The following detailed description of the embodiments of the invention is provided in conjunction with the drawings of the specification:
the invention provides a service support system based on block chain and internet technology aiming at the merchant fraud risk in the membership system prepaid consumption activity of the service industry, so that prepaid recharge money paid by a customer is not directly delivered to the merchant but is drawn into a public supervision account of a bank and recorded in a block chain distributed account book, then through an intelligent contract mechanism of the block chain, each time the customer consumes at the merchant, the customer is recorded in the block chain distributed account book, then the customer automatically checks the account for the merchant according to an agreed period (such as monthly), and the settlement money is transferred to the merchant from the bank supervision account. If the condition that the merchant stops working and cannot continuously provide the service occurs, the platform operator starts the intelligent contract after verification, and the unconsumed surplus of the customer is refunded to the customer. Due to the confidentiality, non-tamper-ability, security and trust of the block chain, a customer can, with the support of the system and its operating mechanism, confidently purchase the prepaid rebate card of any merchant participating on the platform without fear of fraud by the merchant.
The present invention uses the above-mentioned 3.0 version of the open source blockchain technology, and the architecture and technical specifications thereof have the disclosed implementation standards, so that the detailed portions related to the storage mode, operation process, etc. implemented inside the blockchain are not detailed in the present specification.
(1) And providing an application system interface. As shown in fig. 2, the application system of the present embodiment provides a system interface for registering and logging in merchants and customers in an organization form similar to an e-commerce website; providing a management page, so that merchants and customers can manage and operate own services respectively; providing a service interface, displaying a prepaid discount service package issued by a merchant and transferred by a customer, merchant information, service provided by the merchant information and obtained customer evaluation, and including related operation buttons, wherein the displayed content comes from a bottom layer block chain platform, the block chain searches a state library of the block chain according to a request sent by an upper layer application system, returns query information to the application system, combines the information by the application system, and displays the information in a certain format in the interface.
(2) And (4) identity registration. As shown in fig. 3, a merchant provides an enterprise name, an enterprise code, a login name and a login password through an application system interface, performs merchant account registration (i.e., the merchant initiates a merchant account registration request), and a CA center of the underlying block chain platform issues a digital certificate to the merchant, where the digital certificate is used as its certificate identity and authentication, generates a unique merchant number, and feeds back the unique merchant number to the application system interface. The customer provides the name, the identification number, the login name and the login password through the application system interface, the customer account registration is carried out (namely the customer initiates a customer account registration request), the CA center of the bottom layer block chain platform issues a digital certificate to the customer, the digital certificate is used for the certification identity and authentication of the customer, and a unique customer number is generated and fed back to the application system interface. Account information registered by merchants and customers is stored in a distributed ledger of a blockchain.
(3) A platform service agreement is formed. As shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, the platform operator generates a merchant service agreement through an application system interface according to a contract with a merchant, and the merchant service agreement is transmitted to an information terminal (a computer or a mobile terminal) of the merchant by the system. The contents of the merchant service agreement include, but are not limited to, merchant number, income settlement terms and modes, operator commission rates, customer refund terms and modes, recommendation of new customer incentive solutions, and other relevant instructions. The refund condition is that a certain proportion of customers (the specific proportion can be preset) put out complaints (the complaint reason can be that the merchant stops working or the service does not reach the standard), and the platform operator verifies and confirms the service condition of the merchant. After the service agreement is confirmed by the merchant, an intelligent contract (namely, a first intelligent contract) is formed and stored in a data structure of the underlying block chain platform. After the customer has completed registering an account on the platform, the system forms a customer service agreement and is transferred by the system to the customer's mobile terminal. The contents of the customer service agreement include, but are not limited to, the customer number, loyalty requirements, and related instructions. After customer confirmation, an intelligent contract (i.e., the first intelligent contract) is formed and stored in the data structure of the underlying blockchain platform.
(4) And the merchant issues the information. As shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, a merchant publishes services (including, but not limited to, name, content, price, and related description) provided by the merchant through an application system interface, forms a transaction (the content includes, but is not limited to, merchant number, merchant introduction, address, contact information, publishing time, and name, content, price, and related description of the service), transmits the transaction to the bottom layer block chain platform, records the transaction into a block of the block chain after validity check of the block chain platform, executes an intelligent contract (first intelligent contract) of the block chain, and updates the block chain state library information. The merchant issues a prepaid discount service package (the content includes but is not limited to the range, category, discount, quantity, time limit and related description of the total amount and service) through an application system interface, and the prepaid discount service package is stored in a data structure of the underlying block chain platform in the form of an intelligent contract (namely a second intelligent contract); meanwhile, forming transaction (the content includes but is not limited to merchant number, total amount and service range, category, discount, quantity, time limit and relevant description), transmitting to the bottom layer blockchain platform, recording into the blocks of the blockchain after the validity check of the blockchain platform, executing the intelligent contract (first intelligent contract) of the blockchain, and updating the blockchain state library information.
