Abstract

本发明属于中医中药技术领域,,确切地说是一种治疗白癜风病的中药膏。
背景技术
目前白癜风是一种很难医治的皮肤病,虽然已经有很多治疗的中西药,但疗效并不明显,且成本高,又因多为口服,因此还有毒副作用,依据中医学理论,白癜风为瘀血阻络、湿热阻滞,皮毛不得滋养,风邪博于皮肤等引起,发明人发明了本外用中药膏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是给人们提供一种药源广,成本低,疗效显著且无毒副作用的治疗白癜风病的中药膏。
本发明技术方案:
本发明的中药是由下列组份制成的(用量为重量份)
驱虫斑鸠菊80~110 人工麝香酮5~7 阿育魏实60~95
白芷50~70、 丁香50~80 黑种草子50~70
黑芝麻50~80 黄芥子55~80 鸡蛋黄150~200
羊脂550~800 水适量。
将上述各组份制成本发明中药的制备方法为:
(1)按重量组份取上述原料中的中药阿育魏实、驱虫斑鸠菊和白芷加水浸泡6小时后,将捣碎的丁香和黑种草子、黑芝麻、黄芥子浸入其中再浸泡24小时,浸泡药液及药渣备用。
(2)按重量组份取上述原料中的羊脂放入锅内炼成油后加入蛋黄油炸,蛋黄炸焦后将渣滤出,再将上述备用的浸泡药液及药渣倒入油内熬开10~15分钟,将药液浓缩无水后药渣呈焦黄色,滤去药渣,冷却成药膏备用;
(3)按重量组份取上述中药原料中的粉状人工麝香酮加入上述药膏后搅拌均匀,即制成本中药膏。
本发明在总结前人中医治疗白癜风病的基础上,通过数年的药物筛选和反复临床验证,精心制成,本发明各原料的作用:
驱虫斑鸠菊:具有清热消炎、活血化瘀、杀虫退斑。主治:白癜风,咽喉肿痛,目赤肿痛,瘀血肿胀,跌打损伤,皮肤红仲,疥疮癣,皮肤斑等(其驱虫斑鸠菊注射液临床治疗白癜风多年,并取得较好的疗效),对黑色素有激活作用。
人工麝香酮:麝香性味辛温。功效:开窍醒脑,活血通络。(本草纲木)记载麝香走窜,能通诸窍之不利,开经络之壅遏。其意是说麝香可很快进入肌肉之骨髓,能充分发挥药性,治疗各种皮肤癣及毒疮时,药中适量加点麝香药效特别明显,如“医学入门”也讲到麝香上达肌肉入骨髓。
因麝香是中药临床广泛直用的贵重药,由于雄麝日益减少,使麝香来源紧张,价格昂贵,无法满足临床需要。对天然麝香的成份分析、研究,从麝香中分离出多种成份,其中麝香的临床药用价值主要成份是麝香酮。用人工合成技术生产出了人工麝香酮,临床疗效和天然麝香效果相似,满足了临床需要。
现代药理学研究人工麝香酮能影响中枢神经系统,增强儿茶酚胺作用,升高血压,抗菌,改善机体微循环,治疗白癜风的机制与麝香扩张局部血管,促进药物吸收,将消白软膏药效成份深入吸入血液组织。改善微循环及抗炎作用有关系。
丁香:桃金娘科植物丁香的干燥花蕾。性味:辛、温。功能为温中降逆,补肾助阳。临床研究对皮肤着色显著,性温,对黑色素有激活作用。
黄芥子:别名芥子、芥菜子、青菜子。本品为十字花科植物白芥子的干燥成熟种子,温肺豁痰利气,散结通络止痛。用于寒痰喘咳,胸肋胀痛,痰带经络,关节麻木、疼痛,痰湿流注,阴疽肿毒。研究证实黄芥子可使局部促进药物透皮吸收(信息来源:中医外治杂志2005.14:8),外敷能改善表皮血液微循环,祛风利湿,对黑色素有激活作用。
黑芝麻:补肝肾,乌须发,对黑色素有激活作用。
