Abstract
本发明公开了一种热熔胶自动贴合设备,包括外壳,所述外壳的正面通过铰链转动连接有密封门,所述密封门的正面固定安装有玻璃窗,所述外壳内腔的左侧固定安装有支撑板。本发明通过打开密封门,人工调节定位滚轮的位置,通过设置进料漏斗用于将热熔胶导入加工箱的内部进行加工,加工完成后,打开密封门,人工打开控制阀,进而可以将热熔胶通过胶管排到胶槽的内部,电机带动刷轮转动,在刷轮转动时,刷轮表面的刷毛将胶槽内部的热熔胶均匀的涂覆在布料的一面,提高对布料的涂覆效率和质量,同时解决了现有热熔胶贴合设备出胶不均匀,导致涂抹在布料上的热熔胶效果不佳,满足不了使用需求的问题。

本发明涉及热熔胶贴合技术领域,具体为一种热熔胶自动贴合设备。
背景技术
热熔胶是一种可塑性的粘合剂,在一定温度范围内其物理状态随温度改变而改变,而化学特性不变,其无毒无味,属环保型化学产品,因其产品本身系固体,便于包装、运输、存储、无溶剂、无污染、无毒型,以及生产工艺简单,高附加值,黏合强度大、速度快等优点而备受青睐,热熔胶贴合设备使用广泛,现有的热熔胶贴合设备出胶不均匀,导致涂抹在布料上的热熔胶效果不佳,满足不了使用需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种热熔胶自动贴合设备,具备涂抹均匀的优点,解决了现有热熔胶贴合设备出胶不均匀,导致涂抹在布料上的热熔胶效果不佳,满足不了使用需求的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种热熔胶自动贴合设备,包括外壳,所述外壳的正面通过铰链转动连接有密封门,所述密封门的正面固定安装有玻璃窗,所述外壳内腔的左侧固定安装有支撑板,所述支撑板的顶部固定安装有加工箱,所述加工箱的顶部连通有进料漏斗,所述进料漏斗贯穿于外壳的顶部,所述加工箱的右侧连通有胶管,所述胶管的表面设置有控制阀,所述外壳的内部设置有胶槽,所述胶管的右侧贯穿于胶槽的左侧,所述胶槽的内部设置有刷轮,所述刷轮的表面设置有刷毛,所述外壳的内部设置有定位滚轮,所述外壳内腔的正面和背面均开设有调节槽,所述定位滚轮的正面和背面均固定安装有滑块,且滑块位于调节槽的内部,所述外壳的顶部开设有进布口,所述外壳的右侧开设有出布口,所述外壳的内部设置有布料,所述布料贯穿于进布口和出布口。
优选的,所述外壳底部的两侧均固定安装有底座,所述底座的底部设置有防滑垫。
优选的,所述支撑板的底部固定安装有固定杆,且固定杆的另一侧固定安装有限位环,所述限位环套设于胶管的表面并和胶管固定连接。
优选的,所述外壳内腔正面和背面之间固定安装有支撑杆,所述胶槽位于支撑杆的顶部并和支撑杆固定连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过打开密封门,人工调节定位滚轮的位置,通过设置进料漏斗用于将热熔胶导入加工箱的内部进行加工,加工完成后,打开密封门,人工打开控制阀,进而可以将热熔胶通过胶管排到胶槽的内部,电机带动刷轮转动,在刷轮转动时,刷轮表面的刷毛将胶槽内部的热熔胶均匀的涂覆在布料的一面,提高对布料的涂覆效率和质量,同时解决了现有热熔胶贴合设备出胶不均匀,导致涂抹在布料上的热熔胶效果不佳,满足不了使用需求的问题。
2、本发明通过设置底座用于对外壳进行安装和支撑,提高外壳的稳定性,通过设置限位环用于对胶管进行安装和固定,提高胶管在使用时的稳定性,通过设置支撑杆用于对胶槽进行安装和支撑,提高胶槽的稳定性,防止胶槽出现偏移。

