本发明公开了一种食品包装用高温蒸煮膜及其制备方法,其中,包括从上至下依次复合而成的外层、第一芯层、第二芯层及与食品接触的热封层;其中,所述外层为二元共聚聚丙烯RP210M,所述第一芯层及第二芯层为二元共聚聚丙烯RC213M,所述热封层为三元共聚聚丙烯FL7632L。本发明涉及复合膜领域,与现有技术相比的优点在于:将食品固定包装袋内不可移动。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合膜领域,具体是指一种食品包装用高温蒸煮膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
热封制袋是塑料复合软包装生产过程中的最后一道工序。它是利用外界加热使复合薄膜热封部位的热封材料变成粘流状态,借助于热封刀具的压力,使上下两层热封材料彼此熔合在一起,冷却后保持一定的强度,具有良好的密封性。
现有包装用的复合薄膜,其一般为层状结构,由上而下依次为表面层、芯层和底层,其中表面层和底层均为二元无规共聚聚丙烯层,芯层为PP拉丝料层。但是这种结构的复合薄膜,在对食品进行热封后,食品仍会在包装袋内滑动,因此会导致对产品整体美观影响,并且塑封食品不抗摔、破包率高、易损坏。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服以上技术缺陷,提供一种将食品固定包装袋内不可移动的食品包装用高温蒸煮膜。
另外,本申请还提供一种食品包装用高温蒸煮膜的制备方法,以保证上述方法在实际中的实现。
在本申请第一方面提供了一种食品包装用高温蒸煮膜,包括从上至下依次复合而成的外层、第一芯层、第二芯层及与食品接触的热封层;
其中,所述外层为二元共聚聚丙烯RP210M,所述第一芯层及第二芯层为二元共聚聚丙烯RC213M,所述热封层为三元共聚聚丙烯FL7632L。
所述外层的质量占比为19%,所述第一芯层的质量占比为28%,所述第二芯层的质量占比为28%,所述热封层的质量占比为25%。
在本申请第二方面提供了食品包装用高温蒸煮膜的制备方法:
S1、拌料:按重量比依次称取原料,将三种原料分别加入与自身质量比为100:(1-3)的爽滑剂进行均匀搅拌;
S2、加热挤出:外层、第一芯层、第二芯层及热封层的混合材料通过四层共挤流延机组加热,并经螺杆旋转搅拌共混成熔融状,并通过模头复合挤出,其中,所述外层的加热温度在185-240℃之间,所述第一芯层及第二芯层的加热温度在185-250℃之间,所述热封层的加热温度在185-240℃之间,模头温度在226-228℃之间;
S3、主冷辊冷却成型:挤出的熔体下落在主冷辊上定型成膜,冷却温度为25℃;
S4、在线测厚:通过测厚装置测量成型膜厚度是否达标;
S5、电晕:进行电晕处理,电晕值为44达因、电晕功率为24kw;
S6、后处理:依次进行收卷、熟化、分切,得到食品包装用高温蒸煮膜成品。
本工艺和现有技术相比所具有的优点是:
食品包装用高温蒸煮膜采用两种二元共聚聚丙烯作为外层和芯层,三元共聚聚丙烯作为与食品接触的内层,其中二元共聚聚丙烯层能够为包装提供良好的保护,三元共聚聚丙烯在121℃高温蒸煮下能够缩紧并固定包装内部的食品,食品被固定不会滑动,因此抗摔且易于运输。
具体实施方式
以下所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不因此而限定本发明型的保护范围,下面结合表格和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
为便于对本实施例进行理解,接下来以在实际加工过程中本发明所采用的一种食品包装用高温蒸煮膜进行详细介绍。
实施例1:
食品包装用高温蒸煮膜的制备例,具体地,主要包括二元共聚聚丙烯RP210M、二元共聚聚丙烯RC213M、三元共聚聚丙烯FL7632L。其中二元共聚聚丙烯RP210M质量占比为19%,二元共聚聚丙烯RC213M的质量占比为56%,三元共聚聚丙烯FL7632L的质量占比为25%。
采用四层共挤4500mm流延机组及4500mm分切机组进行生产,具体地制备步骤为:
S1、按上述的重量比依次称取原料,将三种原料分别加入与自身质量比为100:2的爽滑剂通过搅拌器进行均匀搅拌。
S2、将外层、第一芯层、第二芯层及热封层的混合材料通过四层共挤流延机组加热,并经螺杆旋转搅拌共混成熔融状,并通过模头复合挤出,其中,所述外层的加热温度在185-240℃之间,所述第一芯层及第二芯层的加热温度在185-250℃之间,所述热封层的加热温度在185-240℃之间,模头温度在226-228℃之间。
在本实施例中,四层共挤4500mm流延机组分为A、B、C、D四机,其中A机挤出二元共聚聚丙烯RP210M,B和C机挤出二元共聚聚丙烯RC213M,D机挤出三元共聚聚丙烯FL7632L。四机的温度及模头温度参见表1。
S3、主冷辊冷却成型:将模头所挤出的熔体下落在旋转的主冷辊上定型成膜,主冷辊的冷却温度为25℃,可以形成成型的膜状材料。
S4、在线测厚:通过测厚装置测量成型膜厚度,使其在65-70μm左右。
S5、电晕:进行电晕处理,其中电晕值为44达因,电晕功率参见表1。
S6、后处理:依次进行收卷、熟化、分切,得到食品包装用高温蒸煮膜成品。
在消费者购买本高温蒸煮膜后,其使用流程为:复合--制袋--抽真空包装--121℃高温杀菌--自融。

实施例1中所制得的食品包装用高温蒸煮膜应用在鸡蛋干包装后,其力学性能如表2所示,可以看出热封强度为16-19N之间,因此可以应对绝大多数食品固定包装。

Claims (3)
1.一种食品包装用高温蒸煮膜,其特征在于:包括从上至下依次复合而成的外层、第一芯层、第二芯层及与食品接触的热封层;
其中,所述外层为二元共聚聚丙烯RP210M,所述第一芯层及第二芯层为二元共聚聚丙烯RC213M,所述热封层为三元共聚聚丙烯FL7632L。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品包装用高温蒸煮膜,其特征在于:所述外层的质量占比为19%,所述第一芯层的质量占比为28%,所述第二芯层的质量占比为28%,所述热封层的质量占比为25%。
3.一种基于权利要求2所述的食品包装用高温蒸煮膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、拌料:按重量比依次称取原料,将三种原料分别加入与自身质量比为100:(1-3)的爽滑剂进行均匀搅拌;
S2、加热挤出:外层、第一芯层、第二芯层及热封层的混合材料通过四层共挤流延机组加热,并经螺杆旋转搅拌共混成熔融状,并通过模头复合挤出,其中,所述外层的加热温度在185-240℃之间,所述第一芯层及第二芯层的加热温度在185-250℃之间,所述热封层的加热温度在185-240℃之间,模头温度在226-228℃之间;
S3、主冷辊冷却成型:挤出的熔体下落在主冷辊上定型成膜,冷却温度为25℃;
S4、在线测厚:通过测厚装置测量成型膜厚度是否达标;
S5、电晕:进行电晕处理,电晕值为44达因、电晕功率为24kw;
S6、后处理:依次进行收卷、熟化、分切,得到食品包装用高温蒸煮膜成品。
