Abstract
The application aims to provide a method and equipment for IPTV service management, wherein user information in a user account opening subsystem is synchronized to a block in a block chain; acquiring a request about IPTV sent by a user terminal, wherein the request about IPTV comprises a user authentication request and an authentication request; and acquiring the user information from a block in the block chain, determining a feedback result of the request about the IPTV based on the user information, and completing service management of the IPTV according to the feedback result. Therefore, the possibility of losing and tampering when user data are transferred between databases of all systems is avoided, and normal service of users is not affected.
Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of computers, and in particular, to a method, system, and device for IPTV service management.
Background
AAA (Authentication Authorization Accounting, authentication and accounting) services currently used by IPTV subscribers in a certain area are mainly provided by the telecom operator OSS (Operation Support System ), which may cause inconsistent authentication information, inconsistent authentication information and inconsistent accounting information provided to the subscribers by the service provider and the telecom operator. and acquiring the user information from a block in the block chain, determining a feedback result of the request about the IPTV based on the user information, and completing service management of the IPTV according to the feedback result.
Further, the user information includes: user account opening information and user account selling information, wherein the user account opening information comprises user identification information, user shutdown activation state, effective time and user identity information.
Further, when the request about IPTV is a user authentication request, the user information is obtained from a block in the blockchain, and a feedback result of the request about IPTV is determined based on the user information, including:

Compared with the prior art, the method and the device have the advantages that user information in the user account opening subsystem is synchronized to the blocks in the block chain; acquiring a request about IPTV sent by a user terminal, wherein the request about IPTV comprises a user authentication request and an authentication request; and acquiring the user information from a block in the block chain, determining a feedback result of the request about the IPTV based on the user information, and completing service management of the IPTV according to the feedback result. The present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In one typical configuration of the present application, the terminal, the devices of the service network, and the trusted party each include one or more processors (e.g., central processing units (Central Processing Unit, CPU)), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The Memory may include non-volatile Memory in a computer readable medium, random access Memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) and/or non-volatile Memory, etc., such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash RAM. Memory is an example of computer-readable media.

Fig. 1 shows a schematic structural diagram of a system for IPTV service management according to an aspect of the present application, the system comprising: a user account opening subsystem 11, a user authentication subsystem 12, a user authentication subsystem 13, a user charging subsystem 14 and a blockchain 15; the user account opening subsystem 11 is configured to determine user information according to a request sent by a user terminal, and synchronize the user information to the blockchain 15, where the user information includes user account opening information and user account selling information; the user authentication subsystem 12 is configured to obtain the user information from the blockchain 15 according to an authentication request sent by a user terminal, authenticate the authentication request according to the user information, and update the user information in a local database according to an authentication result; the user authentication subsystem 13 is configured to obtain the user information from the blockchain 15 according to an authentication request sent by a user terminal, and authenticate the authentication request according to the user information; the user charging subsystem 14 is configured to obtain a subscription request of a user terminal, determine charging information according to the subscription request, and synchronize the charging information into the blockchain 15. Here, the system for IPTV service management is an AAA (user authentication, accounting, authentication) system, which includes a user account opening subsystem, a user authentication subsystem, a user accounting subsystem, a user authentication system, and a blockchain. The user account opening subsystem is used for user account opening, account selling, shutdown and service activation; the user authentication subsystem is used for user login authentication and authorization; the user charging subsystem is used for ordering products and paying services by the user; the user authentication subsystem is used for user product service authentication; the block chain is used for storing user account opening information, account selling information and charging information.
Specifically, when the user performs account opening and authentication, the user terminal sends an account opening request to the user account opening subsystem 11, the user account opening subsystem determines the user information according to the account opening request, synchronizes the user information to the blockchain 15 for storage, and when the user needs to sell the account, sends an account opening request to the user account opening subsystem, and the user account opening subsystem stores the user account selling information to the blockchain 15; the user terminal sends an authentication request to the user authentication subsystem 12, the user authentication subsystem 12 acquires the existing user information from the blockchain 15, authenticates the authentication request according to the user information, permits the user to log in if the authentication is passed, acquires the user information again from the blockchain 15 if the authentication is failed, and performs secondary authentication; the user authentication subsystem 13 acquires the user information from the block chain 15 after receiving an authentication request sent by a user terminal, authenticates the authentication request according to the user information, and acquires the user information from the block chain for secondary authentication when the authentication is abnormal; the subscriber billing subsystem 14 determines billing information based on the received subscription request of the subscriber terminal and synchronizes the billing information into the blockchain 15. By the system, accuracy and high-safety service can be improved, and the user data is prevented from being lost or tampered in the transmission process, so that normal service to the user is prevented from being influenced.
Fig. 2 shows a flow diagram of a method for IPTV service management according to an aspect of the present application, the method comprising: in the steps S11 to S13,
in step S11, user information in the user account opening subsystem is synchronized to blocks in the blockchain; here, the user information generated by the user account opening subsystem is synchronized to the blocks in the blockchain for storage, and the user information can be determined according to an account opening request or a sales request submitted by the user terminal. In an embodiment of the present application, the user information includes: user account opening information and user account selling information, wherein the user account opening information comprises user identification information, user shutdown activation state, effective time and user identity information.

