And the third party pre-consumption supervision platform reminds the user of the performance state in real time according to the execution conditions of the deployed pre-consumption intelligent contracts and the payment intelligent contracts fed back by the digital currency system, and reminds the user of the consumption and settlement according to the contract.
As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment, the digital currency-based pre-consumption system of the present invention is applied to a pre-consumption supervision platform, and includes a construction module 21, a formulation module 22, a submission module 23, and an execution module 24.
The construction module 21 is used for constructing pre-consumption smart contracts for consumers and merchants.
The formulating module 22 is connected to the constructing module 21 for formulating a payment intelligent contract based on the pre-consumption intelligent contract.
The submitting module 23 is connected to the formulating module 22 for submitting the payment intelligent contract to a digital money system for the digital money system to deploy the payment intelligent contract to the digital money wallet of the consumer.
The execution module 24 is connected to the submitting module 23, and is configured to execute the pre-consumption intelligent contract based on the received consumption information, and send a conditional payment triggering request to the digital currency system, so that the digital currency system completes the digital currency payment of the consumer to the merchant according to the conditional payment triggering request and the payment intelligent contract.
The structure and principle of the construction module 21, the formulation module 22, the submitting module 23 and the executing module 24 are in one-to-one correspondence with the steps in the above-mentioned digital currency-based pre-consumption method, so that the description thereof will not be repeated here.
It should be noted that, it should be understood that the division of the modules of the above apparatus is merely a division of a logic function, and may be fully or partially integrated into a physical entity or may be physically separated. The modules can be realized in a form of calling the processing element through software, can be realized in a form of hardware, can be realized in a form of calling the processing element through part of the modules, and can be realized in a form of hardware. For example: the x module may be a processing element which is independently set up, or may be implemented in a chip integrated in the device. The x module may be stored in the memory of the above device in the form of program codes, and the functions of the x module may be called and executed by a certain processing element of the above device. The implementation of the other modules is similar. All or part of the modules can be integrated together or can be implemented independently. The processing element described herein may be an integrated circuit having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, each step of the above method or each module above may be implemented by an integrated logic circuit of hardware in a processor element or an instruction in a software form. The above modules may be one or more integrated circuits configured to implement the above methods, for example: one or more application specific integrated circuits (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASIC for short), one or more microprocessors (Digital Signal Processor, DSP for short), one or more field programmable gate arrays (Field Programmable Gate Array, FPGA for short), and the like. When a module is implemented in the form of a processing element scheduler code, the processing element may be a general-purpose processor, such as a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU) or other processor that may invoke the program code. These modules may be integrated together and implemented in the form of a System-on-a-chip (SOC) for short.
The storage medium of the present invention has stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the above-described digital money-based pre-consumption method. Preferably, the storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic disk, U-disk, memory card, or optical disk.
As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, the pre-consumption supervision platform of the present invention includes: a processor 31 and a memory 32.
The memory 32 is used for storing a computer program.
The memory 32 includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic disk, U-disk, memory card, or optical disk.
The processor 31 is connected to the memory 32 and is configured to execute a computer program stored in the memory 32, so that the pre-consumption supervision platform performs the above-mentioned pre-consumption method based on digital money.
Preferably, the processor 31 may be a general-purpose processor, including a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, abbreviated as CPU), a network processor (Network Processor, abbreviated as NP), etc.; but also digital signal processors (Digital Signal Processor, DSP for short), application specific integrated circuits (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASIC for short), field programmable gate arrays (Field Programmable Gate Array, FPGA for short) or other programmable logic devices, discrete gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components.
As shown in fig. 4, in one embodiment, the digital currency based pre-consumption system of the present invention includes the pre-consumption administration platform 41 and the digital currency system 42 described above.
The digital currency system 42 is connected with the pre-consumption supervision platform 41, and is used for receiving the payment intelligent contract sent by the pre-consumption supervision platform 41 and deploying the payment intelligent contract to the digital currency wallet of the consumer; and completing digital currency payment of the consumer to the merchant according to the received conditional payment triggering request and the payment intelligent contract.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the digital currency system 42 is further configured to send a payment result to the pre-consumption administration platform 41, and the pre-consumption administration platform 41 is further configured to send the payment result to the consumer and the merchant.
In summary, the digital currency-based pre-consumption method, system, storage medium and supervision platform of the invention realize the establishment, deployment, monitoring, triggering, dispute resolution, etc. of the pre-consumption intelligent contracts of the buyer and the seller through the supervision platform of the third party, the supervision platform submits the payment intelligent contracts of the buyer and the seller based on the conditional triggering to the digital currency system, and the digital currency system deploys the payment intelligent contracts to the consumer wallet; the supervision platform settles consumption information in real time according to the execution state of the pre-consumption intelligent contract, triggers the payment condition of the digital currency system as required, and ensures direct point-to-point currency transaction between purses of buyers and sellers, thereby realizing cooperative supervision of the fund flow and the information flow of the two parties of the transaction and realizing transparency, fairness and fund security of the pre-consumption contract transaction; based on the digital attribute of digital currency, the transaction data and currency circulation are unbindd and unified through decoupling and cooperation of professional business transaction and currency transaction, so that professional splitting, distributed deployment and execution of complex intelligent contracts in the transaction field are realized; based on a third-party transaction supervision platform, the pre-consumption intelligent contract formulation, deployment and supervision business transaction execution in the professional field are realized, and professional, reliable and safe digital currency payment intelligent contracts are formulated by the transaction parties; the digital currency system is only responsible for executing the digital currency intelligent contracts according to conditions, does not pay attention to business transaction business in various fields, greatly reduces the threshold for developing and deploying specialized digital currency intelligent contracts, and expands the application scene of the intelligent contracts; the system can be embedded into the business operation system of the existing digital currency and third party consumption supervision platform/electronic commerce platform by using a standardized module, has no requirements and constraints on specific technical architecture, safety technical standards of operation environment and flow specifications, has low research, development and deployment cost, is easy to popularize, promotes the deep fusion of the digital currency and consumption scene, and improves the fair, credible and transparent transaction experience of buyers and sellers; the intelligent contract-based intelligent payment system not only can be applied to the novel consumption service field, but also can be applied to the production fields of industrial manufacturing industry chains, internet of things finance and the like, so that consumption and payment based on intelligent contracts are realized in the fields, manual operation and intervention are reduced, the performance efficiency is improved, and the performance cost is reduced. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.