(5) And recommending the prepaid service pack to the customer with a prize. As shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, a "generate recommended two-dimensional code" button is provided beside the prepaid service package information issued by the merchant. If the merchant clicks the button at home, generating a system webpage link two-dimensional code which comprises the merchant number information; if the customer purchases the service package and clicks the 'generate recommended two-dimensional code' button, a system webpage link two-dimensional code is generated, wherein the system webpage link two-dimensional code comprises the merchant number information and the customer number information. The generated two-dimensional code can be broadcasted through WeChat friend circles and the like after being stored, or can be directly sent to acquainted people. After the new customer who sees the two-dimensional code recognizes the two-dimensional code in the information terminal, the webpage of the system of the invention is displayed in the information terminal, and the important position in the webpage displays the relevant information of the merchant contained in the two-dimensional code, including but not limited to the service and the information of the prepayment service package. If the new customer purchases the prepaid service package of the merchant after logging in at this time and the two-dimensional code before logging in the webpage carries the number information of the old customer, the merchant is rewarded for the old customer recommending the new customer. The reward method is that the system forms a transaction (the content includes but is not limited to a merchant number, a recommending customer number, a recommended customer number, a service package number and an indication of reward), the transaction is transmitted to the bottom layer blockchain platform, after the validity of the blockchain platform is checked, the transaction is recorded into a blockchain, an intelligent contract (a second intelligent contract) is executed, and a state base is updated. The transaction content is a reward amount given to the recommended customer by the merchant, which is deducted from the merchant settlement amount when the system settles to the merchant next time. The proportion of the bonus money is defined in the smart contract (first smart contract), e.g. equal to a certain percentage of the amount of the prepaid service package.
(6) The customer purchases the merchant service package. As shown in fig. 7, a customer browses service information and prepaid discount service package information issued by a merchant through an application system interface, purchases a prepaid discount service package of the merchant online, and pays a nominal money of the service package online through an online payment means such as WeChat, payment treasurer, and Internet banking. The application system transmits the transaction information (the content includes but is not limited to a merchant number, a customer number, a service pack number, a total amount, a range of enjoyable services, a category, discount, quantity, time limit and related description, the service pack number is formed by splicing the merchant number, the customer number and the current time) to the bottom layer blockchain platform, records the transaction information into blocks of the blockchain after the validity of the blockchain platform is checked, executes an intelligent contract (second intelligent contract) of the blockchain, updates blockchain state library information, and simultaneously stores the money paid by the customer into a public supervision account of a bank.
(7) The merchant provides the service to the customer. As shown in fig. 8, the customer can reserve service time with the merchant through the application system interface, or directly go to the merchant's storefront for consumption without reservation. And the merchant generates a consumption bill through an application system interface according to the service content. The contents of the purchase order include, but are not limited to, merchant number, customer number, time, class of service, quantity, price, discount. The application system inquires the service package ordered by the customer and the balance data on the underlying module chain according to the merchant number and the customer number, forms a bill and submits the bill to the system by comparing the consumption bill, and the system transmits the bill to the handheld mobile terminal of the customer. The bill comprises two sub-bills, namely a prepaid discount service pack internal consumption sub-bill (sub-bill 1) and a service pack external consumption sub-bill (sub-bill 2), and the content of the sub-bills comprises but is not limited to the total consumption amount, time, and the grade, amount, price, discount and subtotal of each service consumed. After the customer confirms the bill, the consumption amount of the sub-bill 2 is paid to the merchant by the customer on site, and the application system forms the transaction information (the content includes but is not limited to the merchant number, the customer number, the total consumption amount, the time, and the type, the quantity, the price, the discount and the amount subtotal of each consumed service) of the sub-bill 1, transmits the transaction information to the bottom layer blockchain platform, records the transaction information into the blocks of the blockchain after the validity check of the blockchain platform, executes the intelligent contract (second intelligent contract) of the blockchain, and updates the blockchain state library information.
