The invention relates to a near-net forming method for forging a hinge beam of fine steel stone pressure equipment, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: processing the whole blank into a cake shape, and processing a matching surface matched with the inclined surface in the lower die at the lower part of the blank; placing the rough machined blank into a lower die, and automatically completing the positioning of a workpiece under the cooperation of the matching surface and the inclined surface of the lower die; pressing down the upper die; the center of the blank is extruded by the center positioning bulge of the upper die, the upper part of the blank metal flows to the annular groove, and the lower part of the blank metal flows to the inclined surface and the circular groove at the bottom of the lower die; after the upper die is in place, finishing one-time stamping; locking the upper die and the lower die through a die locking mechanism, closing the two horizontal dies, and forming the opposite surfaces of the blank metal and the horizontal dies under the action of a forming groove, a forming inclined surface and a forming plane; and (3) superfluous blank metal flows to the inner side surface of the lower die, and under the action of the inner side surface of the lower die, the two sides are finally molded, and the secondary stamping is finished, so that the workpiece is obtained.
