Thereafter, user B and user C may conduct subsequent digital asset transactions. During transaction, a new digital asset token signature may be provided for each transaction, or an original digital asset token may be provided for tracing back and re-transaction. Meanwhile, each transaction user can anonymously inquire the data of the asset and currency bidirectional circulation chain, and the tracing of the digital asset is realized. When inquiring, submitting the signature information of the held digital asset token and/or old money paid by the original purchased digital asset, or submitting the information of the asset token obtained from the user B by the current purchaser user C (through an asset transaction platform interface), submitting the information to a digital currency system, appointing to trace the source of the asset from the user B wallet, leading the user C to clearly obtain the historical transaction information of the asset, and then confirming whether to perform transaction, transaction price and the like.
As shown in FIG. 3, in one embodiment, the digital currency system of the present invention includes an acquisition module 31, a verification module 32 and a transaction module 33.
The obtaining module 31 is configured to obtain digital asset token information provided by a digital asset purchase terminal through a digital asset transaction system, where the digital asset token information includes a digital asset token and signature information.
The verification module 32 is connected to the obtaining module 31, and is configured to verify the digital asset token information and the verification information provided by the digital asset transaction system.
The transaction module 33 is connected to the verification module 32, and is configured to store the digital asset token into the extended attribute of the digital currency and/or the associated smart contract acquired by the digital asset selling terminal after the verification is passed.
The structures and principles of the obtaining module 31, the verifying module 32 and the transaction module 33 correspond to the steps of the digital asset transaction method based on digital currency, and thus are not described herein again.
It should be noted that the division of the modules of the above apparatus is only a logical division, and the actual implementation may be wholly or partially integrated into one physical entity, or may be physically separated. And these modules can be realized in the form of software called by processing element; or may be implemented entirely in hardware; and part of the modules can be realized in the form of calling software by the processing element, and part of the modules can be realized in the form of hardware. For example, the x module may be a processing element that is set up separately, or may be implemented by being integrated in a chip of the apparatus, or may be stored in a memory of the apparatus in the form of program code, and the function of the x module may be called and executed by a processing element of the apparatus. Other modules are implemented similarly. In addition, all or part of the modules can be integrated together or can be independently realized. The processing element described herein may be an integrated circuit having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, each step of the above method or each module above may be implemented by an integrated logic circuit of hardware in a processor element or an instruction in the form of software.
For example, the above modules may be one or more integrated circuits configured to implement the above methods, such as: one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), or one or more microprocessors (DSPs), or one or more Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), among others. For another example, when one of the above modules is implemented in the form of a Processing element scheduler code, the Processing element may be a general-purpose processor, such as a Central Processing Unit (CPU) or other processor capable of calling program code. For another example, these modules may be integrated together and implemented in the form of a system-on-a-chip (SOC).
The storage medium of the present invention has stored thereon a computer program that, when executed by a processor, implements the above-described digital-currency-based digital asset transaction method. The storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic disk, U-disk, memory card, or optical disk.
As shown in fig. 4, in one embodiment, the digital currency system of the present invention comprises: a processor 41 and a memory 42.
The memory 42 is used for storing computer programs.
The memory 42 includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic disk, U-disk, memory card, or optical disk.
The processor 41 is connected to the memory 42 for executing computer programs stored by the memory 42 to cause the digital money system to perform the digital money-based digital asset transaction method described above.
Preferably, the Processor 41 may be a general-purpose Processor, including a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; the Integrated Circuit may also be a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, or discrete hardware components.
As shown in FIG. 5, in one embodiment, the digital currency based digital asset transaction system of the present invention comprises the above-mentioned digital currency system 51, digital asset selling terminal 52, digital asset purchasing terminal 53 and digital asset transaction system 54.
The digital asset selling terminal 52 is configured to generate digital asset token information of the digital asset and issue the digital asset token information to the digital asset transaction system 54, and the digital asset purchasing terminal 53 acquires the digital asset token information through the digital asset transaction system.
The digital asset purchase terminal 53 is configured to sign the digital asset token information and submit the signed digital asset token information to the digital asset transaction system 54 when confirming the purchase, and the digital asset transaction system submits the signed digital asset token information to the digital currency system 51 after verifying the digital asset token information, so that the digital currency system 51 stores the digital asset token in the extended attribute of the digital currency acquired by the digital asset sale terminal 52 and/or the associated smart contract after passing the verification again.
The digital asset transaction system 54 is configured to verify the digital asset token information provided by the digital asset purchase terminal, and send the verification information and the digital asset token information to the digital currency system 51.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the digital asset selling terminal 52 may also send the digital asset token to the digital asset purchasing terminal 53 by other means, such as offline or online.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the digital asset purchasing terminal 53 is further configured to generate a new digital asset token for the purchased digital asset, where the new digital asset token includes the original digital asset token identification of the digital asset.
