When the consumer consumes, the consumer can make an on-line reservation (through a merchant entrance provided by the third-party pre-consumption supervision platform), an off-line consumption, an on-line two-party signature confirmation and the like; or the real-time consumption information is directly submitted to the third-party pre-consumption supervision platform by the consumer or the training institution and signed and confirmed by the other party. And the third-party pre-consumption supervision platform executes the pre-consumption intelligent contract according to the consumption records confirmed by the signatures of the two parties, performs real-time consumption settlement, and determines whether a payment request is triggered to the digital currency system or not according to the pre-consumption intelligent contract.
And after receiving the trigger request of the conditional payment sent by the third-party pre-consumption supervision platform, the digital money system executes the digital money transfer transaction of the consumption amount according to the payment intelligent contract deployed by the digital money wallet of the consumer. The payment, when performed, includes transferring digital money for a corresponding transaction amount from a digital money wallet of the consumer to a merchant wallet. Preferably, a portion of the transaction amount is transferred directly as a vouched-for commission to the third party pre-consumption monitoring platform wallet, and the other is transferred to the merchant wallet, possibly in accordance with a smart contract.
And the third-party pre-consumption supervision platform reminds the user of the performance state in real time according to the deployed pre-consumption intelligent contract and the execution condition of the payment intelligent contract fed back by the digital currency system, and reminds the user of consumption and settlement according to the contract.
As shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment, the pre-consumption system based on digital currency of the present invention is applied to a pre-consumption supervision platform, and includes a construction module 21, an establishment module 22, a submission module 23, and an execution module 24.
The building module 21 is used for building pre-consumption intelligent contracts of a consumer side and a merchant side.
The establishing module 22 is connected with the constructing module 21 and is used for establishing the payment intelligent contract based on the pre-consumption intelligent contract.
The submission module 23 is coupled to the enactment module 22 for submitting the payment smart contract to a digital currency system for causing the digital currency system to deploy the payment smart contract to the consumer's digital currency wallet.
The executing module 24 is connected to the submitting module 23, and is configured to execute the pre-consumption smart contract based on the received consumption information, and send a conditional payment triggering request to the digital currency system, so that the digital currency system completes digital currency payment of the consumer to the merchant according to the conditional payment triggering request and the payment smart contract.
The structures and principles of the construction module 21, the formulation module 22, the submission module 23 and the execution module 24 correspond to the steps in the pre-consumption method based on digital currency, and thus are not described herein again.
It should be noted that the division of the modules of the above apparatus is only a logical division, and the actual implementation may be wholly or partially integrated into one physical entity, or may be physically separated. And the modules can be realized in a form that all software is called by the processing element, or in a form that all the modules are realized in a form that all the modules are called by the processing element, or in a form that part of the modules are called by the hardware. For example: the x module can be a separately established processing element, and can also be integrated in a certain chip of the device. In addition, the x-module may be stored in the memory of the apparatus in the form of program codes, and may be called by a certain processing element of the apparatus to execute the functions of the x-module. Other modules are implemented similarly. All or part of the modules can be integrated together or can be independently realized. The processing element described herein may be an integrated circuit having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, each step of the above method or each module above may be implemented by an integrated logic circuit of hardware in a processor element or an instruction in the form of software. These above modules may be one or more integrated circuits configured to implement the above methods, such as: one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), one or more microprocessors (DSPs), one or more Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), and the like. When a module is implemented in the form of a Processing element scheduler code, the Processing element may be a general-purpose processor, such as a Central Processing Unit (CPU) or other processor capable of calling program code. These modules may be integrated together and implemented in the form of a System-on-a-chip (SOC).
The storage medium of the present invention stores thereon a computer program that realizes the above-described digital money-based pre-consumption method when executed by a processor. Preferably, the storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic disk, U-disk, memory card, or optical disk.
As shown in fig. 3, in an embodiment, the pre-consumption monitoring platform of the present invention includes: a processor 31 and a memory 32.
The memory 32 is used for storing computer programs.
The memory 32 includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic disk, U-disk, memory card, or optical disk.
The processor 31 is connected to the memory 32 for executing the computer program stored in the memory 32 to cause the pre-consumption supervision platform to execute the above-mentioned digital currency based pre-consumption method.
Preferably, the Processor 31 may be a general-purpose Processor, including a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; the Integrated Circuit may also be a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, or discrete hardware components.
As shown in FIG. 4, in one embodiment, the pre-consumption system based on digital currency of the present invention includes the pre-consumption supervision platform 41 and the digital currency system 42.
The digital currency system 42 is connected to the pre-consumption supervision platform 41, and is configured to receive the payment intelligent contract sent by the pre-consumption supervision platform 41, and deploy the payment intelligent contract to the digital currency wallet of the consumer; and completing the digital currency payment of the consumer to the merchant according to the received conditional payment triggering request and the payment intelligent contract.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the digital currency system 42 is further configured to send the payment result to the pre-consumption monitoring platform 41, and the pre-consumption monitoring platform 41 is further configured to send the payment result to the consumer and the merchant.