In an embodiment of the present application, when the request about IPTV is a user authentication request, in step S13, the user information is periodically obtained from a block in the blockchain through a user authentication subsystem, the user information is cached in a local database, and the user authentication request is authenticated based on the user information in the local database, so as to determine a feedback result. Here, when the user terminal sends the user authentication request, the user terminal may be the authentication at the time of opening an account, or may be the authentication at the time of selling the account; the user account opening and authentication process is shown in fig. 3, the user account opening subsystem records user information on a block in a block chain, the user information on the block comprises user identification information (user ID), user shutdown activation state, effective time, user identity information and the like, a user terminal sends an authentication request, the user authentication subsystem acquires the user information in the block on the block chain, authenticates the authentication request, informs the user terminal of the authentication request if the authentication is passed, acquires the user information from the block chain for secondary authentication if the authentication is failed, and the block chain sends updated user information to a local database of the user account opening subsystem. The process of user sales and authentication is as follows: the user account opening subsystem records the user account information on a block in the blockchain, the user terminal sends a login authentication request when the user terminal carries out account sales, the user authentication subsystem acquires the user information in the block on the blockchain, authenticates the login authentication request, informs the user terminal of the authentication, and acquires the user information from the blockchain to carry out secondary authentication if the authentication is passed.
In an embodiment of the present application, the user information obtained from the blocks in the blockchain may be compared with the existing user information in the local database, and the user information in the local database may be updated according to the compared difference data. If the authentication of the user authentication request is abnormal, comparing the updated user information in the local database with the existing user information on the block, acquiring the user information from a block chain, updating the user information in the local database, and performing secondary authentication. Here, when the user opens an account and authenticates, as shown in fig. 4, the user opening subsystem may also record user information on a block in the blockchain, where the user information includes user opening information, and the user opening information includes a user ID, a user shutdown activation state, an effective time, user identity information, and the like. The user authentication subsystem regularly acquires user information in a block on the block chain, compares user account opening information with cache data in a local cache database, and updates difference data in the local database when the user account opening information is different from the cache data in the local cache database. The user terminal sends an authentication request, the user authentication subsystem uses the local cache data to provide service, if the authentication is abnormal, the user authentication subsystem compares the local user information with the user information in the block on the block chain and returns a correct result. When the user is in sale and authentication, the user account opening subsystem records the user account information on a block in the block chain, the user authentication subsystem acquires the user account information in the block on the block chain at regular time, compares the user account information with cache data in a local cache database, and updates difference data; the user terminal sends an authentication request, the user authentication subsystem uses the local cache data to provide service, if the authentication is abnormal, the user authentication subsystem compares the local user information with the user information in the block on the block chain, and returns a correct result.
In an embodiment of the present application, a subscription request sent by the user terminal may be obtained, and charging information determined by a user charging subsystem based on the subscription request may be synchronized to a block in the blockchain, where the charging information includes user identification information, a transaction number, a product number, and a consumption amount. Here, as shown in fig. 5, when the user subscribes and authenticates, the user terminal transmits a subscription request, and the user billing subsystem confirms the subscription and records billing information including a user ID, a transaction number, a product number, a consumption amount, and the like on a block in the blockchain. The user terminal sends an authentication request, and the user authentication subsystem directly acquires the user charging information in the block on the block chain and returns a correct result.
Then, when the IPTV request is an authentication request, in step S13, the user authentication subsystem periodically obtains the user information and the charging information from the block in the blockchain, caches the user information and the charging information in a local database, authenticates the authentication request based on the user information and the charging information in the local database, and determines a feedback result. Fig. 7 is a schematic structural view illustrating an apparatus for IPTV service management according to still another aspect of the present application, the apparatus comprising: a synchronizing device 11, an acquiring device 12 and a service management device 13, wherein the synchronizing device 11 is used for synchronizing user information in a user account opening subsystem to a block in a block chain; the acquiring device 12 is configured to acquire a request about IPTV sent by a user terminal, where the request about IPTV includes a user authentication request and an authentication request; the service management device 13 is configured to obtain the user information from a block in the blockchain, determine a feedback result of the request for IPTV based on the user information, and complete service management for the IPTV according to the feedback result.
It should be noted that, the contents executed by the synchronization device 11, the acquisition device 12, and the service management device 13 are the same as or corresponding to the contents in the steps S11, S12, and S13, respectively, and are not described herein for brevity.
Further, embodiments of the present application provide a computer readable medium having stored thereon computer readable instructions executable by a processor to implement a method for IPTV service management as described above.

1. A method for IPTV service management, the method comprising:
synchronizing user information in a user account opening subsystem to blocks in a block chain, wherein the user information is determined according to an account opening request or an account selling request submitted by a user terminal;
acquiring a request about IPTV sent by a user terminal, wherein the request about IPTV comprises a user authentication request and an authentication request;
acquiring the user information from a block in the block chain, determining a feedback result of the request about IPTV based on the user information, and completing service management of the IPTV according to the feedback result;
the user account opening subsystem records user information on a block in a block chain, wherein the user information on the block comprises user identification information, a user shutdown activation state, effective time and user identity information, a user terminal sends an account opening authentication request, the user authentication subsystem acquires the user information in the block on the block chain, authenticates the account opening authentication request, informs the user terminal of the account opening authentication request if the authentication is passed, acquires the user information from the block chain for secondary authentication if the authentication is failed, and sends updated user information to a local database of the user account opening subsystem;
