Claims (8)

1. The preparation method of the environment-friendly plastic track is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s101: laying a base layer: uniformly paving a gravel cushion layer on the bottom of a runway by adopting mine waste rock particles, then pouring a concrete base layer on the gravel cushion layer by using C35 concrete, and then uniformly paving an asphalt reinforcing layer on the concrete base layer by using asphalt to finish the paving of a base layer;
s102: ground renovation: firstly, preliminarily cleaning the surface of a base layer, removing dust and stains on the surface of the base layer, then measuring the elevation of the surface of the base layer at equal intervals by using a level gauge, comparing the height measured by using the level gauge with the actual height of the position measured by a runway, leveling the base layer according to the difference of the heights, polishing the position higher than the surface of the base layer, repairing the position lower than the surface of the base layer, cleaning the surface of the base layer again after the surface of the base layer is leveled, and cleaning the dust and the stains on the surface of the base layer;
s103: coating of waterproof primer: after the leveling of the base layer is finished, polishing the surface of the base layer by using a polishing machine, uniformly polishing anti-skid lines on the surface of the base layer, and then uniformly coating high-permeability waterproof primer on the surface of the base layer by using a roller;
s104: base material laying: adding polytetrafluoroethylene, silica gel, waste tire rubber, a cross-linking agent and a coupling agent into a reaction kettle in proportion, stirring and heating the mixture to 150-170 ℃ through the reaction kettle, uniformly mixing the polytetrafluoroethylene, the silica gel, the waste tire rubber, the cross-linking agent and the coupling agent together, pouring the mixed base material on the surface of a base layer, troweling the base layer by using a toothed PU (polyurethane) rake, and mechanically leveling and compacting the base material according to the designed thickness by using a special paver so as to control the using amount and the thickness and finish the laying of the base material;
s105: surface particle spraying: adding polytetrafluoroethylene, EPDM rubber particles, a cross-linking agent and a coupling agent into a reaction kettle in proportion, stirring and heating the mixture to 150-170 ℃ through the reaction kettle, uniformly mixing the polytetrafluoroethylene, the EPDM rubber particles, the cross-linking agent and the coupling agent together, pouring the mixed polytetrafluoroethylene, the EPDM rubber particles, the cross-linking agent and the coupling agent into a special spraying machine, and uniformly spraying the mixture on the surface of a base material through the spraying machine;
s106: runway scribing: after the surface particles are sprayed for a week, spraying runway sidelines on the plastic runway by using white finish paint according to the design size, and keeping the line width consistent and the color uniform, thereby completing the preparation of the plastic runway;
the base material comprises polytetrafluoroethylene, silica gel, waste tire rubber, a cross-linking agent and a coupling agent, wherein the content ratio of the polytetrafluoroethylene is 35-40%, the content ratio of the silica gel is 25-30%, the content ratio of the waste tire rubber is 20-25%, the content ratio of the cross-linking agent is 5-10%, and the content ratio of the coupling agent is 5-10%;
the surface particles comprise polytetrafluoroethylene, EPDM rubber particles, a cross-linking agent and a coupling agent, wherein the content proportion of the polytetrafluoroethylene is 40-50%, the content proportion of the EPDM rubber particles is 30-40%, the content proportion of the cross-linking agent is 5-10%, and the content proportion of the coupling agent is 5-10%.
2. The method for preparing an environmental-friendly plastic track as claimed in claim 1, comprising:
the concrete foundation layer is poured on the upper surface of the gravel cushion layer, the asphalt reinforcement layer is paved on the upper surface of the concrete foundation layer, and the plastic surface layer is paved on the upper surface of the asphalt reinforcement layer;
the thickness of the gravel cushion layer is 60-80 mm, the thickness of the concrete foundation layer is 80-100 mm, and the thickness of the asphalt reinforcement layer is 60-80 mm.
3. The method for preparing an environmental-friendly plastic track as claimed in claim 1, comprising:
and steel fibers are uniformly mixed in the concrete foundation layer.
4. The method for preparing an environmental-friendly plastic track as claimed in claim 1, comprising:
the sander adopts a W300 two-in-one ground grinder.
5. The method for preparing an environmental-friendly plastic track as claimed in claim 1, comprising:
the thickness of the high-permeability waterproof primer is 6-9 mm, and the high-permeability waterproof primer is coated for three times;
the high-permeability waterproof primer is 2-3 mm in coating thickness for the first time, 2-3 mm in coating thickness for the second time and 2-3 mm in coating thickness for the third time.

the cross-linking agent adopts dicumyl peroxide; the coupling agent is an aqueous silane coupling agent.
7. The method for preparing an environmental-friendly plastic track as claimed in claim 1, comprising:
the paver is a TPJ65 type plastic track paver.
8. The method for preparing an environmental-friendly plastic track as claimed in claim 1, comprising:
the spraying machine adopts a PTJ120 plastic track spraying machine.
