As shown in fig. 4, the driving wheel assembly 300 is positioned on the wheel set frame 220, the driving wheel assembly 300 includes a direction control assembly 310, a driving wheel main body 320 and a driving wheel positioning frame 330; the driving wheel positioning frame 330 plays a role in supporting and positioning the driving wheel main body 320; the direction control assembly 310 functions to drive the direction of the driving wheel main body 320; in actual use, the driving wheel assembly 300 drives the whole thresher to move.
EXAMPLE III
In order to reduce the labor intensity of the user when the thresher goes up and down the terraces, the driving wheel assembly 300 is optimized on the basis of the above embodiment, the auxiliary rod 500 is additionally arranged, and the driving wheel assembly 300 is matched with the auxiliary rod 500 to assist the thresher to go up and down the terraces.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the driving wheel assembly 300 further includes an auxiliary rod mounting assembly 340 and a supporting column 350; the auxiliary lever mounting assembly 340 is positioned on the driving wheel positioning frame 330 for detachably positioning the auxiliary lever 500 on the driving wheel positioning frame 330; the support column 350 is cylindrical, and one end of the support column is fixed to the driving wheel positioning frame 330, and the other end of the support column is detachably and fixedly connected to the direction control assembly 310.
Preferably, a support column spline 351 is positioned at one end of the support column 350 close to the direction control assembly 310; the directional control assembly 310 has spline grooves positioned thereon.
As shown in fig. 1, the auxiliary lever 500 includes an auxiliary lever main body 510 and an auxiliary lever positioning member 520; the auxiliary rod main body 510 is rod-shaped, and the auxiliary rod positioning assembly 520 is fixed on the thresher casing 110 and is used for accommodating the auxiliary rod main body 510.
As shown in fig. 9, 10, 11, 15 and 16, in actual use (going to a terrace), a user firstly supports the supporting plate 240 and adjusts the angle of the supporting wheel main body 210, then removes a part of the driving wheel assembly 300, inserts the other parts of the driving wheel assembly 300 except the direction control assembly 310 into a crop planting surface 810, fixes the auxiliary rod main body 510 on the driving wheel positioning frame 330, and winds and positions one end of the pulling rope main body 430 on the driving wheel main body 320 as shown in fig. 6; then, the user steps on one end of the auxiliary rod main body 510, which is far away from the driving wheel positioning frame 330, and the control unit controls the driving wheel main body 320 to rotate, so as to drag the thresher.
Preferably, in order to increase the fixing strength of the parts of the driving wheel assembly 300 except the direction control assembly 310 on the crop planting surface 810 and avoid the damage to the side part 820 as much as possible; as shown in fig. 7, the angle between the support pole 350 and the auxiliary pole body 510 is preferably 60 to 80 degrees.
Example four
Considering the above embodiment, when a user drags the thresher on the crop planting surface 810, the feet of the thresher sometimes need to be separated from the auxiliary rod main body 510, and at this time, the thresher has a certain risk of overturning; in view of the above problems, the present embodiment adds an auxiliary arm 600 to the main body 100 of the thresher on the basis of the above embodiments; as shown in fig. 1, the auxiliary arm 600 includes an auxiliary arm body 610 and a rotation driving assembly 620; the auxiliary arm main bodies 610 are two in number, are in an L shape with excessive circular arc, are positioned (rotatably and fixedly connected) on two side surfaces of the thresher main body 100, and have the same rotating axial direction as the spike-tooth roller 131; the rotation driving assembly 620 is used for driving the auxiliary arm main body 610 to rotate.
In actual use, as shown in fig. 11, 12 and 16, the auxiliary arm body 610 is rotated when going up the terrace, thereby increasing safety in use.
Preferably, the length of the auxiliary arm body 610 is adjustable to accommodate a wider variety of terrace heights.
Preferably, in order to facilitate the rotation of the auxiliary arm body 610, the auxiliary arm body 610 is shaped like a "diagonal" with a circular arc transition as shown in fig. 13 or like an "umbrella handle" as shown in fig. 14.

Claims (10)

1. A thresher suitable for terraced fields comprises a thresher main body, a power assembly and a control unit, and is characterized by also comprising a supporting wheel set and a pulling rope;
the main body of the thresher is used for realizing the threshing function of the equipment;
the support wheel set is used for assisting the thresher main body to slide along the side wall of the terrace, so that damage to the side wall when the thresher main body reaches another crop planting surface from one crop planting surface is reduced;
the supporting wheel set comprises a supporting wheel main body and a wheel set frame;
the wheel set frame is of a frame structure, is fixed on the shell of the threshing machine and is used for bearing and positioning the main body of the supporting wheel;
the supporting wheel main body is positioned on the wheel set frame;
the number of the supporting wheel main bodies is two or more, and the plurality of supporting wheel main bodies are uniformly distributed;
when the main body of the thresher reaches from one crop planting surface to the other crop planting surface, the supporting wheel set is tightly attached to the side wall to assist the main body of the thresher to go up and down the terrace;
the pulling rope is used for assisting a user of the equipment to pull the threshing machine.

the supporting wheel set further comprises a supporting wheel angle adjusting assembly and a supporting plate;
the supporting wheel angle adjusting assembly is positioned on the wheel set frame, the supporting wheel main body is positioned on the supporting wheel angle adjusting assembly, and the supporting wheel angle adjusting assembly is used for adjusting the angle of the supporting wheel main body relative to the thresher main body so as to switch the advancing state of the thresher;
the support plate is positioned on the wheel set frame near the bottom, and the main body is plate-shaped, so that the main body rotates when the support wheel angle adjusting assembly operates, the main body of the thresher is supported, and the angle of the support wheel main body can be changed conveniently by the support wheel angle adjusting assembly;
