the client node receives service confirmation information input by a user according to a service confirmation request sent by a service provider node through a blockchain network, and sends the service confirmation information to the blockchain network;
the service provider node generates a transfer request according to the service confirmation information and a preset pre-payment data processing mode, and sends the transfer request to a blockchain network;
The financial institution node credits settlement data corresponding to the service into a service provider account from the supervision account according to a transfer request sent by the service provider node through a blockchain network;

the first processing unit is used for drawing pre-payment data corresponding to the transfer instruction into a supervision account pre-established by the service provider node in a financial institution from a client account according to the transfer instruction sent by the client node through the blockchain network; the client node is used for receiving a pre-payment data transfer instruction input by a user and sending the transfer instruction to a blockchain network; the service provider node is used for generating a service confirmation request and sending the service confirmation request to the block chain network when each service is completed; generating a transfer request according to the service confirmation information and a preset pre-payment data processing mode, and sending the transfer request to a blockchain network; the client side node is used for receiving service confirmation information input by a user according to a service confirmation request sent by the service provider side node through the blockchain network, and sending the service confirmation information to the blockchain network;
The second processing unit is used for drawing settlement data corresponding to the service into the service provider account from the supervision account according to the transfer request sent by the service provider node through the blockchain network;
the settlement data processing participant node further comprises: a supervisory agency node; the financial institution node is also used for sending settlement data processing result information to the blockchain network; the supervision organization node is used for generating supervision abnormal information when the credit problem of a client or a service provider is determined according to settlement data processing result information sent by the financial organization node through a blockchain network, and sending the supervision abnormal information to a credit investigation system;
the settlement data processing participant node further comprises: a dispute platform node; the client side node or the service provider node is further used for receiving a dispute request initiated by a user on pre-payment data or settlement data and sending the dispute request to a blockchain network; the dispute platform node is used for receiving the dispute request sent through the blockchain network, processing the dispute request to obtain a dispute processing result, and sending the dispute processing result to the blockchain network.

the third receiving unit is used for receiving refund request processing result information sent by the service provider node through the blockchain network;
and the third processing unit is used for debiting refund data corresponding to the refund request from the service provider account into the supervision account or debiting refund data corresponding to the refund request from the supervision account into the client account when the processing result information is agreeing.