请参阅图1-2,一种热熔胶自动贴合设备,包括外壳1,外壳1的正面通过铰链转动连接有密封门3,密封门3的正面固定安装有玻璃窗4,外壳1内腔的左侧固定安装有支撑板8,支撑板8的顶部固定安装有加工箱7,加工箱7的顶部连通有进料漏斗5,进料漏斗5贯穿于外壳1的顶部,加工箱7的右侧连通有胶管9,胶管9的表面设置有控制阀11,外壳1的内部设置有胶槽13,胶管9的右侧贯穿于胶槽13的左侧,胶槽13的内部设置有刷轮14,刷轮14的表面设置有刷毛,外壳1的内部设置有定位滚轮15,外壳1内腔的正面和背面均开设有调节槽16,定位滚轮15的正面和背面均固定安装有滑块,且滑块位于调节槽16的内部,外壳1的顶部开设有进布口17,外壳1的右侧开设有出布口18,外壳1的内部设置有布料6,布料6贯穿于进布口17和出布口18,通过打开密封门3,人工调节定位滚轮15的位置,通过设置进料漏斗5用于将热熔胶导入加工箱7的内部进行加工,加工完成后,打开密封门3,人工打开控制阀11,进而可以将热熔胶通过胶管9排到胶槽13的内部,电机带动刷轮14转动,在刷轮14转动时,刷轮14表面的刷毛将胶槽13内部的热熔胶均匀的涂覆在布料6的一面,提高对布料6的涂覆效率和质量,外壳1底部的两侧均固定安装有底座2,底座2的底部设置有防滑垫,通过设置底座2用于对外壳1进行安装和支撑,提高外壳1的稳定性,支撑板8的底部固定安装有固定杆,且固定杆的另一侧固定安装有限位环10,限位环10套设于胶管9的表面并和胶管9固定连接,通过设置限位环10用于对胶管9进行安装和固定,提高胶管9在使用时的稳定性,外壳1内腔正面和背面之间固定安装有支撑杆12,胶槽13位于支撑杆12的顶部并和支撑杆12固定连接,通过设置支撑杆12用于对胶槽13进行安装和支撑,提高胶槽13的稳定性,防止胶槽13出现偏移。
使用时,通过打开密封门3,人工调节定位滚轮15的位置,通过进料漏斗5将热熔胶导入加工箱7的内部进行加工,加工完成后,打开密封门3,人工打开控制阀11,进而可以将热熔胶通过胶管9排到胶槽13的内部,电机带动刷轮14转动,在刷轮14转动时,刷轮14表面的刷毛将胶槽13内部的热熔胶均匀的涂覆在布料6的一面,从而提高对布料6的涂覆效率和质量。

1.一种热熔胶自动贴合设备,包括外壳(1),其特征在于:所述外壳(1)的正面通过铰链转动连接有密封门(3),所述密封门(3)的正面固定安装有玻璃窗(4),所述外壳(1)内腔的左侧固定安装有支撑板(8),所述支撑板(8)的顶部固定安装有加工箱(7),所述加工箱(7)的顶部连通有进料漏斗(5),所述进料漏斗(5)贯穿于外壳(1)的顶部,所述加工箱(7)的右侧连通有胶管(9),所述胶管(9)的表面设置有控制阀(11),所述外壳(1)的内部设置有胶槽(13),所述胶管(9)的右侧贯穿于胶槽(13)的左侧,所述胶槽(13)的内部设置有刷轮(14),所述刷轮(14)的表面设置有刷毛,所述外壳(1)的内部设置有定位滚轮(15),所述外壳(1)内腔的正面和背面均开设有调节槽(16),所述定位滚轮(15)的正面和背面均固定安装有滑块,且滑块位于调节槽(16)的内部,所述外壳(1)的顶部开设有进布口(17),所述外壳(1)的右侧开设有出布口(18),所述外壳(1)的内部设置有布料(6),所述布料(6)贯穿于进布口(17)和出布口(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种热熔胶自动贴合设备,其特征在于:所述外壳(1)底部的两侧均固定安装有底座(2),所述底座(2)的底部设置有防滑垫。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种热熔胶自动贴合设备,其特征在于:所述支撑板(8)的底部固定安装有固定杆,且固定杆的另一侧固定安装有限位环(10),所述限位环(10)套设于胶管(9)的表面并和胶管(9)固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种热熔胶自动贴合设备,其特征在于:所述外壳(1)内腔正面和背面之间固定安装有支撑杆(12),所述胶槽(13)位于支撑杆(12)的顶部并和支撑杆(12)固定连接。
