The invention discloses a porous roller rotary type dried fruit dryer heated by an electric heating wire, which is used for dehydrating and drying dried fruits and comprises a porous roller, a feed inlet, a feed outlet, a feed inlet baffle, a hot air bin, an electric heating wire, a fan, a power system and the like, wherein the power system consisting of a motor, a transmission case and a belt pulley drives a main shaft to rotate so as to drive the porous roller to rotate, the fan sends cold air into the hot air bin, the cold air is heated by the electric heating wire to rise the temperature, and hot air enters the porous roller through a heat dissipation hole of the hot air bin, so that the function of removing the moisture in the dried fruits is achieved.
