The commercial bank may store and share the customer's credit information at the local institution in encrypted form.
The inventor finds that: at present, financial institutions (such as banks) and regulatory agencies (such as governments) have paid attention to the huge demand of the society for the regulation of settlement data of various services, and have tried in some areas and fields, and the public settlement data processing products provided for the society mainly have limitations in several aspects: firstly, the field-oriented is narrow and is implemented in only one aspect or one industry; secondly, the region is limited, an independent product or platform is needed when local governments generally participate in the region, and repeated construction exists; third, there is a problem in standardization, and the slave interface, the development standard, the platform construction, etc. are different depending on the industry and the region.

and a second processing unit 022, configured to, according to a transfer request sent by a service provider node through a blockchain network, allocate, from the administrative account, settlement data corresponding to the service to a service provider account.
In one embodiment, the settlement data processing financial institution node may further include:
a third receiving unit, configured to receive refund request processing result information sent by the service provider node through the blockchain network;
and the third processing unit is used for transferring the refund data corresponding to the refund request into the supervision account from the service provider account or transferring the refund data corresponding to the refund request into the client account from the supervision account when the processing result information is agreement.
In one embodiment, the settlement data processing financial institution node may further include: and the third sending unit is used for sending the settlement data processing result information to the block chain network.

a first generating unit 031 for generating a service confirmation request upon completion of each service;
a second sending unit 032, configured to send the service confirmation request to a blockchain network; sending the transfer request to a block chain network;
the second generating unit 033 is configured to generate a transfer request according to the service confirmation information fed back by the service confirmation request and a preset prepaid data processing manner.
In one embodiment, the server node may further include: the second receiving unit is used for receiving a dispute request initiated by the user for the pre-payment data or the settlement data;
the second sending unit may be further configured to send the dispute request to a blockchain network.
In one embodiment, the second receiving unit may be further configured to receive refund request processing result information input by a user according to a refund request sent by a client node through a blockchain network;
the second sending unit may be further configured to send the refund request processing result information to a blockchain network.
In particular, the client node and the service provider node may be a combination of a PC, a PAD, a smart phone, and an APP.
The embodiment of the invention also provides computer equipment which comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein the processor realizes the settlement data processing method based on the block chain when executing the computer program.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program for executing the above settlement data processing method based on a block chain is stored in the computer-readable storage medium.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention has the beneficial technical effects that: settlement data processing based on the block chain is realized, the reasonability of settlement data processing is improved, the safety of customer account data is ensured, and further the customer satisfaction is improved.

Claims (18)

1. A settlement data processing method based on a block chain is characterized in that nodes of settlement data processing participants form a block chain network; the settlement data processing participant node comprises: a customer side node, a financial institution node and a service provider side node; the settlement data processing method based on the block chain comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a client side node receives a pre-payment data transfer instruction input by a user and sends the transfer instruction to a block chain network;
the financial institution node transfers the pre-payment data corresponding to the transfer instruction into a supervision account which is pre-established in the financial institution by the service provider node from the account of the client side according to the transfer instruction sent by the client side node through the blockchain network;
when each service is completed, a service provider node generates a service confirmation request and sends the service confirmation request to a block chain network;
the method comprises the steps that a client side node receives service confirmation information input by a user according to a service confirmation request sent by a service provider side node through a block chain network, and sends the service confirmation information to the block chain network;
the service provider node generates a transfer request according to the service confirmation information and a preset prepayment data processing mode, and sends the transfer request to a block chain network;
and the financial institution node writes the settlement data corresponding to the service into the service provider account from the supervision account according to a transfer request sent by the service provider node through the blockchain network.
2. The blockchain-based settlement data processing method according to claim 1, wherein the settlement data processing participant node further includes: a supervisory authority node; the settlement data processing method based on the block chain further comprises the following steps:
the financial institution node sends settlement data processing result information to the block chain network;
and when determining that the client or the service provider has a credit problem according to settlement data processing result information sent by the financial institution node through the blockchain network, the supervision institution node generates supervision abnormal information and sends the supervision abnormal information to the credit investigation system.
3. The blockchain-based settlement data processing method according to claim 1, wherein the settlement data processing participant node further includes: a dispute platform node; the settlement data processing method based on the block chain further comprises the following steps:
a client side node or a service provider side node receives a dispute request initiated by a user for pre-payment data or settlement data, and sends the dispute request to a block chain network;
and the dispute platform node receives the dispute request sent by the block chain network, processes the dispute request to obtain a dispute processing result, and sends the dispute processing result to the block chain network.
4. The block chain-based settlement data processing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
a client side node receives a refund request input by a user and sends the refund request to a block chain network;
the service provider node receives refund request processing result information input by a user according to a refund request sent by a client node through a blockchain network, and sends the refund request processing result information to the blockchain network;
and the financial institution node receives refund request processing result information sent by the service provider node through the blockchain network, and when the processing result information is approved, refund data corresponding to the refund request is drawn into a supervision account from an account of the service provider or refund data corresponding to the refund request is drawn into an account of a client from the supervision account.
5. A settlement data processing method based on block chain is applied to client side nodes and is characterized in that settlement data processing participant nodes form a block chain network; the settlement data processing participant node comprises: a customer side node, a financial institution node and a service provider side node; the settlement data processing method based on the block chain comprises the following steps:
receiving a pre-payment data transfer instruction input by a user;
sending the transfer instruction to a block chain network;
receiving service confirmation information input by a user according to a service confirmation request sent by a service provider node through a block chain network;
and sending the service confirmation information to a block chain network.
6. A settlement data processing method based on block chain is applied to a service provider node and is characterized in that settlement data processing participant nodes form a block chain network; the settlement data processing participant node comprises: a customer side node, a financial institution node and a service provider side node; the settlement data processing method based on the block chain comprises the following steps:
generating a service confirmation request upon completion of each service;
sending the service confirmation request to a block chain network;
generating a transfer request according to service confirmation information fed back by the service confirmation request and a preset prepayment data processing mode;
and sending the transfer request to a block chain network.
7. A settlement data processing method based on block chain is applied to financial institution nodes and is characterized in that settlement data processing participant nodes form a block chain network; the settlement data processing participant node comprises: a customer side node, a financial institution node and a service provider side node; the settlement data processing method based on the block chain comprises the following steps:
according to a transfer instruction sent by a client side node through a blockchain network, pre-payment data corresponding to the transfer instruction is drawn into a supervision account which is pre-established in a financial institution by a service provider side node from a client side account;
and according to a transfer request sent by the service provider node through a blockchain network, allocating settlement data corresponding to the service into a service provider account from the supervision account.
8. The block chain-based settlement data processing method according to claim 7, further comprising:
receiving refund request processing result information sent by a service provider node through a block chain network;
and when the processing result information is agreement, transferring the refund data corresponding to the refund request from the service provider account into the supervision account, or transferring the refund data corresponding to the refund request from the supervision account into the client account.

