SEBS 16-28份;SBS 15-18份;白油25-30份;PP5-8份;TPU 20-25份;硅酮母粒4-6份;软木粉3-5份;抗菌剂0.1-0.15份。
所述一种环保型瑜伽垫的其制备方法,其特征在于其步骤为:
(1)、原料准备:以下各个组分原料按照重量份:SEBS 15-30份;SBS 10-20份;白油20-40份;PP 1-10份;TPU 15-30份;硅酮母粒1-10份;软木粉3-5份;抗菌剂0.1-0.15份;
(2)、第一次密炼:将密炼机预热温度为75-86℃,将步骤(1)中的SEBS 15-30份;SBS 10-20份;白油20-40份;PP 1-10份;TPU 15-30份和硅酮母粒1-10份,放入密炼机中,在密炼过程中密炼机的温度升高到110- 120℃,并在常压条件下使原料搅拌均匀,密炼20-25分钟,自然冷却至常温,静止24小时;
(3)、第二次密炼:将步骤(2)的密炼机的温度升高到120- 125℃,接着向步骤(2)的密炼机加入软木粉3-5份和抗菌剂0.1-0.15份,并在常压条件下使原料持续搅拌,密炼10-15分钟后,得出片状物;
(4)、发泡:将步骤(3)密炼后的产物进行模压发泡,得到热塑性聚氨酯弹性体发泡材料;
(5)、硫化:通过高温和助剂在硫化箱中,使链状橡胶大分子在硫磺交联键的作用下交联成网状结构;
(6)、将热塑性聚氨酯弹性体发泡材料切到设定厚度,进行复合、压纹、冲切,得到瑜珈垫,完成环保型瑜伽垫的制备。

(3)、第二次密炼:将步骤(2)的密炼机的温度升高到120℃,接着向步骤(2)的密炼机加入软木粉3份和抗菌剂0.1份,并在常压条件下使原料持续搅拌,密炼10分钟后,得出片状物;

(3)、第二次密炼:将步骤(2)的密炼机的温度升高到120- 125℃,接着向步骤(2)的密炼机加入软木粉4份和抗菌剂0.13份,并在常压条件下使原料持续搅拌,密炼12分钟后,得出片状物;
(4)、发泡:将步骤(3)密炼后的产物进行模压发泡,得到热塑性聚氨酯弹性体发泡材料;
(5)、硫化:通过高温和助剂在硫化箱中,使链状橡胶大分子在硫磺交联键的作用下交联成网状结构;

(5)、硫化:通过高温和助剂在硫化箱中,使链状橡胶大分子在硫磺交联键的作用下交联成网状结构;
(6)、将热塑性聚氨酯弹性体发泡材料切到设定厚度,进行复合、压纹、冲切,得到瑜珈垫,完成环保型瑜伽垫的制备。