In another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, extended functions and services may be provided directly by the digital currency system 61, i.e., to perform the functions of the digital asset transaction system, thereby supporting the digital asset transaction method of the present invention. The digital asset purchase terminal 63 and the digital asset sale terminal 62 are extended digital currency wallet terminals that can be directly connected to a digital currency system to enable digital asset token submission, validation and transaction. Thus, in this embodiment, the digital currency system 61 obtains digital asset token information provided by a digital asset purchase terminal 63, the digital asset token information including a digital asset token and signature information; verifying the digital asset token information; after the verification is passed, the digital asset token is stored in the extended attribute of the digital currency and/or the intelligent contract managed by the digital asset selling terminal 62. The principle and method of the present embodiment are the same as those of the above embodiment, and therefore, the detailed description thereof is omitted.
In conclusion, the digital asset transaction method, the digital asset transaction system, the storage medium and the digital currency system of the invention utilize the digitization characteristic of digital currency, and enable two transaction parties to carry out digital token signature on the identification asset and associate and store the digital currency extension attribute and/or the associated intelligent contract corresponding to the transaction through the transaction link of the digital asset, so that the digital asset elements and the digital currency are directly bound and butted without being limited by a specific third party transaction platform, and the digital asset and the digital currency of a cross-transaction platform are related and fused with each other, thereby having more trueness, compliance and authority, and facilitating the traceability, the authorization and the re-excavation and utilization of credible transaction data of the digital asset of the whole society; by means of the digital attribute of digital currency, transaction data and asset elements are unified, digital transformation of the whole elements and the whole process is promoted and radiated, the market competition pattern of data monopoly in the current payment field is favorably remodeled, the digital economy is promoted to be constructed by private enterprises, and the blocked ecology of mutual closed loop is promoted, so that the transformation of the new ecology of double-wheel drive and open source operation of governments and enterprises in the future is facilitated, and necessary technical infrastructure is provided for realizing value circulation of data assets in the whole society; the expanded digital currency system function is embedded into the digital currency technology and the business process system of the existing bank/payment mechanism by a standardized module, and no requirement and restriction are provided for the safety technical standard and the process specification of a specific technical architecture and an operation environment; the digital wallet can adopt a safe APP wallet embedded in a smart phone, and can also adopt a hardware wallet realized by a special handheld hardware carrier, so that the development and deployment cost is low, and the digital wallet is easy to popularize. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.

Claims (10)

1. A digital asset transaction method based on digital currency is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring digital asset token information provided by a digital asset purchase terminal through a digital asset transaction system, wherein the digital asset token information comprises a digital asset token and signature information;
verifying the digital asset token information and verification information provided by the digital asset transaction system;
and after the verification is passed, storing the digital asset token into the extended attribute of the digital currency and/or the associated intelligent contract acquired by the digital asset selling terminal.
2. The digital currency based digital asset transaction method according to claim 1, wherein: the digital asset token includes an identification code of the digital asset, all rights, an asset digest, a pricing method/algorithm, time, and value.
3. The digital currency based digital asset transaction method according to claim 1, wherein: the digital asset transaction system verifying the digital asset token information comprises the steps of:
verifying the validity of the signature information of the digital asset purchasing terminal;
acquiring digital asset token information provided by the digital asset selling terminal;
verifying the validity of the signature information of the digital asset selling terminal;
comparing the digital asset token of the digital asset purchase terminal with the digital asset token of the digital asset sale terminal for consistency.
4. The digital currency based digital asset transaction method according to claim 1, wherein: and the system also comprises a query function for providing data of the bidirectional circulation chain of the digital assets and the digital currency and tracking a digital asset transaction chain.
5. A digital currency system, characterized by: the system comprises an acquisition module, a verification module and a transaction module;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring digital asset token information provided by a digital asset purchase terminal through a digital asset transaction system, wherein the digital asset token information comprises a digital asset token and signature information;
the verification module is used for verifying the digital asset token information and verification information provided by the digital asset transaction system;
and the transaction module is used for storing the digital asset token into the extended attribute of the digital currency and/or the associated intelligent contract acquired by the digital asset selling terminal after the digital asset token passes the verification.
6. A storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, characterized in that: the program, when executed by a processor, implements the digital currency based digital asset transaction method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
7. A digital currency system, characterized by: the method comprises the following steps: a processor and a memory;
the memory is used for storing a computer program;
the processor is for executing the memory-stored computer program to cause the digital currency system to perform the digital currency based digital asset transaction method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
8. A digital asset transaction system based on digital currency, characterized by: comprising the digital money system, the digital asset transaction system, the digital asset selling terminal and the digital asset purchasing terminal of claim 7;
the digital asset selling terminal is used for generating digital asset token information of the digital asset and sending the digital asset token information to the digital asset purchasing terminal;
the digital asset purchase terminal is used for submitting the digital asset token information to the digital currency system through a digital asset transaction system so as to enable the digital currency system to store the digital asset token into the extended attribute and/or the associated intelligent contract of the digital currency acquired by the digital asset sale terminal;
the digital asset transaction system is used for verifying the digital asset token information provided by the digital asset purchase terminal and sending the verification information and the digital asset token information to the digital currency system.
9. The digital currency based digital asset transaction system of claim 8, wherein: and the digital asset selling terminal sends the digital asset token to the digital asset purchasing terminal in an offline or online mode.
10. The digital currency based digital asset transaction system of claim 8, wherein: the digital asset purchasing terminal is also used for generating a new digital asset token aiming at the purchased digital asset, and the new digital asset token comprises the original digital asset token identification of the digital asset.