(8) And (4) online evaluation. As shown in fig. 9, in this embodiment, a customer may select a merchant serving the customer displayed in the application system, may click on an evaluation button, evaluate the service of the merchant, and after the evaluation is submitted, the evaluation may be displayed on a customer evaluation page of the merchant, and the merchant may respond to the evaluation, and after the response information is submitted, the response information may also be displayed behind the corresponding evaluation of the customer page. The merchant can also select the own customer displayed in the application system, the evaluation button can be clicked to evaluate the performance of the customer, the evaluation is displayed on the merchant evaluation page of the customer after being submitted, the customer can respond to the evaluation, and the response information is also displayed behind the corresponding evaluation of the merchant page after being submitted. (11) The merchant refunds the customer. As shown in fig. 12, in this embodiment, the customer may apply for a refund from the merchant by negotiating the merchant's consent. And the customer logs in the application system, selects a corresponding service package in the management interface, clicks a refund application button, and forms a refund application form and sends the refund application form to the information terminal of the merchant. The contents of the refund application form include, but are not limited to, merchant number, customer number, service pack balance, reason for refund. The system forms transaction information (the content comprises but is not limited to a merchant number, a customer number, a service package balance, a transfer price and a transfer instruction), transmits the transaction information to the bottom layer block chain platform, records the transaction information into the blocks of the block chain after the validity of the block chain platform is checked, executes an intelligent contract (a second intelligent contract) of the block chain, marks the state of the service package as transfer, and displays the service package information, the balance and the transfer price in a service transfer interface of the application system. The service package in the transfer state may not be consumed, and if there is a transaction attempting to consume the service package by executing the smart contract (second smart contract), the blockchain will discriminate it as an illegal transaction. If the customer decides to cancel the transfer later, the customer can click to cancel the transfer of the service package in an application system interface, the system forms transaction information (the content includes but is not limited to a merchant number, a customer number, a service package number and an indication of canceling the transfer) and transmits the transaction information to the underlying blockchain platform, the transaction information is recorded into a block of the blockchain after the validity check of the blockchain platform is carried out, an intelligent contract (a second intelligent contract) of the blockchain is executed, the blockchain state library information is updated, and the transfer state mark of the service package is canceled. After seeing the transferred service package in the application system interface, other customers can click to purchase the service package, and the calibrated transfer price of the service package is paid online through online payment means such as WeChat, payment treasures and Internet banking. The application system transmits the transaction information (the content includes but is not limited to a merchant number, an original customer number, an existing customer number, an original service package number, a transfer amount, an original service package balance, a new service package number, a range of enjoyable services, a category, discount, quantity, time limit and related description, the new service package number is formed by splicing the merchant number, the existing customer number and the current time) to the bottom layer blockchain platform, the transaction information is recorded in blocks of the blockchain after the validity of the blockchain platform is checked, intelligent contracts (second intelligent contracts) of the blockchain are executed, blockchain state library information is updated, the newly purchased service packages are owned under the name of the new customer, the balance packages which are transferred and sold under the name of the original customer are cleared, meanwhile, money paid by the customer is transferred to a fund account of the original customer, and corresponding transfer service packages displayed in the application system interface are cleared.
(13) And (5) information query. In the embodiment of the invention, a merchant can send out a query request through an application system interface, the request is transmitted to a floor block chain platform, a state base of the floor block chain platform is retrieved through the block chain according to authentication, query information (including but not limited to service and prepaid service package information issued by the merchant, customer information of the merchant, ordered service package information, income information to be settled and obtained customer evaluation) is returned to the application system, the information is combined by the application system and then displayed to the merchant in the interface, and the merchant can print and output the information according to requirements. The customer can send out a query request through an application system interface, the request is transmitted to the bottom layer block chain platform, the state library of the bottom layer block chain platform is retrieved by the block chain according to authentication, query information (including but not limited to service merchant information of the customer, ordered service package information, consumption information and obtained merchant evaluation) is returned to the application system, the information is combined by the application system and then displayed to the customer in the interface, and the customer can print out the information according to the requirement.
