Description

ETC-based compatible parking lot charging system and method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of parking lot charging systems, in particular to an ETC-based compatible parking lot charging system and a method thereof.
Background
At present, the charging modes of a parking lot mainly include the following modes: IC card payment, driver and passenger code scanning payment, non-sensitive payment and ETC payment.
Wherein:
the steps of the IC card parking lot entrance and exit are as follows: getting the card when entering the field → handing the card when leaving the field and waiting for calculating the cost → finding cash/scanning the code by the mobile phone → lifting the pole and leaving the field after the payment is successful. In the process, the card is required to be taken and returned, the process time of inquiring and paying the cost is long, and the jam is easy to happen.
The steps of scanning the code, paying the fee, entering and leaving the parking lot for the drivers and the passengers are as follows: parking photographing → finding a two-dimensional code when leaving the field → opening a mobile phone to scan a code → inputting a license plate → knowing the amount of money → paying and confirming → carrying on the pole. Although the semiautomatic parking lot with the two-dimensional code as the principal factor provides convenience for car owners and parking lot management units to a certain extent, each pass still faces a long and complicated payment process. The problems of poor network signals, unsmooth mobile phone, slow operation and the like all cause time waste and cause congestion in rush hours.
The non-inductive payment is realized by binding license plate numbers through a license plate recognition technology, and opening corresponding service functions in WeChat, Payment treasures or bank APP, so that the payment deduction and departure can be automatically completed without payment actions, but on the premise that the non-inductive payment function needs to be opened in advance. Such access steps are as follows: entering shooting → leaving shooting → automatic rod lifting → deduction leaving. However, the video recognition technology which is not relied on for the payment sensing is sometimes difficult to recognize the license plate under the conditions of the face of the fake-licensed vehicle and the severe weather.
ETC payment access step: automatic rod raising → take away. When a vehicle enters and exits the ETC full-automatic parking lot, the vehicle does not need to park to wait for lifting the rod, when the vehicle leaves the field, the system automatically deducts fees from an account bound by the ETC, and extra operations such as mobile phone operation are not needed. However, ETC payment requires that the vehicle transact the ETC device in advance, otherwise the ETC device cannot be identified and paid.
As can be seen from the foregoing, the conventional parking charging method mainly identifies the vehicle based on three methods: the first IC card taking method is characterized in that a vehicle is identified through an IC card, and the method is basically eliminated at present and is not widely applied; the second type is based on license plate recognition, and the influence of automobile headlights on a camera is required to be overcome when the license plate is recognized in the mode, so that a flashing light and the like are often arranged, but the light is very easy to cause visual obstruction to a driver, and particularly has great potential safety hazard to the entering and exiting of a parking lot in rainy days; chapter iii is ETC identification, but this approach requires the vehicle to transact the ETC in advance, and the ETC system is in a normally available state.
The former two kinds can satisfy the requirement of vehicle identification (such as IC card and license plate) on hardware equipment, but have the defect in the aspect of automatic payment, and ETC has the defect that hardware popularity is not high (need vehicle installation and bind ETC system). In addition, when carrying out noninductive payment or code scanning payment by drivers and conductors, the payment can not be carried out quickly in the areas with poor information network signals such as underground parking lots, and even more serious congestion can be caused.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, the present invention provides an ETC-based compatible parking lot charging system, which includes a data processing module 1, and a detection parking space 2 and a gate 3 disposed at an entrance and an exit of a parking lot, wherein a functional transition area 4 is disposed between the detection parking space 2 and the gate 3.
The entry end that detects parking stall 2 all is provided with and is used for the license plate recognition device 5 of vehicle afterbody license plate discernment and sets up the ETC system 6 at detecting 2 exit ends in parking stall, and when the vehicle just got into and detects parking stall 2, ETC system 6 starts discerning the vehicle, and after the vehicle got into and detects parking stall 2 completely, license plate recognition system 5 started discerning license plate information.
In the invention, the gate 3, the license plate recognition device 5 and the ETC system 6 are all of conventional structures, namely the gate 3 determines whether to raise the rod to pass according to an instruction, the license plate recognition device 5 is used for recognizing a license plate hung on a vehicle, and the ETC system 6 is used for recognizing an electronic tag of a vehicle ETC.
