Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for removing dryness and lowering fire, food containing the same and a preparation method.
Background
Qi and blood are the two basic substances of yin and yang of the human body, and are the basis for the survival of the human body. Qi has the actions of promoting and regulating the movement, warming and moistening, defending, consolidating and mediating; blood has nourishing and refreshing effects on human body. Qi and blood originate from the zang-fu organs and run through the meridians and collaterals and blood vessels, and qi is the commander of blood and blood is the mother of qi, which are mutually coordinated and mutually used. Qi is a delicate substance that runs in the human body, has extremely strong energy activity, and stimulates and promotes the functional activities of organs of the body, thus representing qi of five zang organs and qi of meridians. Qi plays a major role in warming the body and resisting the invasion of exogenous pathogens, and also participates in the metabolism of visceral functions. Blood is the red fluid flowing in the meridians. Blood functions in two ways: one is to nourish the body, meridians and orifices. Exuberant blood can lead to healthy and strong body, ruddy complexion, smooth skin, moist hair and flexible joints. Secondly, blood is the material basis for mental activities. Exuberant blood can induce the mind to refresh qi and induce quick thinking. Blood deficiency is marked by absentmindedness, palpitation and uneasiness.
If the woman is smooth in qi and blood, the five zang organs will calm the five zang organs, the thoroughfare and conception vessels will be obstructed, and the menstruation and pregnancy will be normal. However, women have the basic function of blood, and blood flows along with qi, and due to the relationship of menstruation, pregnancy, labor and milk, they are easy to consume blood and damage qi, resulting in disorder of qi and blood. Therefore, regulating qi and blood becomes one of the important reasons for women to maintain beauty and keep fit. The development of the health food which can regulate and nourish qi and blood and is suitable for being eaten all the year round is very necessary.
The ginger sugar paste is a food prepared from fresh ginger, longan, red date, medlar, brown sugar and the like, and has multiple effects of dispelling cold, expelling toxin, warming stomach, warming body and the like. It is suitable for asthenia after illness, deficiency of both qi and blood, and menoxenia. Especially has unique effects on body deficiency, cold limbs, deficiency cold of spleen and stomach, wind-cold type common cold and cough, and has the defects that the edible ginger candy paste is easy to cause excessive internal heat and generate side effects of dry mouth and tongue and the like.

The expression longan in Yunnan materia Medica means that longan has the functions of nourishing blood, tranquillizing mind, promoting intelligence, arresting sweating, stimulating appetite and benefiting spleen. In Bencao gang mu of Li Shizhen, it is stated that the food uses litchi as a precious material and uses longan as a good material, and that the longan pulp has the efficacies of appetizing, tonifying spleen, tonifying deficiency and improving intelligence. The book entitled humerus book says "combining the functional ginseng with the ginseng", and the book entitled "combining the functional ginseng with the ginseng" also says "the book entitled" combining the functional ginseng with the ginseng ". The book of daily herbal says that the longan pulp is 'gaizhiningxin'. The traditional Chinese medicine holds that the longan pulp can be used for treating symptoms such as heart-blood deficiency, weak physical and physical strength, palpitation, insomnia, amnesia, anemia, spontaneous perspiration, night sweat, spleen deficiency, diarrhea and postpartum edema of women. Modern researches show that the longan pulp has the following functions:
A. anti-aging: the longan pulp extracting solution has certain functions of resisting free radicals and improving cell functions, and on the second anti-aging scientific research meeting in China, some scholars propose that longan may become potential anti-aging food with MAO-B inhibitory activity, and verify that longan has anti-aging effect.
B. And (3) anticancer: the Japanese Osaka Chinese medicine research institute has conducted anticancer tests on more than 800 natural foods and medicines, and found that the inhibition rate of the aqueous extract of the longan pulp on cervical cancer cells is over 90 percent, which is 25 percent higher than that of a control group anticancer chemotherapeutic drug bleomycin, and is almost equivalent to that of an anticancer drug vincristine.
C. Has the effects of regulating immunity, promoting intelligence development and the like: the longan can be clinically applied as a traditional Chinese medicinal material on one hand and can be prepared into a product as a raw material on the other hand in the aspect of medicine.

The medlar has a long history of homology of medicine and food, is a rare Chinese medicinal material in China and abroad, is listed as a superior product in Shen nong's herbal classic, and is called as ' long-time taking, light weight, no aging, cold resistance and summer heat resistance '; has the functions of delaying senility and resisting senility, and is named as 'Charpy seed'. The medlar contains a plurality of amino acids and special nutrient components such as betaine, zeaxanthin, baccatin and the like, so that the medlar has very good efficacy.
Herba lophatheri: is a perennial herb of Lophatherum of Gramineae, rhizome. The middle part of the fibrous root can be expanded into fleshy tuberous root of spindle, and the fleshy tuberous root is yellow and white, and has a needle shape like leaves and a conical inflorescence; lophatherum gracile, sweet and bland in flavor, cold in nature, enters heart, lung, stomach and bladder meridians; has effects in relieving body weight, promoting diuresis, and treating stranguria.
Asparagus: is dry root tuber of Asparagus cochinchinensis (lour.) Merr of Liliaceae, and has sweet and bitter taste and cold nature, and enters lung and kidney meridians. Has the effects of nourishing yin, moistening dryness, clearing away lung heat and promoting the production of body fluid. It is commonly indicated for dry cough due to lung dryness, cough with sticky phlegm, soreness and pain of waist and knees, bone-steaming tidal fever, internal heat, thirst, fever, fluid damage, dry throat, thirst, constipation due to intestinal dryness.
Black tea: black tea belongs to the whole fermentation tea, and is prepared by using proper tea tree fresh teeth leaves as raw materials and refining the tea through a series of processes such as withering, rolling (cutting), fermentation, drying and the like. The black tea has a chemical reaction taking tea polyphenol enzymatic oxidation as a center in the processing process, the fresh leaf components change greatly, the tea polyphenol is reduced by more than 90 percent, new components such as theaflavin, thearubigins and the like and fragrant substances are generated, and the black tea has the characteristics of black tea, red soup, red leaves, sweet and mellow taste. The black tea can help gastrointestinal digestion, promote appetite, induce diuresis, eliminate edema, promote the production of body fluid, clear heat, refresh, relieve fatigue, dilate blood vessels, regulate blood sugar, expand aging and strengthen heart function.
In order to solve the problem that the existing edible ginger candy is easy to cause excessive internal heat and dry heat, the invention not only selects the authentic high-quality fresh ginger, brown sugar, longan, red date and medlar, but also adds the authentic raw materials of dried orange peel, lophatherum gracile, asparagus, black tea and the like, so as to obtain the refined ginger tea candy, improve the taste of the original ginger candy, make the ginger tea candy more fresh and sweet, and simultaneously have the efficacies of relieving summer heat, inducing diuresis, dispelling dryness and clearing heat. The product can nourish yang when eaten in spring and summer, and nourish yin when eaten in autumn and winter, and the product has effects of consolidating body constitution, invigorating qi and blood, tranquilizing mind, and caring skin.