In addition, as shown in fig. 14, the users involved in the present invention include merchants and customers related to the membership prepaid consumption service, and banks responsible for managing common administrative accounts, and operators responsible for system provisioning and maintenance management. The logical architecture of the system is divided into four layers, namely a business layer, two technical support layers (a blockchain platform and a business platform) and a fund flow layer (a fund account). In the technical aspect, a bottom layer block chain platform is a supporting layer and is the core foundation of the system; the upper layer service platform is responsible for interfacing with the user and implementing service logic. The business layer belongs to offline activities, including propaganda and promotion activities of an operator, and actual service-served processes between merchants and customers. The fund flow layer is a core object managed by the project, after a customer purchases a prepaid service package of a merchant, the transaction is recorded in real time in a block chain, and the recharge money of the customer is timely and accurately stored in a public supervision account while a state base is updated; when the settlement time point is reached, executing an intelligent contract of the automatic trigger block chain, settling the income of each merchant, and automatically allocating settlement money from the public supervision account to the fund account of each merchant; when the intelligent contract touches the refund condition, the balance of the service pack is automatically refunded from the public supervision account to the fund account of the related customer, thereby ensuring the safety of all the fund of the interest-related party.
The operator is responsible for the work of market promotion, attracts trade company and customer to use this system to manage its prepayment consumption business, helps trade company to promote its service and prepayment service package that provide. When a merchant decides to join the system and sign a paper contract with an operator, the operator opens hardware (a personal computer or a mobile terminal) and software (DAPP) which are accessed to the system for the merchant, trains the use of the merchant, guides the merchant to register an account, completes the release of merchant service information and a prepaid service package in the system, and forms an intelligent contract which runs in a block chain.
A customer enters a service interface of the system by scanning the two-dimensional code, using a WeChat small program, logging in a website or a public number and other simple and easy-to-touch modes, finds a merchant and a service package of the customer, registers an account and then purchases a prepaid service package on line. The system of the invention records the transaction in real time in the block chain, updates the state library, establishes a service contract between the customer and the merchant, and enters funds into a public supervision account. Then, when the customer needs the service, the customer can reserve service time and service items with the merchant through the system and then reach the store for consumption according to the appointed time. After the consumption is finished, the merchant and the customer confirm the content and the amount of money consumed at this time through the terminal, and the system records the transaction in real time in a block chain and updates a state library to be used as a basis for the system to settle accounts for the merchant regularly.
In summary, the prepaid consumption management method, system and storage medium based on the block chain of the present invention have the following features:
1. the merchant, the customer and the system operator have their own fund accounts, and a public supervision account is set up in the appointed bank for storing the recharge money paid by the customer when purchasing the merchant prepayment service package. The system regularly triggers and executes related intelligent contracts in the block chain according to preset time conditions, accounts income obtained by actual service customers in the merchant period is settled, and settlement money is automatically transferred from the public supervision account to the merchant fund account. If the merchant stops the service due to the reason of the business discontinuance, the customer complaints can reach a certain quantity proportion, the intelligent contract is triggered to execute through the audit confirmation of the system operator, and the residual money of the relevant customer is automatically returned to the capital account from the public supervision account. The intelligent contract sets the settlement mode of commission fee which should be got by system operator, and the intelligent contract is automatically executed by the system, and the commission fee is transferred to operator fund account from public supervision account. The intelligent contract is also set with the reward mode that the customer recommends new customers for the merchant, the intelligent contract is automatically executed by the system, and the reward is remitted to the fund account of the recommending customer from the public supervision account.
2. The system supports the registered accounts of merchants and customers, gives unique numbers, obtains digital certificates under the support of the block chain technology, completes identity authentication and authentication, and ensures the privacy and the safety of individual information and transaction information.
3. The merchant issues the services provided by the merchant and the discount service package of the prepaid consumption to the prepaid consumption support system, the content of the prepaid service package comprises but is not limited to the total amount and the range, the category, the discount, the quantity, the time limit and the like of the service which can be enjoyed, and an intelligent contract is formed in the bottom layer block chain platform.

The customer can reserve service with the merchant through the prepaid consumption support system of the invention, and then go to the store (or directly go to the store without reservation) to consume and enjoy the service of the merchant. 6. After the customer consumes, the system can be used for issuing evaluation to the merchant, and the evaluation information is recorded into the block chain and is permanently stored and cannot be deleted or tampered.
7. The system supports the price reduction transfer of the pre-payment service package among the customers, forms a transaction, records the transaction in a block chain of a bottom layer block chain platform, automatically executes related intelligent contracts of merchants, modifies state base information in each node of the block chain platform, and transfers the transfer money of the service package from a fund account of a buyer customer to a fund account of a seller customer.
8. The system supports a merchant to directly refund surplus money for a designated customer according to the agreement of an intelligent contract to form a transaction, records the transaction in a block chain of a bottom layer block chain platform, automatically executes a related intelligent contract of the merchant, modifies state base information in each node of the block chain platform, and automatically returns a corresponding money from a public supervision account to a customer fund account.