The difference is the arrangement mode of the license plate recognition device 5 and the cooperation with the ETC system 6 to realize the parking charging of vehicles in different modes. To better illustrate the compatibility of the present invention and its features with respect to the prior art, further description will be provided with reference to the following detailed structure and operation.
The invention is different from the existing compatible parking lot in two aspects:
difference 1, the charging system at the entrance and exit of the parking lot has different compositions so as to overcome the structural defects of the existing charging system;
and 2, distinguishing, automatically initiating charging by a system based on a priority level, rapidly leaving the field on the premise of allowing automatic payment, and avoiding congestion so as to overcome the defect of the charging logic of the conventional charging system.
With respect to difference 1:
the invention arranges detection parking spaces 2 at the entrance and the exit of the parking lot, and pulls the gate 3 and the detection parking spaces 2 apart by a certain distance, and defines the given area as a functional transition area 4.
Since the vehicle must be decelerated due to the blockage of the gate 3 when entering or leaving, and the vehicle is easily forced to stop when the distance between the detection parking space 2 and the gate 3 is too close, otherwise the vehicle may collide with the gate 3, it is known that the vehicle needs to delay more time when the vehicle is started after stopping, thereby prolonging the passing time of the single vehicle.
In the embodiment, the parking space 2 and the gate 3 are detected, so that the vehicle does not need to be stopped during detection and identification, and only needs to be driven at a low speed (the vehicle is forced to be decelerated by the spacing barrier belt 7 during detection, and the vehicle cannot be forced to be stopped due to the existence of the functional transition area 4), once the identification is successful, the gate 3 lifts the rod in advance and releases the rod, and the vehicle driven at the low speed can be accelerated in the functional transition area 4, so that the communication efficiency is further improved.
In other words, in the present invention, the functional transition zone 4 is a buffer zone that provides deceleration and deceleration of the vehicle, so that the vehicle does not need to be completely parked and a space where the vehicle can be driven away with acceleration, thereby improving the actual traffic efficiency. In addition, in the area, other detection structures can be arranged according to the requirements of different parking lots, such as a vehicle type sensor for identifying the signal of the vehicle, a floor scale for weighing the weight of the vehicle and a video monitoring camera for monitoring the entrance and the exit of the parking lot.
In addition, in the invention, the identification of the ETC system to the vehicle is based on the identification of the electronic tag, the process basically has no influence on the driver, and the identification process is the same as the conventional mode, so the repeated description is omitted.
The invention also comprises a license plate recognition device 5, and as can be known from the description in the background art, the license plate recognition device 5 usually needs to be provided with a high-power searchlight or a flashing light in order to overcome the requirement of the automobile headlight on a camera or other recognition, but the strong light of the lighting lamp can cause intense dizzy feeling for the driver, and because the road conditions at the entrance and the exit of the parking lot are complex, pedestrians, vehicles and related equipment are interwoven together, when the driver feels dizzy, certain influence can be caused on the safe passing of the vehicle.
In order to overcome the defects, in the invention, the license plate recognition device 5 is arranged at the rear end of the detection parking space 2, and the specific arrangement mode is as follows:
the mounting height of the license plate recognition device 5 is 40-100 cm, the shooting direction of the license plate recognition device 5 and the lamp slightly incline to the ground, and the shooting angle of the license plate recognition device 5 is right opposite to the diagonal line of the detection parking space 2.
The license plate recognition device 5 is arranged at the tail of the automobile and is used for recognizing the license plate at the tail of the automobile, so that adverse influence on a driver is avoided. However, the present invention is different from the conventional arrangement of the license plate recognition device 5, and the main differences are that:
first, license plate recognition device 5 sets up in the right back side that detects parking stall 2, does not have the influence to the driver chance, also can not produce adverse effect to the driver through inside and outside reflector.
Secondly, the vehicle recognition device 5 is activated after the ETC system recognizes the vehicle, and performs secondary recognition after the vehicle completely enters the detection parking space to verify the ETC information of the vehicle. In this regard, specific discussion is needed in connection with specific billing methods thereof, as will be further described below.
In the present invention, since the ETC system is used, the recognition range is wide, and in order to avoid the charging correction of the vehicle due to the wrong ETC recognition, the vehicle recognition device 5 performs the secondary recognition verification and forcibly limits the following distance.