Claims (7)

1. The pre-consumption method based on digital currency is applied to a pre-consumption supervision platform and is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
constructing a pre-consumption intelligent contract of a consumer party and a merchant party;
formulating a payment smart contract based on the pre-consumption smart contract;
submitting the payment smart contract to a digital currency system, such that the digital currency system deploys the payment smart contract to the consumer's digital currency wallet;
executing the pre-consumption intelligent contract based on the received consumption information, and sending a conditional payment triggering request to the digital currency system so that the digital currency system can complete digital currency payment of the consumer to the merchant according to the conditional payment triggering request and the payment intelligent contract;
the construction of the pre-consumption intelligent contract of the consumer and the merchant comprises the following steps:
generating a pre-consumption smart contract based on a consumer and the merchant;
acquiring signatures of the consumer and the merchant on the pre-consumption intelligent contract;
the pre-consumption supervision platform signs the pre-consumption intelligent contract;
verifying the validity of the digital currency wallets of the consumer and the merchant;
the payment intelligent contract comprises contract identification, total consumption amount, single consumption amount, payment condition, payment period, failure processing contract and triggering strategy; the trigger policy is triggered by the pre-consumption supervision platform or by the digital currency system;
the payment intelligent contract adopts a transaction guarantee mode of any one of the following:
1) Automatically freezing digital currency of a total amount of consumption required by the digital currency wallet of the consumer by the digital currency system, and returning failure to deploy the payment intelligent contract to the pre-consumption supervision platform when the digital currency is insufficient;
2) Deploying the payment smart contract based on the consumer credit points without freezing any digital currency; when the payment intelligent contract digital currency is insufficient, one or more of reminding, executing for a plurality of times until successful, returning transaction failure, deducting transaction return commission and deducting credit points are executed.

the construction of the pre-consumption intelligent contract of the consumer and the merchant comprises the following steps:
generating a pre-consumption smart contract based on a consumer and the merchant;
acquiring signatures of the consumer and the merchant on the pre-consumption intelligent contract;
the pre-consumption supervision platform signs the pre-consumption intelligent contract;
verifying the validity of the digital currency wallets of the consumer and the merchant;
the payment intelligent contract comprises contract identification, total consumption amount, single consumption amount, payment condition, payment period, failure processing contract and triggering strategy; the trigger policy is triggered by the pre-consumption supervision platform or by the digital currency system;
the payment intelligent contract adopts a transaction guarantee mode of any one of the following:
1) Automatically freezing digital currency of a total amount of consumption required by the digital currency wallet of the consumer by the digital currency system, and returning failure to deploy the payment intelligent contract to the pre-consumption supervision platform when the digital currency is insufficient;

4. A pre-consumption administration platform, comprising: a processor and a memory;
the memory is used for storing a computer program;
the processor is configured to execute the computer program stored in the memory to cause the pre-consumption administration platform to perform the digital currency-based pre-consumption method of claim 1.
5. A digital currency-based pre-consumption system, characterized by: comprising the pre-consumption administration platform of claim 4 and a digital money system;
the digital currency system is used for receiving the payment intelligent contract sent by the pre-consumption supervision platform and deploying the payment intelligent contract to the digital currency wallet of the consumer; and completing digital currency payment of the consumer to the merchant according to the received conditional payment triggering request and the payment intelligent contract.
6. The digital currency-based pre-consumption system according to claim 5, wherein: when the digital currency system carries out digital currency payment, any one of the following modes is adopted:
1) Directly transferring digital currency corresponding to the transaction amount from the digital currency wallet of the consumer to the digital currency wallet of the merchant;
2) A portion of the transaction amount is transferred to the pre-consumption policing platform as a vouching commission and the remainder is transferred to the merchant's digital currency wallet.
7. The digital currency-based pre-consumption system according to claim 5, wherein: the digital currency system is further configured to send a payment result to the pre-consumption administration platform, which is further configured to send the payment result to the consumer and the merchant.
