Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a functional food and a preparation method thereof, in particular to an anti-uric acid functional food and a preparation process thereof.
Background
Gout is an inflammatory disease induced by mono-natriuretic urate crystals, and hyperuricemia can be caused by long-term purine metabolism activity, purine intake excess or uric acid excretion disorder. Long-term hyperuricemia can cause deposition of urate crystals in joints and surrounding soft tissues, and further repeated acute joint and soft tissue inflammation, tophus deposition, chronic arthritis and joint damage occur. Hyperuricemia also affects the kidney, causing chronic interstitial nephritis and urate calculi formation. The early active uric acid lowering treatment of gout patients can delay or prevent organ damage. At present, gout treatment mainly comprises drug therapy and dietary therapy, and the drugs comprise western medicines and traditional Chinese medicines. Western medicines such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, colchicine, and glucocorticoid used in acute stage are provided. Allopurinol, febuxostat, benzbromarone, probenecid and other uric acid reducing medicines are adopted in the chronic stage. Western medicines have quick response but strong toxic and side effects and are not suitable for long-term use. The traditional Chinese medicine has various varieties, but the traditional Chinese medicine takes effect too slowly, hardly has effect on gout in the acute attack stage, is poor in taste and painful to take in most of the gout, and also has some toxic and side effects. The food therapy adopts the materials which are approved by the state and have homology of medicine and food, and has no toxic and side effect. Particularly, some medicinal tea drinks, such as famous chicory gardenia tea and the like, can supplement water and promote urination, promote excretion of uric acid and have good mouthfeel, so the medicinal tea drink is suitable for long-term administration. However, the existing food therapy has the problem of slow effect, even slower than traditional Chinese medicine, thereby limiting the popularization of food therapy. If the obvious effect process of food therapy can be accelerated, the food therapy becomes a main means for resisting gout, thereby bringing good news to gout patients and even the whole society.

Detailed Description
The first embodiment: the functional food with the effect of preventing and treating gout is provided, and is characterized in that: the functional food comprises fructus crataegi, herba Dendrobii, and Cordyceps cicadae. The weight ratio is as follows: 1-3 parts of hawthorn, 2-4 parts of dendrobium nobile and 1-2 parts of cicada fungus. Preferably 3 parts of hawthorn, 3 parts of dendrobium and 2 parts of cicada fungus. Preparing the beverage by adopting a conventional processing mode, such as: pulverizing, decocting in water, concentrating, and making into various dosage forms. The administration method is tea drink. The medicine is taken 3-5 times a day after being infused into 500ml of liquid 15-20 g for an adult each time.
Fructus crataegi is dried mature fruit of Crataegus Pinnatifida Bge of Crataegus of Rosaceae. Has effects of resolving food stagnation, activating qi-flowing and removing blood stasis. It can be used for treating food stagnation, dysentery, abdominal pain, hernia pain, stagnation of blood, chest pain, dysmenorrhea, etc.
The stem and leaf of Dendrobium nobile (Brandrebium nobile) in Orchidaceae has effects of resisting oxidation, lowering blood sugar, delaying aging, dilating blood vessel, lowering blood viscosity, reducing blood lipid, and preventing thrombosis.
Cicada fungus, english name: vegetable cicada, also called Jinchan grass, is also called silkworm chrysalis, cicada flower, worm flower, cicada shell, flower and cicada grass. The root of the cicada fungus is the larva of the cicada pupa or the cicada, and the fungus grows from the head of a single or 2-3 cicada larvae. Research shows that the cordyceps cicadae has multiple functions of improving immunity, resisting fatigue, protecting kidney, improving sleep, resisting tumor, protecting liver, resisting radiation, improving eyesight and the like. The artificially cultured Cordyceps sobolifera contains mannitol, polysaccharide, amino acids, cordycepin and adenosine, and is similar to natural Cordyceps. Therefore, the cordyceps sobolifera can be used as a substitute of cordyceps sinensis to achieve the purpose of nourishing and preserving health. However, the artificially cultured cordyceps sobolifera does not contain toxic heavy metals such as arsenic, mercury, lead and the like, so that the safety of the cordyceps sobolifera is higher than that of natural cordyceps sinensis.
In the formula, the raw materials comprise hawthorn, dendrobium and cicada fungus, and the inclusion has two meanings according to the specification of national languages. One is "only these three materials". The second is "other raw materials", which mainly refers to the raw materials involved in the following examples.
