背景技术
膏药是经皮肤发挥作用贴膏药疗法是中医临床常用的外治方法之一，它遵循中医辨证论治及中药的功效、主治与归经的原则，充分调动药物互相协调为用的效能，组成多味药物的复方，以发挥药物的良好效果。由于膏药直接敷贴于体表，而制作膏剂的药物大多气味较浓，再加入辛香走窜极强的引经药物，通过渗透入皮肤，内传经络、脏腑，起到调气血、通经络、散寒湿，消肿痛等作用。但由于膏药的制作工艺较为复杂，没有统一标准，不易进行质量控制，导致膏药的质量参差不齐，治疗效果不佳。因此，需要设计一种膏药的制备方法。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的缺陷，提供一种膏药的制备方法。
本发明通过下述方案实现：
一种膏药的制备方法，该方法包括以下步骤：
步骤一、药料的提取：取植物油置于锅中，加热后将药料投入，继续加热至200℃并不断搅拌，直至药料炸至表面为深褐色，内部焦黄，然后筛捞出药渣，去渣后的油为药油；
步骤二、炼油：取步骤一所得药油继续升温熬炼，待药油温度上升到300℃时改用中火；
步骤三、离火下红丹：在步骤二中药油完成炼油后，再在完成炼油后的药油中加入红丹，一边加入一边同方向搅拌，变为粘稠的膏体；
步骤四、去火毒：步骤三的膏体制成后放入冷水中浸泡，每天换一次水，七日后完成去火毒；
步骤五、膏药制成：取步骤四去火毒之后的膏体团置于容器中，在水浴或文火上熔化，将细料兑入，搅匀后用竹签涂抹在牛皮纸或膏药布上，然后在表面撒上麝香，即得膏药成品；
在步骤一中，以质量份计，所述药料包括干姜200份、生大黄100份、肉桂200份、葛根100份、白鲜皮30份、细辛20份、威灵仙30份、透骨草100份、生川乌25份、生马钱子25份、没药20份。

步骤一、药料的提取：取植物油置于锅中，加热后将药料投入，继续加热至200℃并不断搅拌，直至药料炸至表面为深褐色，内部焦黄，然后筛捞出药渣，去渣后的油为药油；本步骤是对药料进行熬枯去渣。
步骤二、炼油：取步骤一所得药油继续升温熬炼，待药油温度上升到300℃时改用中火；炼油的火候：一是看温度计，达到规定的300℃；二是看油烟，开始为浅青色，渐为黑而浓，进而为白色浓烟，无风时白烟直上；三是看油花：沸腾开始时，油花多在锅壁周边附近，当油花向锅中央聚集时为度；四是看滴水成珠：取少许药油滴于水中，不散开成珠状为度。
步骤三、离火下红丹：在步骤二中药油完成炼油后，再在完成炼油后的药油中加入红丹，一边加入一边同方向搅拌，变为粘稠的膏体；在加入红丹时可以慢慢的少量加红丹，边加边搅动，一定要向同方向搅拌，搅成粘稠的膏体，膏药不粘手，拉丝不断为好，过硬则老，过粘则嫩。

本发明一种膏药的制备方法制备得到的膏药用料讲究、独到，制备方法成熟完善，可用于消炎镇痛和肌肉酸痛、风湿痛、开窍透骨、通经走络开结、关节炎、腰间盘突出、腰肌劳损、闭合性软组织疼痛等。
敷贴时间见效快，在长期临床实践中收到非常好的疗效，达到治病救人的目的。
尽管已经对本发明的技术方案做了较为详细的阐述和列举，应当理解，对于本领域技术人员来说，对上述实施例做出修改或者采用等同的替代方案，这对本领域的技术人员而言是显而易见，在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进，均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种膏药的制备方法，其特征在于，该方法包括以下步骤：
步骤一、药料的提取：取植物油置于锅中，加热后将药料投入，继续加热至200℃并不断搅拌，直至药料炸至表面为深褐色，内部焦黄，然后筛捞出药渣，去渣后的油为药油；
步骤二、炼油：取步骤一所得药油继续升温熬炼，待药油温度上升到300℃时改用中火；
步骤三、离火下红丹：在步骤二中药油完成炼油后，再在完成炼油后的药油中加入红丹，一边加入一边同方向搅拌，变为粘稠的膏体；
步骤四、去火毒：步骤三的膏体制成后放入冷水中浸泡，每天换一次水，七日后完成去火毒；
步骤五、膏药制成：取步骤四去火毒之后的膏体团置于容器中，在水浴或文火上熔化，将细料兑入，搅匀后用竹签涂抹在牛皮纸或膏药布上，然后在表面撒上麝香，即得膏药成品；
在步骤一中，以质量份计，所述药料包括干姜200份、生大黄100份、肉桂200份、葛根100份、白鲜皮30份、细辛20份、威灵仙30份、透骨草100份、生川乌25份、生马钱子25份、没药20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种膏药的制备方法，其特征在于：在步骤一中，所述锅为铜锅。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种膏药的制备方法，其特征在于：在步骤一中，用铁丝筛捞出药渣。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种膏药的制备方法，其特征在于：在步骤三中：所述红丹与步骤二完成炼油后的药油的质量比为1：2。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种膏药的制备方法，其特征在于：在步骤三中：所述红丹在在加入前过一百目的筛子。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种膏药的制备方法，其特征在于：在步骤三中，所述红丹为四氧化三铅。
