Specifically, the driver platform is arranged on a bottom plate of a vehicle body in a driver cab and is connected with 16 steel mounting bases through screws; 4 aluminum mounting bases were screwed.
Specifically, the two steel mounting bases of the driver's seat frame and the middle frame of the vehicle body are connected through screws.
Specifically, the driver's desk frame is connected with five steel mounting bases of the middle frame of the vehicle body through screws.
Specifically, the driver platform is installed on the cab underbody. The floor part connected with the driver platform is paved by adopting an aluminum floor, and other positions adopt steel floors. To ensure the reliability of the welding, the mounting base should be identical to the flooring material. There are 16 steel bases and 4 aluminum bases. The mounting bases are screwed together.
Before the driver platform is installed, the five detached access doors are opened, and the foot cover plate is detached, so that the fixing bolt can be installed.
Specifically, the main driver display area surface is tilted downward 65 degrees toward the operator. The control panel facing the operator is coated with black powder to reduce glare. The driver's panel attachment fastener is treated with black anodizing to match the surrounding area. The edge of the driver platform is round, and the traction handle and the brake control handle are both provided with protective layers. The push button switch is concave. All indicator lights and controls were marked as permanent engravings and the logo was filled with white paint and painted on a flat epoxy powder paint black surface.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present application, there are a large number of switches, which may be a two-position switch, a three-position switch, a four-position switch, and a button, and are selected according to the functions to be implemented.

The rail train of the embodiment of the application comprises the driver platform.

Claims (15)

1. The driver platform of the rail train is characterized by comprising an auxiliary driver platform and a main driver platform which are arranged side by side from left to right; the main driver station comprises:
a main supporting cabinet;
the main table board is fixed on the main supporting cabinet;
the traction handle and the brake handle are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the main table board, and the operation directions of the traction handle and the brake handle are positive front and positive back directions;
the traction handle and the brake handle are matched with the main driver seat, so that arms of a main driver sitting on the main driver seat can move back and forth on two sides of the body, and the traction handle and the brake handle are driven to operate right forwards and right backwards.
2. The driver platform of claim 1, wherein the traction handle and the brake handle are symmetrically arranged relative to a longitudinal direction of a main driver seat mark point, and a transverse distance between the traction handle and the brake handle is matched with the main driver seat, so that an arm of a main driver sitting on the main driver seat can move back and forth on two sides of a body to drive the traction handle and the brake handle to operate right forward and right backward.
3. The driver station of claim 2, wherein the traction handle and the brake handle are located in a comfort zone or an extension zone relative to a primary driver seat marker.
4. The driver's station of claim 3, wherein said traction handle and said brake handle are respectively disposed in a main deck main control area; wherein, the front edge of the main table top is provided with a recess, and the position of the main table top behind the bottom of the recess is the main control area of the main table top;
the main driver station also comprises a main middle switch panel, and the main middle switch panel is arranged in the main control area of the main table top and is positioned behind the control handle of the train traction system and the handle of the train braking system;
the main switch panel is sequentially provided with a sanding control switch, a fuel pump control switch, a generator car magnetic field change-over switch, an engine control switch, a wiper and a side mirror control switch, a cab heating control switch, a main console lighting control switch and a cab lighting control switch from left to right.
5. The driver platform of claim 4, wherein the main middle switch panel is located in an extension zone with reference to a main driver seat mark point.
6. The driver platform of claim 5, further comprising a mounting cabinet, said mounting cabinet being secured over said main deck; the installation cabinet includes:
the front inclined area is obliquely connected with the main control area of the main table board and faces a main driver;
in the front inclined area, a TMS control switch panel of a train control and diagnosis system is arranged on the left side, an MU closing switch panel is arranged on the right side, a speed surface panel is arranged above the middle part, an indication panel is arranged below the middle part, and PCS indicating lamps, door closing indicating lamps and a door bypass test switch are arranged on the indication panel from left to right;
the front inclined area is located in an extension area with the main driver seat mark point as a reference.
7. The driver station of claim 6, wherein the mounting cabinet further comprises:
a right-side inclined area which is located on the right side of the front inclined area and is bent towards the front inclined area, and the distance from the right-side inclined area to the main driver seat is smaller than the distance from the front inclined area to the main driver seat;
a right switch panel and a right display screen are arranged in the right side inclined area from left to right, a pantograph lifting control switch is arranged on the right switch panel from top to bottom, and a remote starting control switch and a pantograph control switch of the internal combustion engine are arranged in the right switch panel;
the right switch panel and the right display screen are positioned at the rear right side of the main middle switch panel, and the right switch panel is positioned in an extension area with a main driver seat mark point as a reference.
8. The driver station of claim 7, wherein the master driver station further comprises:
the left switch panel is arranged in a left control area of the main table top, and the left control area of the main table top is positioned in the left front of a control handle of the train traction system in the main table top;
the left switch panel faces a main driver, an external lighting selection switch, a TMS reset switch and a ringing silencing switch are arranged in a first row close to the main driver from left to right, and a left windshield wiper, a right windshield wiper, a first horn control switch and a second horn control switch are arranged in a second row from left to right;
the left switch panel is positioned in a comfort area or an extension area which takes the mark point of the main driver seat as a reference.
9. The driver station of claim 8, wherein the master driver station further comprises:
a left-side inclined area which is positioned at the left side of the front inclined area and is bent towards the front inclined area, wherein the distance from the left-side inclined area to a main driver seat is less than the distance from the front inclined area to the main driver seat;
the left inclined area is provided with a left display screen, a combined panel and an engineer control panel from right to left; the upper half part of the combined panel is provided with a radio control button, and the lower half part of the combined panel is provided with a left windshield washer control switch, a right windshield washer control switch, a crew left operation button and a crew right operation button from left to right;
the left inclined area is positioned in a comfort area or an extension area which takes a mark point of a main driver seat as a reference.
10. The driver's station as claimed in claim 9, wherein the main support cabinet is a U-shaped cross-section main support cabinet with a slot facing a main driver seat;
the main driver station also comprises a telephone, a console key ring and a main driver pedal; the phone and the console key ring are respectively hung at the end part of the left side groove arm and the end part of the right side groove arm of the main supporting cabinet, and a main driver steps on the main supporting cabinet to form a notch.
11. The driver station of claim 10, further comprising a vertical panel disposed at an end of a left side slot arm of the main support cabinet and below the phone;
the left side of the vertical panel is sequentially provided with a zero-speed bypass control switch, a door bypass control switch and an energy-saving control switch from top to bottom; three sockets are sequentially arranged on the right side of the vertical panel from top to bottom;
the main driver platform further comprises a driver cab buzzer switch, and the mounting cabinet faces one side of the auxiliary driver platform.