阿育魏实:是伞形植物阜康的树脂。主治食欲不振,胃痛,肉食积滞,腹中痞块,中积腹痛及脑、筋之塞症。有抗真菌、祛钩虫、祛风、除湿功效,研究对黑素有激活作用。
黑种草子:毛茛科植物瘤果黑种草的干燥成熟子。性味过辛温。补肾健脑,通乳,利尿,具有润肠、和血,临床用于抗过敏、风疹、荨麻疹、稀释人体血脂粘稠。
蛋黄:从鸡蛋黄中煎取的油,治疗烫伤,可促进伤口愈合,有清热润肤,消炎止痛,收剑生肌和保护创面的作用,对皮肤感染有显著消炎作用。
白芷:又名香白芷,符篱,为伞形科植物兴安白芷。性温,味辛。祛风,消肿止痛。白芷含有5-甲氧基-8-羟基补骨脂素,当归素,氧化前胡素等多种香豆精物质,其粗制品内服外用均有较好的致光敏作用,并可代替国内外治疗白癫风有效疗法PUVA的光敏剂,是目前白癜风临床常用药。
羊脂:味甘,性温,无毒,补虚,润燥,祛风,化毒作用,用于治疗肌肤枯憔,久痢,丹毒,疱癣等症,透肌肉,温经络,彻风热毒气,润肌肤杀虫。
本发明的效果
1、本发明选用驱虫斑鸠菊、人工麝香酮、阿育魏实、白芷50~70、丁香、黑种草子、黑芝麻、黄芥子、鸡蛋黄、羊脂制成本方外搽,具有燥湿祛风、舒经活络、活血化瘀之功效。可改善局部微循环,增强皮肤对紫外线的光敏性,激活酪氨酸酶,促进黑素合成,使皮肤颜色加深,临床复色效果显著。
2、本发明药性温和,又为外用中药膏,从而无毒副作用。
3、本发明原料来源丰富,制备方法简单,成本低廉。
本药膏的用法:本药膏为温性药,刺激小,可用在面部及阴部,一般白癜风患处每日外擦2-4次,擦药时配合按摩。30分钟后,局部照射长波紫外线或日晒,紫外线每日一次,第一个月不超过15秒,日晒不超过10分钟。
外搽本药膏,配合服用如沙苑丸:沙苑子,补骨脂等白癜风口服药同时治疗效果会更显著,或祛白马日白热斯的痊愈率50%以上,总有效率95%以上。
本发明经对自2006年至今的128例患者临床治疗,配合长波紫外线照射及日晒,给予了充分的证实。
1-20岁47人,21岁-40岁48人,41岁-60岁31人,61岁以上2人,年龄最小4岁,最大72岁,疗程3个月,痊愈13人10%,显效36人28%,有效63人41%,无效16人13%,总有效率87%。
其中泛发型19例中显效3例,散发型37例中痊愈4例显效14例,肢端型13例中显效3例,节段型4例中显效3例,大多数白癜风患处开始复色时间为擦药1-2个月,最快13天见效,痊愈时间最快为22天。
泛发性的癜风多由散发性发展而来,白斑面积超过体表面积一半。患者谢菊苑,女,65岁,白斑分布于面部、四肢躯干,白斑超过体表面积一半,收治后应用本药膏外搽后进行日光照射,两月后复诊,可见广泛性色素点出现,尤以腹部密集,疗效明显。
散发性易于发病在颈部、腰腹部,往往对称性分布。患者刘丽,女,27岁,发病于腰、腹部,病程6年,经多种方法治疗,效果不明显。收治后采用外搽本药膏,中成药口服,同时配合中长波紫外线照射,患者一个月后复诊。现白斑区内色素岛出现,继续用药,两月后复诊现已形成片状恢复,恢复皮色面积已达到60%。患者张涛亮,男,22岁,发病于颈部及腰部,前额发际,病程半年,收治后采用外搽本药膏,口服中成药,配合日光照射,效果明显,三月后皮色已恢复90%。
