Abstract
The application provides a cement-based self-leveling base layer concrete ground crack repairing construction method, which comprises the following steps: performing crack treatment, namely cutting, polishing and cleaning cracks; coating glue on the cracks, and uniformly brushing epoxy resin on the cracks; installing the grid cloth, installing the grid cloth on the cracks, and making a reserved length; pouring a blender, pouring the blender in the crack, and standing until the blender is cured; and (5) polishing the residual height, namely polishing the cured blender to enable the blender to be level with the ground of the base concrete. According to the cement-based self-leveling foundation concrete ground crack repairing construction method, the crack is cut, and the blender is poured in the crack, so that the purposes of repairing the crack and treating the foundation concrete ground are achieved. The construction method has the characteristics of simple operation, low cost and high efficiency, avoids the reworking treatment of the ground base layer, greatly saves materials and improves the aesthetic property.

Technical Field

Detailed Description
Various embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the application provides a cement-based self-leveling foundation layer concrete ground crack repairing construction method, which specifically includes the following construction steps:
step one, treating cracks, namely cutting, polishing and cleaning the cracks; specifically, the crack is cut by a handheld cutting machine along the extending direction of the crack, and the cross section of the crack is cut into a V shape. And the width of the upper opening is about 10mm, and the depth is about 10 mm. And (5) polishing the crack by adopting a manual polishing machine along the extension direction of the crack. And step two, coating glue on the cracks, and uniformly coating epoxy resin 2 on the cracks to ensure that two sides in the cracks have viscosity.
Step three, installing grid cloth, installing the grid cloth on the cracks, and making a reserved length; specifically, a glass fiber mesh cloth 3 is adopted, and the glass fiber mesh cloth 3 is adhered to the epoxy resin 2 along two sides of the crack; and ensure that the glass fiber mesh 3 on both sides of the crack is at least 50mm each. Glass fiber net check cloth 3 of reservation length can cover in the sunken region of the both sides of crack on base course concrete ground 1, glues firmly through epoxy 2, and glass fiber net check cloth 3 has fine alkali-resisting and high tensile resistance, strengthens cracked tensile strength, can avoid cracked fracture.
Step four, pouring a blender 4, pouring the blender 4 in the crack, and standing until the blender 4 is cured; specifically, the blending agent 4 comprises epoxy resin 2 and a curing agent, and the ratio of the epoxy resin 2 to the curing agent is 1: 1.
In this embodiment, the process of pouring the blender 4 further comprises: setting quartz sand 5, uniformly setting quartz sand 5 in blender 4 in the crack, and making the set quartz sand 5 lower than the base concrete ground 1 by at least 1 mm. The purpose of the quartz sand 5 is to reinforce the structural strength of the agent 4 cast in the crack. It should be noted that: the blender 4 after the quartz sand 5 is arranged needs to be 10.5-1 mm higher than the ground of the base concrete. The pouring of the opening position at the upper part of the whole crack is ensured to be sufficient, and the phenomena of pits and the like are avoided.
In the present embodiment, the particle size of each quartz sand 5 is 2 to 3mm, and the particle size of each quartz sand 5 is 3 to 5 mm.
And fifthly, polishing the excess height, polishing the cured blender 4 to enable the blender to be level with the base concrete ground 1. Specifically, when the blending agent 4 is dried and solidified for 24 hours after standing, a floor grinding machine is adopted to grind the base concrete floor 1, so that flatness is guaranteed. It is convenient to set the cement-based self-leveling 6 on the foundation concrete floor 1.
According to the cement-based self-leveling foundation concrete ground crack repairing construction method, the crack is cut, and the blender 4 is poured in the crack, so that the purposes of repairing the crack and treating the foundation concrete ground 1 are achieved. The construction method has the characteristics of simple operation, low cost and high efficiency, avoids the reworking treatment of the ground base layer, greatly saves materials and improves the aesthetic property.

and (5) polishing the residual height, namely polishing the cured blender to enable the blender to be level with the ground of the base concrete.
2. The cement-based self-leveling foundation concrete ground crack repairing construction method according to claim 1, characterized in that in the crack treatment process:

8. The method for repairing and constructing the crack on the ground by the cement-based self-leveling foundation layer concrete according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises the following steps after the pouring blender process:
and arranging the quartz sand, uniformly arranging the quartz sand in the blender in the crack, and enabling the arranged quartz sand to be at least 1mm lower than the ground of the base concrete.
9. The method for repairing cracks in the cement-based self-leveling foundation concrete ground according to claim 8, wherein the admixture after the quartz sand is arranged is required to be 0.5-1 mm higher than the foundation concrete ground.
10. The method for repairing cracks in a cement-based self-leveling foundation concrete ground according to claim 8, wherein the grain size of each quartz sand is 2 to 3mm, and the grain size of each quartz sand is 3 to 5 mm.
