Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more apparent, the following further detailed description of the exemplary embodiments of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings makes it clear that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and are not exhaustive of all embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an organization structure of a fastener tape body 10 provided in an embodiment of the present application, fig. 2 is a schematic view of a cross section of the fastener tape body 10 provided in an embodiment of the present application, fig. 3 is a partial schematic view of a slide fastener 200 provided in an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 4 is a schematic view of a cross section of the slide fastener 200 provided in an embodiment of the present application, in order to be able to produce a double-layer fastener tape having good quality, according to a first aspect of the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, there is provided a fastener tape 100 for forming the slide fastener 200. The fastener tape 100 includes a fastener tape body 10 and fastener elements 20 fixed on side edges of the fastener tape body 10, the fastener tape body 10 including a first layer fastener tape 11 and a second layer fastener tape 12. The first layer fastener tapes 11 and the second layer fastener tapes 12 each extend in the longitudinal direction of the fastener tape 100. A fastener element 20 is fixed to a first side edge of the first layer fastener tape 11. The second-layer link belt 12 is disposed opposite to the first-layer link belt 11. The side edge of the second layer of fastener tape 12 far away from the fastener element 20 is connected with the second side edge of the first layer of fastener tape 11 by a sewing thread 15. The sewing thread 15 participates in the weaving process of the first layer of chain belt 11 and the second layer of chain belt 12 at the same time, and connects the first layer of chain belt 11 and the second layer of chain belt 12 together to play a role of sewing. The link body 10 is constructed as an integrally formed structure directly forming the first and second layers of the links 11 and 12 through a weaving process. The first side edge is referred to as one side edge (i.e., a side edge on which the fastener element 20 is attached, in the left side edge in fig. 1) in the width direction of the first-layer fastener tape 11, and the other side edge (i.e., a side edge away from the fastener element 20, in the right side edge in the figure) is referred to as a second side edge.
The "direct forming" means that the first layer chain belt 11 and the second layer chain belt 12 are formed at one time through a single process of the weaving process, instead of forming the first layer chain belt 11 through the first process, forming the second layer chain belt 12 through the second process, and then connecting the two layer chain belts through a process of post-rework, or forming the two layer chain belts by folding the side edges of the side of the chain belt body 10 away from the fastener elements 20.
Through the technical scheme, the zipper belt 100 with the double-layer structure (the first layer of the zipper belt 11 and the second layer of the zipper belt 12) can be completed at one time in the weaving process, the zipper belt 100 does not need to be subjected to secondary treatment by other functional equipment or devices in the subsequent process (for example, edge folding equipment such as ultrasonic welding or an ultrasonic device is used for forcibly changing the single-layer zipper belt into the double-layer zipper belt), the process steps are simple, and batch and stable production is convenient to realize. Moreover, different with forming bilayer structure through folding among the prior art, because bilayer structure's of this application zipper strip 100 is weaving direct integrated into one piece of in-process, directly pass through stylolite 15 at the junction of first layer chain belt 11 and second floor chain belt 12 and connect, need not folding, do not store stress, the bilayer structure who finally obtains is stable, under the natural state, fold condition keeps the original state, does not kick-back, does not produce the fold, reduces defective products and produces, can the mass stabilization production. Therefore, the fastener tape 100 of a double-layer structure with good quality can be produced by the above-described scheme.
Alternatively, the width of the second layer of links 12 is smaller than the width of the first layer of links 11. The width difference between the first layer fastener stringer 11 and the second layer fastener stringer 12 makes the sewing process of the corresponding zipper 200 easy to perform, for example, when sewing the zipper teeth 20, since the side edge of the second layer fastener stringer 12 is spaced apart from the zipper teeth 20, only the first side edge of the first layer fastener stringer 11 needs to be sewn with the zipper teeth 20, and the second layer fastener stringer 12 does not interfere with the sewing process of the first layer fastener 11 and the zipper teeth 20 due to the above width difference. Moreover, when the edge portion 401 of the sewn article 400 is sewn to the fastener tape body 10, for example, fig. 5 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a sewn state of the zipper 200 and the sewn article 400 provided in the first embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, the sewn article 400 and the second layer of fastener tapes 12 are respectively located at both sides of the first layer of fastener tapes 11, and an overlapping width of the edge portion 401 and the fastener tape body 10 may be equal to a width of the second fastener tape 100, so that a portion of the edge portion 401 overlapping the fastener tape body 10 and the second layer of fastener tapes 12 are symmetrically arranged with respect to the first layer of fastener tapes 11, so that strengths of both sides of the first layer of fastener tapes 11 are consistent, the sewn article 400 is enabled to be wrinkle-free in the sewing process, and the aesthetic property of a final product is improved.