肢端性患者陈娟,女,35岁,发病于面部及四肢,发病10年,收治采用外搽本药膏,配合口服中成药及加强日光照射,两月后可见面部出现色素岛,疗效明显。
节段性患者陈豪,男,38岁,发病于颈部,条索状形态,病程2年,外搽本药膏,加强日光照射,一月后复诊,可见白斑边缘色素加深有缩小趋势,内部可见少量色素岛,两月后复诊,照片比对可见白斑明显缩小,内部色素岛扩展不明显,疗效明显。节段性患者周亮,男,12岁,发病颈部、前胸、腹部,呈不规则斑块状,色白,病程8个月,外搽本药膏,配合紫外光照射,一周后复诊可见斑区呈II度红斑量,嘱其红斑消褪后再加强治疗。10天后来诊,可见红斑消褪,毳毛孔内可见色素点生成,继续用药20天来诊,可见白斑区色素已呈片状覆盖,恢复面积已达95%,疗效显著。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
将中药阿育魏实60g、驱虫斑鸠菊80g和白芷50g加水浸泡6小时后,将捣碎的丁香50g和黑种草子50g、黑芝麻50g、黄芥子55g浸入其中再浸泡24小时,浸泡药液及药渣备用。取羊脂550g放入锅内炼成油后加入蛋黄150g油炸,蛋黄炸焦后将渣滤出,再将上述备用的浸泡药液及药渣倒入油内熬开10~15分钟,将药液浓缩无水后药渣呈焦黄色,滤去药渣,冷却成药膏备用;将粉状人工麝香酮5g加入上述药膏后搅拌均匀,即制成本中药膏。
实施例2:
将中药阿育魏实75g、驱虫斑鸠菊90g和白芷60g加水浸泡6小时后,将捣碎的丁香65g和黑种草子60g、黑芝麻70g、黄芥子65g浸入其中再浸泡24小时,浸泡药液及药渣备用。取羊脂700g放入锅内炼成油后加入蛋黄200g油炸,蛋黄炸焦后将渣滤出,再将上述备用的浸泡药液及药渣倒入油内熬开10~15分钟,将药液浓缩无水后药渣呈焦黄色,滤去药渣,冷却成药膏备用;将粉状人工麝香酮6g加入上述药膏后搅拌均匀,即制成本中药膏。
实施例3:
将中药阿育魏实95g、驱虫斑鸠菊110g和白芷70g加水浸泡6小时后,将捣碎的丁香80g和黑种草子70g、黑芝麻80g、黄芥子65g浸入其中再浸泡24小时,浸泡药液及药渣备用。取羊脂800g放入锅内炼成油后加入蛋黄200g油炸,蛋黄炸焦后将渣滤出,再将上述备用的浸泡药液及药渣倒入油内熬开10~15分钟,将药液浓缩无水后药渣呈焦黄色,滤去药渣,冷却成药膏备用;将粉状人工麝香酮7g加入上述药膏后搅拌均匀,即制成本中药膏。
Claims (1)
1.一种治疗白癜风病的中药膏,其特征在于由以下原料制成,其重量组份为:驱虫斑鸠菊80~110、人工麝香酮5~7、阿育魏实60~95、白芷50~70、丁香50~80、黑种草子50~70、黑芝麻50~80、黄芥子55~80、鸡蛋黄150~200、羊脂550~800、水适量;
其制备方法为:
(1)按重量组份取上述原料中的中药阿育魏实、驱虫斑鸠菊和白芷加水浸泡6小时后,将捣碎的丁香和黑种草子、黑芝麻、黄芥子浸入其中再浸泡24小时,浸泡药液及药渣备用;
(2)按重量组份取上述原料中的羊脂放入锅内炼成油后加入鸡蛋黄油炸,鸡蛋黄炸焦后将渣滤出,再将上述备用的浸泡药液及药渣倒入油内熬开10~15分钟,将药液浓缩无水后药渣呈焦黄色,滤去药渣,冷却成药膏备用;
(3)按重量组份取上述中药原料中的粉状人工麝香酮加入上述药膏后搅拌均匀,即制成本中药膏。
