Abstract
The invention provides a block chain-based digital asset off-site transaction system and a block chain-based digital asset off-site transaction method, wherein the system comprises the following steps: block link point server: the system comprises a single server or a plurality of servers, a server and a server, wherein the server or the servers are used for synchronizing block chain network accounts and deploying intelligent contracts; the transaction management system: the system is used for managing the execution of functions of creating, closing, state changing, completing, canceling and the like of off-site transactions performed by users, and is also used for data synchronization and verification with a block link point server; user KYC management system: setting aiming at the supervision requirement, and carrying out identity authentication and identity information filing on each transaction user; the user transaction client side: the user side is used for the user to perform transaction operation. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of blockchain digital transaction, in particular to a digital asset off-site transaction system and method based on blockchains.
Background
The general digital asset off-site trading system adopts a centralized mode, an off-site trading platform is used as a third party of guarantee, a total digital asset management account is provided as a guarantee account, a user A with trading demand firstly needs to store own digital assets into the guarantee account, and the platform side makes a credit account for the stored assets and records the credit account under the name of the user A. Then, the user A initiates a sale advertisement in the digital asset off-site trading system, and distributes part or all of the deposited digital assets on the trading system at a proper price. If user B sees the sell advertisement, a purchase may be initiated as deemed appropriate. After the purchase operation is initiated, the user B needs to pay own legal money to the user A through online transfer. After receiving the account transfer of the user B, the user A confirms the collection of the money on the transaction system and informs the system to release the digital assets with the corresponding quantity to the user B. After receiving the instruction, the transaction platform makes a credit account for a expenditure for the user A, makes a credit account for a income for the user B, and can collect a certain proportion of fees at the same time, and then the user B can extract the purchased digital assets into the digital wallet of the user B, and the transaction is completed. The main defects of the prior art are as follows: 1. the whole transaction system is centralized and has no characteristic of being not tampered. The billing mode of the central system may have the risks of billing errors, system tampering records and the like. 2. Credit risk of the platform. The user trustees own digital assets to the platform, but the platform is a third party and does not have reliable credit endorsement, and the digital assets of the user can be possibly used or even run, so that the user trustees the digital assets to the platform and is not safe.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a block chain-based off-site digital asset transaction system and a block chain-based off-site digital asset transaction method, which are used for solving the problems that in the prior art, a central system accounting mode can cause accounting errors and system tampering records, and a platform is unsafe due to risk of hosting digital assets.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides a block chain-based off-site digital asset transaction system, which comprises:

A block chain-based off-site transaction method for digital assets is characterized by comprising the following steps:
request creation of a sell advertisement: a seller initiates an advertisement for creating digital asset selling to a platform through a client;
and returning an advertisement id: the platform generates an advertisement id and returns the advertisement id to the seller;
submitting advertisement parameters, transaction and signature: the seller inputs parameters for creating and selling advertisements at a client, the seller issues the advertisements, transfers the digital assets to an intelligent contract address of the platform, notes an advertisement id in a transaction, and submits a signature file to the platform after local signature is completed;
submitting a signature transaction: the platform submits a transfer request for selling the advertisement to the node, and the node performs transaction processing;
and returning a transaction hash: returning the transaction hash to the platform, and storing by the platform;
creating a purchase order: a buyer initiates a purchase request to a platform for digital assets for sale on the platform;
notifying the purchasing user of payment: the platform creates a purchase order, informs the buyer of the collection information and informs the buyer of transferring the money to the seller in the transaction period;
notify the platform to release the asset after payment: after the transfer of the buyer, confirming payment at the client, informing the platform to update the order state, informing the seller to confirm whether the transfer of the buyer is received or not and confirming whether the digital assets are released to the buyer or not, and after confirming that the transfer of the buyer is received by the seller, confirming the payment at the client and informing the platform to release the digital assets with the corresponding quantity to the buyer;
notify nodes of contracts to release assets: submitting the released digital asset information to a node;
and returning to finish the transaction hash: and after the buyer receives the digital assets, the transaction is completed.
The parameters of submitted advertisements, transactions and signatures are as follows: the user enters parameters for creating the sale advertisement at the client, including asset type, quantity sold, price sold, payment method, transaction time, etc.
Also comprises advertisement display: digital asset advertisements sold by sellers are presented on the platform.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: compared with the prior art, the block chain-based off-site transaction system and the block chain-based off-site transaction method for the digital assets,
(1) ensuring the safety of the user digital assets
The user is not required to transfer his own digital assets to the platform's account in advance, and the assets are always in his own digital wallet before the user transacts.
(2) Avoid the credit endorsement risk of the platform
The platform need not provide a credit escrow account, and does not contact the user's digital assets, all of which are managed by the smart contract during the transaction.

Further, the submission advertisement parameters, transaction, signature: the user enters parameters for creating the sale advertisement at the client, including asset type, quantity sold, price sold, payment method, transaction time, etc.
Further, the method also comprises the following steps of advertisement display: digital asset advertisements sold by sellers are presented on a platform ad hall.
Before the advertisement is created for sale, a user registers an account number, finishes KYC authentication, introduces a digital wallet of the user, and stores a private key in a client for transaction signature.

5. The block chain based digital asset off-site trading method of claim 3, further comprising advertisement showing: digital asset advertisements sold by sellers are presented on the platform.