The driver platform of claim 11, wherein speedometer access doors and right sub-row access doors are respectively disposed at the bottom of the inner tank and at the inner side of the right tank arm of the main supporting cabinet; the end part of the left groove arm of the main supporting cabinet is provided with a wiper water tank access door;
the driver platform also comprises a speedometer control module, a right end sub-row and a wiper water tank; the speedometer control module is arranged behind the speedometer access door, the right terminal row is arranged behind the right terminal row access door, and the wiper water tank is arranged behind the wiper water tank access door.
13. The driver station of claim 12, wherein the secondary driver station comprises:
a secondary support cabinet;
the auxiliary table top is fixed on the auxiliary supporting cabinet;
the auxiliary driver platform switch panel is arranged in the middle of the auxiliary platform surface;
the auxiliary driver switch panel is provided with a PTU port control switch, an auxiliary cab lighting control switch, a cab heating control switch, an external lighting selection switch and an electric bell silencing switch from left to right;
and a forward-looking camera and two air blowing ports are arranged at the position, in front of the auxiliary driver switch panel, of the auxiliary driver platform from left to right.
14. The driver's station as claimed in claim 13, wherein the secondary support cabinet is a U-shaped cross-section secondary support cabinet with a slot facing a secondary driver's seat;
the main driver platform also comprises an auxiliary driver pedal; the assistant driver pedals are arranged at the notch of the assistant supporting cabinet;
a grounding access door and a left terminal row access door are respectively arranged at the bottom of the auxiliary support cabinet and the inner side of the left groove arm;
the driver platform further comprises a grounding device and a left terminal row; wherein the grounding device is disposed behind the grounding access door, and the left terminal strip is disposed behind the left terminal strip access door.
15. A rail train comprising the driver station of any one of claims 1 to 14.
