The invention has the beneficial effects that: on the basis of a conventional closed clamping and pressing type groove, a V-shaped structural groove for secondary clamping and pressing positioning and blank stabilizing is further added in the lower groove or the upper and lower grooves, so that the effects of positioning the blank and stabilizing the blank in the groove are achieved, the clamping operation of a clamp in the forming process is avoided, and the technological appeal of secondary clamping and pressing after large-pressing-amount clamping and pressing is met.

For the blank making process with small pressing amount, the invention also provides a pointed simple die structure, and the blank can be positioned and stabilized to meet the stable forming requirement of secondary clamping and pressing.

Example 1: referring to the attached drawings 1 and 2, the closed clamping and pressing die for die forging blank making is used for making a blank of a forging with a dumbbell-shaped structure and comprises an upper die 2 and a lower die 1, wherein the upper die 2 is provided with an upper groove 6, the lower die 1 is provided with a lower groove 5, the upper die 2 and the lower die 1 are female dies, and after the lower die 1 and the upper die 2 are closed, the upper groove 6 and the lower groove 5 are matched to form a cavity for blank forming.

The embodiment is directed to a die design and a blank manufacturing method under the condition of large clamping pressing amount (for example, the ratio of a long axis to a short axis in a primary clamping pressing blank is more than or equal to 2), in this case, the obtained primary clamping pressing blank 7 has a long axis which is in a thin and high shape after rotating, and the blank is not stabilized only by the first V-shaped structure groove 3 of the lower profile groove 5, so that the second V-shaped structure groove 4 is required to be arranged in the upper profile groove 6, thereby forming an upper and lower clamping state, preventing sliding inclination and deformation instability in the deformation process of the thin and high blank, stably realizing secondary clamping pressing forming of the large pressing amount, and enabling the blank to obtain large deformation and extension amount.
Example 2: in the embodiment, the die design and the blank manufacturing method aim at the condition that the clamping pressing amount is small (for example, the ratio of the long axis to the short axis in the primary clamping pressing blank is less than 2), in this case, the obtained primary clamping pressing blank 7 has a short long axis, and the blank can be stabilized by the first V-shaped structural groove 3 of the lower groove 5 after being rotated. Therefore, in this embodiment, based on embodiment 1, the second V-shaped groove 4 in the upper groove 6 is omitted, and only the first V-shaped groove 3 of the lower groove 5 is left, so that stable secondary clamping and pressing can be achieved. Moreover, when the clamping pressure is relatively small, the opening angle of the first V-shaped structure groove 3 can be increased to 140 degrees, and the depth can be reduced to 4-8% of the length of the long axis.
The blank making method of the closed clamping and pressing die in the embodiment when in use is as follows: firstly, a raw material blank is placed in a lower groove 5 of a lower die 1, and the upper groove 6 and the lower groove 5 extrude the raw material blank into a primary clamping blank 7 with an oval section in the die closing movement process of an upper die 2; and then the upper die 2 is lifted, after the primary clamping blank 7 is turned by 90 degrees, one shaft end of the long shaft is clamped in the first V-shaped structure groove 3 of the lower groove 5, so that the primary clamping blank 7 is stably erected in the lower groove 5, then the upper die 2 is closed, the top surface of the upper groove 6 of the upper die 2 is used for pressing the other shaft end of the long shaft of the primary clamping blank 7, and the closing is continued to finish secondary clamping and pressing forming, so that the secondary clamping blank is obtained.