Detect parking stall 2's entry end all is provided with many interval barrier strips 7, just license plate recognition device 5 sets up and is being close to adjacent two of entry end between the interval barrier strip 7 detect be provided with respectively in parking stall 2 and the functional transition district 4 with data processing module 1 electric connection is used for responding to first ground sense coil 8 and second ground sense coil 9 that the vehicle passed through whether.
Any one of the interval barrier belts 7 in the plurality of interval barrier belts 7 is installed on the ground through an automatic lifting mechanism 10, and the automatic lifting mechanism 10 is electrically connected with the first ground induction coil 8 and the second ground induction coil 9 through a data processing module 1;
when the first ground induction coil 8 induces that a vehicle is in the detection parking space 2, the automatic lifting mechanism 10 is started to lift the spacing barrier belt 7 connected with the automatic lifting mechanism so as to improve the passing resistance of the vehicle;
when the first ground induction coil 8 induces no vehicle and the second ground induction coil 9 induces a vehicle, the automatic lifting mechanism 10 is started to reduce the height of the spacing barrier belt 7 connected with the automatic lifting mechanism so as to reduce the passing resistance of the vehicle.
It should be noted that the distance barrier belts 7 in this embodiment may be conventional speed reduction belts, and the automatic lifting mechanism 10 may also be a conventional hydraulic mechanism, that is, the speed reduction belts are lifted hydraulically (a hydraulic power source thereof may be disposed in the related cabinets on both sides) to increase a height difference between the speed reduction belts and the ground, so as to increase resistance and a shock sensation when the vehicle passes through, but the height difference cannot completely prevent the vehicle from passing through, and cannot cause any damage to the low-speed vehicle passing through.
As can be seen from the foregoing, the toll collection system in the present invention, through cooperation of a plurality of systems, on one hand, realizes identification of vehicle information, and at the same time, can avoid the inability of identification due to hardware deficiency (for example, when the vehicle is not equipped with an ETC, the vehicle is directly identified by the license plate identification device 5, as will be described later), and in addition, can overcome the defects of the existing ETC identification (the identification range is wide, and disputes, such as congestion and grazing fees, due to identification errors are easily generated).
Further, a data processing module needs to be described, as shown in fig. 2, the data processing module 1 includes:
the temporary data pool 101 is used for storing the vehicle information collected by the license plate recognition device 5 and the ETC system 6;
the charging module 102 calculates parking fees according to the vehicle information stored in the temporary data pool 101 and the parking time corresponding to the vehicle information and according to a set rule and verifies whether the vehicle information is consistent;
and the fee deducting module 103 is used for initiating payment to the user according to the parking fee calculated by the charging module 102 and the priority in sequence, and when the payment is successful and the vehicle information is verified to be consistent, the gate 3 raises the rod and releases the payment.
Regarding the temporary data pool 101, it is not only used to store the vehicle information collected by the license plate recognition device 5 and the ETC system 6, but also to store the data within a certain time period when the charging item occurs for inspection, such as saving the whole data chain for one month for inspection.
The method for the fee deduction module 103 to initiate collection of the fee for the user comprises an ETC payment module 104, a non-inductive payment module 105 and a manual payment module 106, wherein the priority of the ETC payment module 104, the non-inductive payment module 105 and the manual payment module 106 is in the sequence from high to low;
when the front end of the vehicle enters the detection parking space 2, the ETC system 6 firstly starts to identify the vehicle, records the vehicle information as vehicle ETC information when the identification is successful, and marks the vehicle information as the default vehicle ETC information when the identification is unsuccessful;
and when the vehicle completely enters the detection parking space 2, the license plate recognition device 5 starts to recognize the vehicle, respectively records the vehicle information as the vehicle license plate information when the recognition is successful, and marks the vehicle information as the default vehicle license plate information when the recognition is unsuccessful.
In the following, the present invention will explain the charging logic of the charging system in conjunction with its specific charging method to overcome the confidences of the existing system. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the present invention provides a charging method of an ETC-based compatible parking lot charging system, including the steps of:
step 100, when a vehicle enters a detection parking space at an entrance of a parking lot, an ETC system starts to primarily identify the vehicle, and after the vehicle completely enters the detection parking space, a license plate identification device starts to primarily identify license plate information, and stores the vehicle information and the entrance time into a temporary data pool, a gate machine lifts a rod to pass, and the vehicle enters the parking lot;
step 200, when the vehicle is driven out of a detection parking space at an exit of a parking lot, an ETC system starts secondary recognition of the vehicle, and after the vehicle completely enters the detection parking space, a license plate recognition device starts secondary recognition of license plate information, and transmits the vehicle information and the departure time to a charging module to calculate parking cost;
and step 300, the fee deducting module initiates payment to the user according to the priority, when the payment is successful and the vehicle information is consistent, the gate lifts the rod to release the vehicle, and the vehicle is driven out of the parking lot.