In one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first layer of link belt 11 includes a plurality of first warp yarns 111 and a plurality of first weft yarns 112, and the first weft yarns 112 and the first warp yarns 111 are interwoven with each other; the second layer of the link belts 12 includes a plurality of second warp threads 121 and a plurality of second weft threads 122, and the second weft threads 122 and the second warp threads 121 are interwoven with each other. The sewing threads 15 are respectively interwoven with at least a portion of the first weft threads 112 and at least a portion of the second weft threads 122, thereby connecting the first layer of fastener tapes 11 and the second layer of fastener tapes 12 by the sewing threads 15. The suture 15 is woven once (back and forth) with the first weft thread 112 at a time, and the suture 15 is woven once (back and forth) with the second weft thread 122 next time, all the while in weaving, and sometimes the first weft thread 112 is not woven with the suture 15 at times.
The first layer of the link belts 11 and the second layer of the link belts 12 have respective warp and weft, and the first weft 112 and the first warp 111 in the first layer of the link belts 11 are not interlaced with the second weft 122 and the second warp 121 in the second layer of the link belts 12, which helps to form the first layer of the link belts 11 and the second layer of the link belts 12 separated at the junction. Moreover, the sewing thread 15 is only interlaced with the first weft 112 and the second weft 122, and is not interlaced with the first warp 111 and the second warp 121, which facilitates the connection of the first layer fastener tape 11 and the second layer fastener tape 12 with the minimum width, and improves the smoothness and the aesthetic appearance of the sewing position.
In order to increase the aesthetic appearance of the fastener tape 100, in one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, the edge of the second side edge of the first layer fastener tape 11 is a first edge 113, and the first edge 113 is formed as a circular arc edge formed by the first weft thread 112 turning at the first edge 113; an edge of the side of the second-layer fastener tape 12 remote from the fastener elements 20 is a second edge 123, and the second edge 123 is formed as a circular arc edge formed by the second weft 122 turning around at the second edge 123.
During the specific weaving process of the link belt body 10, the weft yarns of the first weft yarn 112 and the second weft yarn 122 need to be reciprocated back and forth, and when the weft yarns reach the corresponding first edge 113 or the second edge 123, the weft yarns are turned around, so that the first edge 113 and the second edge 123 form a circular arc edge. The arc edge is not only beautiful, but also smooth in the sewing process, is not easy to hook with the sewed object 400 and is not easy to generate uncomfortable feeling to human body when contacting with human body.
At the time of weaving, the first weft 112 or the second weft 122 is sometimes not interlaced with the sewing thread 15 and sometimes interlaced with the sewing thread 15, in other words, the first weft 112 and the second weft 122 at some positions are sometimes not interlaced with the sewing thread 15 at the same time, and therefore the tension lines of the first weft 112 and the second weft 122 are varied during the interlacing, possibly resulting in the occurrence of an uneven surface.
Fig. 7 is a schematic view of a twill weave of the link belt body 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and in order to solve the above problem, in an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 7, the first layer link belt 11 includes a first layer link belt main body 114, a first stitched section 115, and a first support section 116 connected in sequence along a width direction of the link belt body 10. Along the width direction of the link belt, the first weft threads 112 extend from one end to the other end of the first layer link belt 11, and are respectively interwoven with the warp threads in the first layer link belt main body 114, the first sewn sections 115 and the first support sections 116. The sewing thread 15 is interlaced with the first weft thread 112 of at least a part of the first sewing segments 115, in other words, the sewing thread 15 is connected with the first sewing segments 115 of the first layer of the link belt 11 in particular. The first warp threads 111 are provided in the first layer link belt main body 114 and the first sewn sections 115, the first warp threads 111 are not provided in the first support sections 116, and instead, the third warp threads 117 are provided in the first support sections 116. The third warp 117 is not interwoven with the first weft 112, and the first weft 112 passes over or under the third warp 117. The diameter of the third warp thread 117 is larger than that of the first warp thread 111. "the third warp 117 is not interwoven with the first weft 112" means that the first weft 112 passes over or under the third warp 117, and the first weft 112 exerts no force on the third warp 117.
