Claims (8)

1. A method of digital currency trading based on smart contracts, comprising:
the payer wallet acquires digital currency to be paid and acquires intelligent contract data;
the payer wallet to send transaction data to a payee wallet, wherein the transaction data includes: the digital currency to be paid, the intelligent contract data, a first intelligent contract signature obtained by the payer purse signing the intelligent contract data, and a second intelligent contract signature obtained by the signer signing the intelligent contract data;
the payee wallet receives the transaction data and acquires verification data generated by the signer;
the payee wallet sends a transaction record to a server, wherein the transaction record comprises: the digital currency to be paid, the smart contract data, the first smart contract signature, the second smart contract signature, and the verification data;
the server verifies the transaction record, generates issuing digital currency after the transaction record passes the verification, and sends the issuing digital currency to the payee wallet, wherein the verifying the transaction record comprises the following steps: verifying the second smart contract signature, the first smart contract signature, and the digital currency to be paid using the verification data and the smart contract data;
the payee wallet receives the issued digital currency and stores the issued digital currency.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the transaction record further comprises: the payee wallet is a transaction signature obtained by signing the digital currency to be paid, the smart contract data, the first smart contract signature, the second smart contract signature and the verification data;
said validating said transaction record further comprises: and verifying the transaction signature.
3. A method of digital currency trading based on smart contracts, comprising:
the payer wallet acquires digital currency to be paid and acquires intelligent contract data;
the payer wallet to send transaction data to a payee wallet, wherein the transaction data includes: the digital currency to be paid, the intelligent contract data, an intelligent contract signature obtained by the payer purse signing the intelligent contract data, and a verification signature obtained by the intelligent contract platform signing the digital currency to be paid, the intelligent contract data and the intelligent contract signature;
the payee wallet receives the transaction data and acquires verification data generated by the intelligent contract platform;
the payee wallet sends a transaction record to a server, wherein the transaction record comprises: the digital currency to be paid, the smart contract data, the smart contract signature, a verification signature, and the verification data;
the server verifies the signature by using the verification data, verifies the intelligent contract signature, verifies the digital currency to be paid, generates issuing digital currency after the verification of the digital currency to be paid is passed, and sends the issuing digital currency to the wallet of the payee;
the payee wallet receives the issued digital currency and stores the issued digital currency.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the transaction record further comprises: the payee wallet is a transaction signature obtained by signing the digital currency to be paid, the intelligent contract data, the intelligent contract signature, the verification signature and the verification data;
said validating said transaction record further comprises: and verifying the transaction signature.
5. A digital currency transaction system based on smart contracts, comprising:
a payer wallet for acquiring digital money to be paid and acquiring smart contract data; sending transaction data to a payee wallet, wherein the transaction data comprises: the digital currency to be paid, the intelligent contract data, a first intelligent contract signature obtained by the payer purse signing the intelligent contract data, and a second intelligent contract signature obtained by the signer signing the intelligent contract data;
the payee wallet is used for receiving the transaction data and acquiring verification data generated by the signature party; sending a transaction record to a server, wherein the transaction record comprises: the digital currency to be paid, the smart contract data, the first smart contract signature, the second smart contract signature, and the verification data;
the server is used for verifying the transaction record, generating issuing digital currency after the transaction record passes the verification, and sending the issuing digital currency to the payee wallet, wherein the verification of the transaction record comprises the following steps: verifying the second smart contract signature, the first smart contract signature, and the digital currency to be paid using the verification data and the smart contract data;
the payee wallet is also used for receiving the issued digital currency and storing the issued digital currency.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the transaction record further comprises: the payee wallet is a transaction signature obtained by signing the digital currency to be paid, the smart contract data, the first smart contract signature, the second smart contract signature and the verification data;
said validating said transaction record further comprises: and verifying the transaction signature.
7. A digital currency transaction system based on smart contracts, comprising:
a payer wallet for acquiring digital money to be paid and acquiring smart contract data; sending transaction data to a payee wallet, wherein the transaction data comprises: the digital currency to be paid, the intelligent contract data, an intelligent contract signature obtained by the payer purse signing the intelligent contract data, and a verification signature obtained by the intelligent contract platform signing the digital currency to be paid, the intelligent contract data and the intelligent contract signature;
the payee wallet is used for receiving the transaction data and acquiring verification data generated by the intelligent contract platform; sending a transaction record to a server, wherein the transaction record comprises: the digital currency to be paid, the smart contract data, the smart contract signature, a verification signature, and the verification data;
the server is used for verifying the signature by using the verification data, verifying the intelligent contract signature, verifying the digital currency to be paid, generating issuing digital currency after the verification of the digital currency to be paid is passed, and sending the issuing digital currency to the purse of the payee;
the payee wallet is also used for receiving the issued digital currency and storing the issued digital currency.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the transaction record further comprises: the payee wallet is a transaction signature obtained by signing the digital currency to be paid, the intelligent contract data, the intelligent contract signature, the verification signature and the verification data;