In step 100 and step 200, the specific method for identifying the vehicle information before and after the vehicle enters the detection parking space is as follows:
when a vehicle drives into the detection parking space, the ETC system starts to identify the vehicle, records the vehicle information as vehicle ETC information when the identification is successful, marks the vehicle information as the default vehicle ETC information when the identification of the ETC system is unsuccessful, and reduces the priority of the ETC system to the lowest, if the identification of the ETC system is successful, the original priority of the ETC system is kept;
and when the vehicle completely enters the detection parking space, the license plate recognition device starts to recognize the license plate information, respectively records the vehicle information as the vehicle license plate information when the recognition is successful, and marks the vehicle information as the default vehicle license plate information when the recognition is unsuccessful.
In step 200, vehicle information verification is further included when the parking fee is calculated by the charging module, and the specific steps of the vehicle information verification are as follows:
when the vehicle enters a detection parking space at the entrance of the parking lot:
when the ETC system successfully identifies, comparing the vehicle ETC information with the vehicle license plate information and the vehicle type information, if the vehicle ETC information is consistent with the vehicle license plate information and the vehicle type information, recording a temporary data pool, and if the vehicle license plate information and the vehicle type information do not exist, directly recording the vehicle ETC information in the temporary data pool;
when the ETC system is unsuccessfully identified, directly inputting the vehicle license plate information and the vehicle type information into a temporary data pool, and judging that the ETC system is not identified if the ETC system does not have the vehicle license plate information and the vehicle type information;
when a vehicle enters a detection parking space at the exit of the parking lot:
when the ETC system successfully identifies, comparing the vehicle ETC information with the vehicle license plate information and the vehicle type information, if the vehicle ETC information is consistent with the vehicle license plate information and the vehicle type information, recording a temporary data pool, and if the vehicle license plate information and the vehicle type information do not exist, directly recording the vehicle ETC information in the temporary data pool;
when the ETC system is unsuccessfully identified, directly inputting the vehicle license plate information and the vehicle type information into a temporary data pool, and judging that the ETC system is not identified if the ETC system does not have the vehicle license plate information and the vehicle type information.
By the aforesaid can know, when the vehicle that gets into the parking area has ETC equipment, will be discerned by the ETC system promptly after getting into the detection parking stall, but in order to prevent discernment defects such as the charge of rubbing, still need carry out noiseless discernment to the license plate through license plate recognition device this moment to the identification result based on two kinds of modes compares vehicle information.
But the identification logic thereof already considers the processing method when the identification cannot be realized:
when ETC is not available or is not successful, the ETC identification is set as a default value, and the license plate information is directly entered or placed on the basis of the license plate information without being compared with the ETC identification information;
when the ETC can identify the license plate and the license plate cannot be identified due to interference factors such as weather, the license plate identification is set as a default value, and the license plate identification information does not need to be read necessarily and is directly entered into the field or the vertical field based on the ETC information.
Based on the identification logic, the congestion caused by system faults caused by certain system defects or identification defects is overcome. When ETC system and license plate recognition device all can't discern, judge and do not discern, sweep sign indicating number or get the card operation through car owner's manual mode this moment to compatible different actual demands, this moment:
detect parking stall 2 one side of being close to the driver's seat all be provided with data processing module 1 electric connection sweep the sign indicating number and/or get the card ware, when ETC system and license plate recognition device all can't discern the vehicle, utilize through the manual mode and sweep the sign indicating number and/or get the card ware and enter or go out of the scene.
After identification and comparison:
the method for the fee deduction module to initiate collection of the fee for the user comprises an ETC payment module, a non-inductive payment module and a manual payment module, wherein the ETC payment module, the non-inductive payment module and the manual payment module are arranged in the sequence from high priority to low priority;
when the vehicle gets into and detects the parking stall, when ETC system discernment succeeds, pay with ETC payment module, otherwise pay according to noninductive payment module, manual payment module according to the priority order.
Wherein:
the ETC payment module directly deducts fees from the ETC system;