The research process of the formula is briefly described as follows: in the clinic of gout, the treatment of gout mainly comprises drug treatment and food therapy. The medicine comprises western medicine and Chinese medicine. Western medicines have quick response, can relieve pain in 1 to 2 days, but have strong toxic and side effects, are not suitable for long-term use and cannot radically cure the diseases. The traditional Chinese medicine has slow effect, poor taste and toxic and side effects, and can not be taken for a long time. The food therapy has good taste, no toxic or side effect, is beneficial to the body, can be taken for a long time, but also has the defect of slow effect. Therefore, it is desirable to find a fast acting food therapy product. In 2013-2015, the effect taking time of the formula is found to be obviously faster than that of a similar diet therapy formula in clinic, and the formula is slower than that of western medicines, but still has important significance and arouses attention of people. Therefore, the medical records of the past years are analyzed and studied.
The data sorting method comprises the following steps: 90 male cases (because gout is mostly male), are divided into three groups, namely an experimental group, a control group 1 and a control group 2, and each group has 30 cases. The experimental group adopts the medicinal granules prepared by the formula, and the control group 1 adopts a commercially available product, namely the chicory and gardenia tea, and the formula comprises the chicory, the mulberry leaf, the kudzu root, the gardenia, the lily and the cassia seed. The control group 2 mainly used the western medicine probenecid. According to the current standard, the uric acid value of a male adult is 300-350 mu mol/L which is a normal value, the uric acid value of the male adult is spontaneously developed when the blood uric acid value is above 420 mu mol/L, and the blood uric acid value of a clinical patient is about 500 mu mol/L mostly. The time from the start of administration to the time at which the pain was reduced and the uric acid level began to decline is shown in the table. The relief time shown in the table is a time until the uric acid level becomes stable at 420. mu. mol/L or less and pain substantially disappears after administration.
The statistical results show that: the western medicine has the shortest effective time, and the chicory gardenia tea has the longest effect in the formula of the group. Although the effective time of the prescription is longer than that of western medicines, the prescription is not regarded as important because of poor radical cure effect and toxic and side effects. Although the relieving time of the formula is longer than that of chicory gardenia tea, the gout is attacked more quickly, and the pain is quickly relieved. Therefore, the formula has important clinical significance.
The second embodiment: in order to further shorten the effective time of the formula, various explorations are carried out on the manufacturing process, and various process routes which are feasible in ratio are screened. The example only introduces a processing technology with better effect: the cordyceps cicadae is soaked in mature vinegar for 20-24 hours, dried, mixed with dendrobium and hawthorn and crushed into coarse powder, treated for 4-8 seconds under the pressure of 0.18-0.25 MPa of steam at 120 ℃, added with distilled water and yeast, mixed uniformly into a wet residue shape, fermented for 20-24 hours at 25-30 ℃, ground into fine powder with the granularity of more than 200 meshes by using a low-temperature wall breaking machine, and prepared into drinks or tablets or instant granules.
The technical key point of the process is that the raw materials are fully refined on the premise of keeping the effective components as much as possible. The acetic acid treatment is very beneficial to the dissolution of the active ingredients of the cordyceps sinensis. The cordyceps, the dendrobium and the hawthorn are crushed together and mixed more uniformly. The high-temperature treatment is carried out quickly under the pressure of 2 atmospheres, so that the sterilization and activation can be realized, and the damage of high temperature to effective components can be prevented. Effective components can be further separated by fermentation, and cell walls are broken by low-temperature grinding, so that the effective components can be absorbed and utilized by human bodies more conveniently.
The processed product, compared to the first example, gave the following results:
the control group is a numerical value with reference to the formulation of the first example. The experimental group is the product made by the process of this example. Therefore, the effective time and the release time of the new processing technology are both greatly shortened, which indicates that the new processing technology is feasible.
Third embodiment: on the basis of the previous embodiment, the method is further improved, the main raw materials of the chicory and gardenia tea, namely chicory, gardenia jasminoides and kudzu vine root are added into the formula to form a new formula: 1-3 parts of hawthorn, 2-4 parts of dendrobium, 1-2 parts of cordyceps sobolifera, 2-4 parts of chicory, 2-4 parts of gardenia jasminoides ellis and 1-3 parts of kudzu root. Preferably 2 parts of hawthorn, 2 parts of dendrobium, 2 parts of cicada fungus, 3 parts of chicory, 2 parts of gardenia jasminoides and 2 parts of kudzu root.

Mixing the above materials, and making into beverage, tablet or instant granule.
The above process is the preferred method of processing through a number of experiments. Wherein, the cicada fungus is soaked in mature vinegar to dissolve out the effective components, which is convenient for human body to absorb and utilize. The coarse powder of the dendrobium and the hawthorn is subjected to steam pressurization and rapid treatment, so that disinfection and sterilization can be realized, decomposition and modification of effective ingredients can be avoided, the effective ingredients can be fully separated out through fermentation, and the permeability of the dendrobium and the hawthorn can be greatly enhanced through low-temperature wall breaking.