A settlement data processing system based on a block chain is characterized in that nodes of settlement data processing participants form a block chain network; the settlement data processing participant node comprises: a customer side node, a financial institution node and a service provider side node; wherein:
the client side node is used for receiving a prepayment data transfer instruction input by a user and sending the transfer instruction to the block chain network; receiving service confirmation information input by a user according to a service confirmation request sent by a service provider node through a block chain network, and sending the service confirmation information to the block chain network;
the financial institution node is used for drawing the pre-payment data corresponding to the transfer instruction into a supervision account which is pre-established in the financial institution by the service provider node from an account of the client side according to the transfer instruction sent by the client side node through the blockchain network; according to a transfer request sent by a service provider node through a block chain network, transferring settlement data corresponding to the service into a service provider account from the supervision account;
the service provider node is used for generating a service confirmation request when each service is completed and sending the service confirmation request to the block chain network; and generating a transfer request according to the service confirmation information and a preset prepayment data processing mode, and sending the transfer request to a block chain network.
10. The blockchain-based settlement data processing system of claim 9, wherein the financial institution node is further configured to transmit settlement data processing result information to a blockchain network; the settlement data processing participant node further comprises:
and the supervision mechanism node is used for generating supervision abnormal information and sending the supervision abnormal information to the credit investigation system when determining that the client or the service provider has credit problems according to settlement data processing result information sent by the financial mechanism node through the blockchain network.

The blockchain-based settlement data processing system of claim 9, wherein the client node or the service provider node is further configured to receive a dispute request initiated by a user for the prepaid data or the settlement data, and to send the dispute request to the blockchain network; the settlement data processing participant node further comprises:
and the dispute platform node is used for receiving the dispute request sent by the block chain network, processing the dispute request to obtain a dispute processing result and sending the dispute processing result to the block chain network.
12. The blockchain-based settlement data processing system of claim 9, wherein:
the client side node is also used for receiving a refund request input by a user and sending the refund request to the block chain network;
the service provider node is also used for receiving refund request processing result information input by a user according to a refund request sent by a client node through the blockchain network, and sending the refund request processing result information to the blockchain network;
the financial institution node is also used for receiving refund request processing result information sent by the service provider node through the blockchain network, and when the processing result information is agreed, refund data corresponding to the refund request is transferred into a supervision account from an account of the service provider, or refund data corresponding to the refund request is transferred into an account of a client from the supervision account.

A settlement data processing client side node based on a block chain is characterized in that settlement data processing participant side nodes form a block chain network; the settlement data processing participant node comprises: a customer side node, a financial institution node and a service provider side node; the client-side node includes:
the first receiving unit is used for receiving a pre-payment data transfer instruction input by a user; receiving service confirmation information input by a user according to a service confirmation request sent by a service provider node through a block chain network;
the first sending unit is used for sending the transfer instruction to a block chain network; and sending the service confirmation information to a block chain network.

A settlement data processing service provider node based on a block chain is characterized in that settlement data processing participant nodes form a block chain network; the settlement data processing participant node comprises: a customer side node, a financial institution node and a service provider side node; the service provider node comprises:
a first generation unit configured to generate a service confirmation request upon completion of each service;
a second sending unit, configured to send the service confirmation request to a blockchain network; sending the transfer request to a block chain network;
and the second generation unit is used for generating the transfer request according to the service confirmation information fed back by the service confirmation request and a preset prepayment data processing mode.

A settlement data processing financial institution node based on a block chain is characterized in that settlement data processing participant nodes form a block chain network; the settlement data processing participant node comprises: a customer side node, a financial institution node and a service provider side node; the financial institution node includes:
the first processing unit is used for drawing the prepayment data corresponding to the transfer instruction into a supervision account which is pre-established in a financial institution by a service provider node from a client account according to the transfer instruction sent by the client node through a blockchain network;
and the second processing unit is used for allocating settlement data corresponding to the service into the service provider account from the supervision account according to the transfer request sent by the service provider node through the blockchain network.
16. The blockchain-based settlement data processing financial institution node of claim 15 further comprising:
a third receiving unit, configured to receive refund request processing result information sent by the service provider node through the blockchain network;
and the third processing unit is used for transferring the refund data corresponding to the refund request into the supervision account from the service provider account or transferring the refund data corresponding to the refund request into the client account from the supervision account when the processing result information is agreement.
17. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method of any one of claims 1 to 8 when executing the computer program.
18. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program for executing the method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
