本发明提供一种耐疲劳冷拌环氧树脂材料、制备方法及其应用,包括质量比为1:1~10:1的A组分和B组分,A组分包括液体环氧树脂、活性增韧剂、活性稀释剂、偶联剂、消泡剂;B组分包括脂环胺或端氨基聚醚,氰乙基改性胺、酚醛改性胺或羟烷基改性胺其中的任意一种或两种及以上的混合物。端环氧基有机硅嵌段聚氨酯预聚体的引入,打破了基于“海岛结构”増韧环氧树脂体系断裂伸长率难以突破100%的局限性。并适用于大跨度缆索承重型桥梁桥面铺装材料、防水粘结材料,或者用于机场道面、市政高架、匝道等对铺装材料疲劳性能有较高要求的场合。