9. The system supports premium subscription service packages to be awarded to customers. The method is that a button for generating the recommended two-dimensional code is arranged beside the information of the prepaid service package issued by a merchant. If the merchant presses the button, generating a system webpage link two-dimensional code which contains the merchant number information; if the customer has purchased the service pack and presses the button, a system webpage link two-dimensional code is generated, wherein the system webpage link two-dimensional code comprises the merchant number and the customer number information. The generated two-dimensional code can be publicized through WeChat friend circles and the like after being stored, or can be directly sent to acquainted people. After the person who sees the two-dimensional code recognizes the two-dimensional code, the webpage of the system of the invention is displayed in the terminal, and the important position in the webpage displays the relevant information of the merchant contained in the two-dimensional code, including but not limited to the service and the information of the prepaid service package. If the customer purchases the prepaid service package of the merchant after logging in the webpage, and the two-dimensional code before logging in the webpage carries the number information of the recommended customer, the merchant is rewarded for the recommended customer. The reward method is that the system executes intelligent contracts, and forms a transaction with more than one kind, and records the transaction into a block chain, the transaction content is that the merchant pays a reward money to the recommended customers, and the reward money is deducted from the merchant settlement money when the system settles for the merchant next time. The rate of the bonus money is defined in the smart contract, e.g. equal to a certain percentage of the prepaid service package.
10. The merchant can inquire and count the information of the service and the prepaid service package issued by the merchant, the customer and consumption condition, and the prepaid and settlement condition through the system. The customer can inquire the merchant and the service information, the prepayment service package information, the consumption information and the customer evaluation of the merchant through the system, and inquire and count the service package purchased by the customer, the prepayment consumption condition and the surplus money condition.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) The scheme of the invention can stop the possibility of 'running out' of the merchant money rolling in the online prepayment consumption service, promote the continuous promotion of the merchant service, avoid the loss or waste of the prepayment of the customer, create a credible and harmonious commercial environment for the society and promote the commercial development and the regional economy and prosperity.
(2) The scheme of the invention can increase the customer consumption trust degree, and is willing to increase the prepaid recharge amount, but the discount rate of the merchant is not as low as the original discount rate, so the customer-order yield and profit rate of the merchant are obviously increased, and the merchant also obtains obvious economy and practicability.
(3) The scheme of the invention can protect the privacy and the legal rights and interests of the customer and the merchants from being invaded, and avoid the trouble that the customer has one consumption card at each merchant and social waste;
(4) The invention is convenient for the state to supervise the illegal operation and consumption, and effectively maintains the national economy, finance and social order;
(5) The invention can directly and indirectly drive social employment.

The block chain based prepaid consumption management method according to claim 1, characterized in that: the step of dialing and settling accounts from a bank public supervision account to a merchant according to prepaid recharge information and consumption information recorded on a block chain distributed account book based on a first intelligent contract comprises the following steps:
a first intelligent contract of the block chain is triggered by a preset condition and automatically executed;
settling the income of the merchant in the current period according to the prepaid recharge money information and the consumption information recorded on the block chain distributed account book by executing the first intelligent contract;
settling the commission of the operator at the current period according to the prepaid recharge information and the consumption information recorded on the blockchain distributed account book by executing the first intelligent contract;
by executing the first intelligent contract, recommending new customer reward fund information according to old customers recorded on a block chain distributed account book, and settling reward funds which are paid to the old customers by the merchant at the current period;
calculating the settlement money of the merchant at the current period according to the income at the current period, the commission at the current period and the reward money by executing the first intelligent contract;
executing the first intelligent contract to pay the current settlement from the bank public supervision account to the merchant, the current commission to the operator, and the reward money to the old customer;
updating the block chain state library by executing the first intelligent contract.

recording a refund complaint request initiated by a customer to a merchant through a block chain distributed account book;
triggering a first intelligent contract execution of a blockchain when a proportion of customers initiating a refund complaint request for the merchant meets a first threshold;
notifying an operator to verify the merchant status that a customer has filed by executing the first smart contract;
the operator verifies and confirms the refund complaint condition and the operation condition of the merchant;
after determining that the refund complaint request is correct, indicating the first smart contract execution of the trigger block chain with a refund;
settling a prepaid remainder of a customer of the merchant by executing the first smart contract, the prepaid remainder being refunded to the customer from a bank public administrative account;
