In this embodiment, the power supply 23 is configured to provide an operating voltage for each hardware device on the electronic device 20; the communication interface 24 can create a data transmission channel between the electronic device 20 and an external device, and the communication protocol to be followed is any communication protocol applicable to the technical solution of the present application, which is not specifically limited herein; the input/output interface 25 is used for acquiring external input data or outputting external output data, and the specific interface type thereof may be selected according to the specific application requirement, which is not limited herein.
The memory 22 may be a carrier for storing resources, such as a read-only memory, a random access memory, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, and the resources stored thereon include an operating system 221, a computer program 222, and data 223, and the storage may be temporary storage or permanent storage.
The operating system 221 is used for managing and controlling various hardware devices on the electronic device 20 and the computer program 222, so as to implement the operation and processing of the data 223 in the memory 22 by the processor 21, which may be Windows, unix, linux or the like. The computer program 222 may further comprise a computer program that can be used to perform other specific tasks in addition to the computer program that can be used to perform the prepaid card supervisory system performed by the electronic device 20 as disclosed in any of the previous embodiments. The second sending interface is used for sending the prepaid card processing request to the digital RMB intelligent contract platform when the request type is card withdrawal, so that the digital RMB intelligent contract platform executes the digital RMB intelligent contract and sends a refund request generated based on the prepaid card processing request to the digital RMB core system; forwarding a card returning result returned by the digital RMB core system to a user side;
the third sending interface is used for judging whether the sending end of the prepaid card processing request is a merchant end or not when the request type is cancellation, if the sending end of the prepaid card processing request is the merchant end, sending the prepaid card processing request to the digital RMB intelligent contract platform so that the digital RMB intelligent contract platform executes the digital RMB intelligent contract, and sending the cancellation request generated based on the prepaid card processing request to the digital RMB core system; and forwarding the logout result returned by the digital RMB core system to the merchant terminal.
2. The prepaid card monitoring system of claim 1, wherein,

the third sending interface is further configured to execute the digital rmb intelligent contract if there is no problem in the intelligent contract cancellation check, send a cancellation request generated based on the prepaid card processing request to the digital rmb core system, and clear a merchant end benefit corresponding to the cancellation result when the digital rmb intelligent contract platform obtains the cancellation result returned by the digital rmb core system; and forwarding the logout result returned by the digital RMB core system to the merchant terminal.

the third sending interface is further configured to generate a user prepaid card cancellation processing request corresponding to the merchant terminal after detecting that the merchant terminal cancels, and send the user prepaid card cancellation processing request to the digital rmb intelligent contract platform, so that the digital rmb intelligent contract platform performs an intelligent contract cancellation check based on the user prepaid card cancellation processing request, and if the intelligent contract cancellation check has no problem, execute the digital rmb intelligent contract, generate a fund transfer request and send the fund transfer request to the digital rmb core system; and forwarding the user prepaid card cancellation result returned by the digital RMB core system to the user.
7. A method of prepaid card supervision, characterized by being applied to a supervision system, comprising:
creating a digital RMB intelligent contract for the digital RMB intelligent contract platform according to a preset contract rule, acquiring a prepaid card processing request, and determining the request type of the prepaid card processing request;

and sending the prepaid card processing request to the digital RMB intelligent contract platform.