In summary, the pre-consumption method, the system, the storage medium and the supervision platform based on the digital currency of the invention realize the establishment, deployment, monitoring, triggering, dispute resolution and the like of pre-consumption intelligent contracts of buyers and sellers through the supervision platform of a third party, the supervision platform submits the payment intelligent contracts triggered by the conditions of the two transaction parties to the digital currency system, and the digital currency system deploys the payment intelligent contracts to the wallet of the consumer; the supervision platform settles the consumption information in real time according to the execution state of the pre-consumption intelligent contract, triggers the payment condition of the digital currency system as required, and ensures the direct point-to-point currency transaction between the purses of the buyer and the seller, thereby realizing the cooperative supervision of the fund flow and the information flow of the two parties of the transaction, and realizing the transparency, the fairness and the fund security of the pre-consumption contract transaction; based on the digital attribute of the digital currency, by decoupling and coordinating professional commercial transaction and currency transaction, unbinding transaction data and currency circulation and associating and unifying, professional splitting and distributed deployment execution of complex intelligent contracts in the transaction field are realized; based on a third-party transaction supervision platform, the pre-consumption intelligent contract establishment, deployment and supervision business transaction execution in the professional field are realized, and the establishment of a professional, reliable and safe digital currency payment intelligent contract by both transaction parties is replaced; the digital currency system is only responsible for executing the digital currency intelligent contract according to conditions, does not concern commercial transaction services in various fields, greatly reduces the threshold of developing and deploying specialized digital currency intelligent contracts, and expands the application scene of intelligent contracts; the standardized module can be embedded into the service operation system of the existing digital currency and a third-party consumption supervision platform/e-commerce platform, no requirements and restrictions are provided for the specific technical architecture, the safety technical standard of the operating environment and the process specification, the research and development and deployment costs are low, the popularization is easy, the deep fusion of the digital currency and the consumption scene is promoted, and the fair, credible and transparent transaction experience of both the buyer and the seller is improved; the method can be applied to the field of novel consumption services, and can also be applied to the production fields of industrial manufacturing industry chains, Internet of things finance and the like, so that the fields are helped to realize consumption and payment based on intelligent contracts, manual operation and intervention are reduced, the performance efficiency is improved, and the performance cost is reduced. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.

1. A pre-consumption method based on digital currency is applied to a pre-consumption supervision platform and is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
constructing pre-consumption intelligent contracts of a consumer and a merchant;
formulating a payment intelligent contract based on the pre-consumption intelligent contract;
submitting the payment smart contract to a digital currency system to cause the digital currency system to deploy the payment smart contract to the consumer's digital currency wallet;
and executing the pre-consumption intelligent contract based on the received consumption information, and sending a conditional payment triggering request to the digital currency system so that the digital currency system completes the digital currency payment of the consumer to the merchant according to the conditional payment triggering request and the payment intelligent contract.
2. The digital currency based pre-consumption method of claim 1, wherein: the construction of the pre-consumption intelligent contract of the consumer side and the merchant side comprises the following steps:
generating a pre-consumption intelligent contract based on a consumer and the merchant;
acquiring signatures of the consumer and the merchant on the pre-consumption intelligent contract;
the pre-consumption supervision platform signs the pre-consumption intelligent contract;
verifying the validity of the digital currency wallets of the consumer and merchant parties.
3. The digital currency based pre-consumption method of claim 1, wherein: the payment intelligent contract comprises contract identification, total consumption amount, single consumption amount, payment conditions, a payment period, failure processing agreement and a trigger strategy; the triggering policy is triggered by the pre-consumption administration platform or by the digital currency system.
4. The digital currency based pre-consumption method of claim 1, wherein: the payment intelligent contract adopts any one of the following transaction guarantee modes:
1) automatically freezing, by the digital currency system, digital currency of a total amount of money required to be consumed by the consumer's digital currency wallet, and returning to the pre-consumption oversight platform that the deployment of the payment intelligence contract failed when the digital currency is insufficient;
2) deploying the payment intelligence contract based on the consumer credit points without freezing any digital currency; when the execution of the payment intelligent contract digital currency is insufficient, one or more combinations of issuing a reminder, executing for multiple times until success, returning transaction failure, deducting transaction return commission charge and deducting credit points are executed.
5. A pre-consumption system based on digital currency is applied to a pre-consumption supervision platform and is characterized in that: the system comprises a construction module, a formulation module, a submission module and an execution module;
the construction module is used for constructing pre-consumption intelligent contracts of a consumer and a merchant;
the formulating module is used for formulating a payment intelligent contract based on the pre-consumption intelligent contract;
the submission module is to submit the payment smart contract to a digital currency system to cause the digital currency system to deploy the payment smart contract to a digital currency wallet of the consumer;
the execution module is used for executing the pre-consumption intelligent contract based on the received consumption information, and sending a conditional payment triggering request to the digital currency system, so that the digital currency system completes the digital currency payment of the consumer to the merchant according to the conditional payment triggering request and the payment intelligent contract.
6. A storage medium on which a computer program is stored, the program, when executed by a processor, implementing the digital currency based pre-consumption method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
7. A pre-consumption regulatory platform, comprising: a processor and a memory;
the memory is used for storing a computer program;
the processor is to execute the memory-stored computer program to cause the pre-consumption administration platform to perform the digital currency based pre-consumption method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
8. A digital currency based pre-consumer system, characterized by: comprising the pre-consumer regulatory platform of claim 7 and a digital currency system;
the digital currency system is used for receiving the payment intelligent contract sent by the pre-consumption supervision platform and deploying the payment intelligent contract to a digital currency wallet of the consumer; and completing the digital currency payment of the consumer to the merchant according to the received conditional payment triggering request and the payment intelligent contract.
9. The digital currency based pre-consumption system according to claim 8, wherein: when the digital currency system carries out digital currency payment, any one of the following modes is adopted:
1) directly transferring digital currency corresponding to the transaction amount from the digital currency wallet of the consumer side to the digital currency wallet of the merchant side;
2) transferring a portion of the transaction amount as a guaranteed commission to a pre-consumer monitoring platform and transferring the remaining portion to the merchant's digital currency wallet.

The digital currency based pre-consumption system according to claim 8, wherein: the digital currency system is further configured to send a payment result to the pre-consumer regulatory platform, and the pre-consumer regulatory platform is further configured to send the payment result to the consumer and the merchant.