The second layer of chain belt 12 includes a second layer of chain belt main body, a second sewing section and a second supporting section which are connected in sequence. Along the width direction of the link belt, the second weft yarns 122 extend from one end to the other end of the second layer link belt 12, and are respectively interwoven with the warp yarns in the second layer link belt main body, the second stitched sections, and the second support sections. The sewing thread 15 is interlaced with the second weft 122 of at least a part of the second sewing segment, in other words, the sewing thread 15 is connected with the second sewing segment of the second layer fastener tape 12 in particular. The second warp threads 121 are disposed in the second layer chain belt main body and the second sewing segment, the second warp threads 121 not disposed in the second supporting segment, and instead, the fourth warp threads 124 are disposed in the second supporting segment. The fourth warp 124 is not interwoven with the second weft 122. The diameter of the fourth warp 124 is larger than the diameter of the second warp 121. "the fourth warp 124 is not interwoven with the second weft 122" means that the second weft 122 passes over or under the fourth warp 124, and the second weft 122 exerts no force on the fourth warp 124.
In the above technical solution, since the supporting section is provided next to the sewing section and the thick third warp 117 or fourth warp 124 is provided in the supporting section, the strength is high, and the supporting section can play a role of supporting, resisting the changed tension of the first weft 112 and the second weft 122, and preventing the uneven connection position of the first layer of chain belt 11 and the second layer of chain belt 12. In addition, the third warp 117 and the fourth warp 124 can also play a role of separation, prevent the sewing thread 15 from affecting peripheral yarns in the process of interweaving with the first layer fastener tape 11 and the second layer fastener tape 12, and prevent the occurrence of defective products such as heavy yarns or skip yarns.
In the above technical solution, the supporting section with higher strength is arranged at the position of the edge of the weft, which is far away from the zipper teeth 20, which turns around (i.e. the first supporting section 116 and the second supporting section), so as to bear the tension, and prevent the tension from being transmitted to the sewing thread 15, so that the sewing thread 15 is displaced, and poor products such as missing weaving are generated.
Alternatively, the third warp 117 and the fourth warp 124 may use a covering material.
In order to improve the surface appearance quality of the joint of the first layer of chain belt main body 114 and the second layer of chain belt main body, a first isolation section 118 is further arranged between the first layer of chain belt main body 114 and the first sewing section 115, 1 to 4 reed dents in the first isolation section 118 do not penetrate through the first warp 111, and optionally 2 reed dents do not penetrate through the warp; a second isolation section is further arranged between the second layer of chain belt main body and the second sewing section, and 1-4 reed dents in the second isolation section do not penetrate through the second warp threads 121, and optionally 2 reed dents do not penetrate through the warp threads. The reed dent is one of the main components on the loom, shaped like a comb, and is used to determine the density of the warp yarns, maintain the position of the warp yarns, and tighten the weft yarns.
The sewing thread 15 is interlaced with the first weft 112 and the second weft 122, and then contraction occurs at the joint of the first layer fastener tape 11 and the second layer fastener tape 12, so that the first warp 111 and the second warp 121 are too tight, which may cause a rugged appearance.
In the above technical solution, the first stitched section 115 and the first layer chain belt body 114 can be separated by the first separating section 118 without passing the warp threads through a plurality of hollow dents, and the second stitched section and the second layer chain belt body can be separated by the second separating section, thereby preventing the first layer chain belt 11 and the second layer chain belt 12 from being kept flat on the loom.
In the present application, there is no limitation on how the sewn article 400 is sewn to the fastener tape body 10, and in the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a surface of the first layer fastener tape 11 on a side facing away from the second layer fastener tape 12 is used to overlap with the edge portion 401 of the sewn article 400. The first layer fastener tape 11 is sandwiched between the second layer fastener tape 12 and the material to be sewn 400. The first layer chain belt 11 has a first sewing position 91, the second layer chain belt 12 has a second sewing position 92, and the first sewing position 91 and the second sewing position 92 are used for sewing the first layer chain belt 11, the second layer chain belt 12 and the object 400 to be sewn together. The second sewing position 92 is located on the side of the second layer fastener tape 12 close to the fastener element 20. The first sewing position 91 and the second sewing position 92 are equidistant from the fastener elements 20 in the width direction of the fastener tape body 10. In other words, the sewing thread is directly inserted through the material to be sewn 400, the first layer fastener tapes 11 and the second layer fastener tapes 12 in this order, and the first layer fastener tapes 11 and the second layer fastener tapes 12 are sewn to the material to be sewn 400.
Because the sewed object 400 and the second layer of chain belt 12 are not on the same side of the first layer of chain belt 11, the sewed object 400 and the second layer of chain belt 12 form a symmetrical structure relative to the first layer of chain belt 11, thereby solving the problem of poor strength existing at two sides of the zipper tape 100 in the prior art, enabling the sewed object 400 to be free of wrinkles in the sewing process, and improving the aesthetic property of the final product.
