits, regions and the like, such as children who do not like to eat the fruits or vegetables, or people living in remote areas, although the fruits and vegetables can be regulated by taking medicines/probiotics, other harm can be caused to the body by taking medicines for a long time, and the daily expenditure of people is increased; in addition, the biological activity of the traditional probiotics is not ideal, and the research on inhibiting harmful intestinal bacteria, enhancing the immunity of human bodies and further improving the phagocytosis of macrophages on the harmful bacteria so as to improve the intestinal probiotic flora is less.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides the medlar tablet which is simple to prepare, has strong probiotics and can obviously improve the immunity of a human body and improve the intestinal flora of the human body and the preparation method thereof in order to make up the defects of the prior art.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a Chinese wolfberry tablet for improving human intestinal flora is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
65-75 parts of medlar, 0.5-0.7 part of bifidobacterium, 0.5-0.7 part of lactobacillus, 2-3 parts of algal polysaccharide, 5-10 parts of isomaltooligosaccharide, 0.1-0.3 part of thickening agent, 15-18 parts of barley seedling powder and 10-12 parts of oat powder.
The more preferable weight ratio of the raw materials is as follows:
70 parts of medlar, 0.6 part of bifidobacterium, 0.6 part of lactobacillus, 2.5 parts of algal polysaccharide, 8 parts of isomaltooligosaccharide, 0.2 part of thickening agent, 16 parts of barley seedling powder and 11 parts of oat powder.
The thickening agent is food-grade sodium carboxymethylcellulose, has extremely excellent emulsifying property on animal and vegetable oil, protein and aqueous solution, can form homogeneous emulsion with stable performance, and is safe and reliable.
The invention takes medlar as a main raw material, combines barley grass powder and oat powder, fully utilizes rich nutrient elements of medlar, and adds dietary fiber, soluble fiber and the like to obtain mixed grains; and bifidobacteria, lactic acid bacteria, algal polysaccharide, isomaltooligosaccharide and a food adhesive are added to endow the feed with higher biological activity, so that the intestinal flora environment is effectively improved.
In the invention, the properties of the raw materials are as follows:
fructus Lycii is plant of genus Lycium of family Solanaceae. The medlar is a general name of commercial medlar, plant Ningxia medlar, Chinese medlar and other medlar species, the medlar has sweet and mild nature and taste, and Chinese medicine considers that the medlar can better nourish liver and kidney, benefit essence, improve eyesight, nourish blood and enhance immunity of people. The medlar contains rich carotene and a plurality of vitamins, and the carotene and the vitamins can better prevent heart diseases and cancers. The medlar has good health care efficacy, and is particularly suitable for pregnant women with weak constitution and poor resistance.
The barley seedling powder is a powdery substance obtained by grinding barley, contains rich dietary fiber, and has the main use effects of treating constipation, and helping to lose weight, expel toxin and keep young.
Oat flour is highly refined from flour made from oat groats, is free of cholesterol, has a low amount of whole grain fats, is rich in soluble fiber, starch and gluten, and is useful for lowering blood cholesterol, controlling blood glucose, promoting wound healing, improving constipation, and the like.
Bifidobacterium is a name for a genus of bacteria. The genus bifidobacterium is a gram-positive, immotile, rod-shaped, sometimes bifurcated, strictly anaerobic genus of bacteria with cells at one end, which is found in the human and animal habitat in the digestive tract, vagina and oral cavity. Bacteria of the genus bifidobacterium are one of the important members of the human and animal intestinal flora.
Lactic acid bacteria are a general term for a group of bacteria that can utilize fermentable carbohydrates to produce large amounts of lactic acid. The bacteria are widely distributed in nature and have abundant species diversity; it can change the composition of intestinal flora, improve gastrointestinal function, restore flora balance in intestinal tract, form antibacterial biological barrier, and maintain health.
Algal polysaccharides are a multi-component mixture mainly derived from seaweeds such as kelp, rhaponticum carthamoides (sargassum fusiforme), kelp, Ascophyllum nodosum, Fucus vesiculosus, etc. The algal polysaccharide mainly comprises algin, fucoidan and algin, and mainly has the functions of immunoregulation, antivirus, antioxidation, antitumor, antibiosis and anti-inflammation.
Isomaltooligosaccharides are a mixture of saccharides with different degrees of polymerization, and the main components of the isomaltooligosaccharides comprise: isomaltose, panose, isomaltotriose, isomaltotetraose, and the like. Since the intestinal tract of animals does not have an enzymatic hydrolysis system for hydrolyzing isomaltooligosaccharides, they are not digested and absorbed, but directly enter the large intestine and are preferentially utilized by bifidobacteria, and therefore isomaltooligosaccharides are said to be a growth factor of bifidobacteria, i.e., a bifidus factor. Also called as prebiotics because of its high efficiency in proliferating beneficial bacteria in the intestinal tract.
The preparation method of the medlar tablet comprises the following steps:
(1) freezing and dehydrating the medlar at low temperature to prepare dry fruits;
(2) putting the barley grass powder and the oat powder into a baking oven, and baking the barley grass powder and the oat powder into a cooked product;
(3) mixing, crushing and granulating dried medlar, cooked barley grass powder and oat powder to obtain mixed granules;
(4) placing bifidobacterium, lactobacillus, algal polysaccharide, isomaltooligosaccharide and a thickening agent into a mixer to be uniformly mixed to obtain a mixed auxiliary material;
(5) adding the mixed granules into the mixed auxiliary materials, uniformly mixing, and feeding the mixed raw materials into a tablet machine for forming to obtain a tablet product.
Preferably, in the step (1), the medlar is put into a vacuum freezing drying agent to be frozen to-40 ℃, then the medlar is vacuumized, the heating is started when the vacuum degree reaches 10Pa, and the highest temperature of a clapboard does not exceed 40 ℃; and freeze-drying the medlar for 18-22 hours to obtain dried medlar. The freeze-drying technology is adopted to ensure that the fresh medlar fruits achieve the purpose of biochemical dehydration in the freeze-dried state, the original natural state of the fresh medlar fruits is maintained, the nutrient components or active substances of the fresh medlar fruits are completely maintained, and the color, the appearance shape, the shape after rehydration and the taste of the fresh medlar fruits are basically consistent with those of the fresh fruits.
Preferably, in the step (2), the barley grass powder and the oat flour are baked in an oven at 90-100 ℃ for 40-50 minutes to obtain a cooked product.
The invention carries out freeze-drying and dehydration treatment on the medlar, and after the barley seedling powder and the oat powder are cured, the barley seedling powder and the oat powder are matched with the combination and the cooperative application of bifidobacterium, lactobacillus, algal polysaccharide and isomaltooligosaccharide, thereby effectively realizing the repair of gastrointestinal cell tissues, having the functions of resisting ulcer, resisting oxidation and removing free radicals, promoting the growth and the propagation of bifidobacterium, regulating the micro-ecological balance in the stomach and intestine, improving the gastrointestinal function, obviously improving the integral immunity of a human body and enhancing the physical strength. The product of this application is not the stack of simple raw materials function, and each raw materials component is through scientific compatibility, and the effect of production far exceeds the stack of single component function and effect, has better advance and practicality.
