And at the test station, capturing the actual MAC address of the server through an operating system, and recording the actual MAC address as a second relation table.
The process realized by the comparison module is as follows: comparing whether the corresponding relation and the content in the first relation table and the second relation table are completely the same, if so, the first relation table or the second relation table is an accurate MAC information table; if not, an alarm signal is sent out.
The DIAG compares the MAC address in the received first relation table transmitted by the production line scanning with the actual MAC address in the second relation table actually captured under the OS, confirms that each MAC address in the corresponding table is consistent with the MAC address captured in the OS, can ensure the accuracy of the MAC label pasted on the mainboard and the network card, can prevent scanning and calculation errors, can prevent label printing from being inconsistent with the actual MAC address, compares the collected order, the MAC address and the SN second relation table with the first relation table transmitted by the MES after the test is finished, and transmits the final table to a client for deployment and use after the two tables are confirmed to be consistent.
The system for realizing the accuracy of the MAC information of the server provided by the embodiment 3 of the invention ensures that the MAC address information of each server meets the requirements of customers by adopting an MES production control system and a DIAG production test system, and is convenient for the customers to rapidly deploy and use.
Through two sets of system control, adopt two-way comparison, ensure that the MAC address on physical label and mainboard, the network card accurately accords with customer's requirement with the correspondence table that provides the customer, improve delivery timeliness, accuracy. The method can effectively reduce the situations of printing and calculating errors of the MAC address information of a production line and forgetting to update the MAC address information after replacing the mainboard, the network card and the case, also can avoid the situations of errors of pasting MAC address labels on the mainboard and the network card, simultaneously prompts the last 4-bit MAC address information to avoid the situations of manual input of the MAC address by staff, no scanning and incorrect scanning position, finally ensures that the pasted MAC address label and the MAC address, order and SN corresponding table provided for a client are accurate, and avoids the inconsistency of the maintained MAC address information corresponding table and the actual MAC address label information when the machine reaches the deployment of a client machine room, thereby effectively avoiding the maintenance and replacement on the machine or the rework on the machine, and improving the delivery timeliness and the delivery quality.

binding an order number and a server SN, scanning a first address of a mainboard and a second address of a network card when the mainboard leaves a factory, and calculating a complete MAC address of the server according to the number of network ports;
scanning a server SN at a label station, printing a label on the computed complete MAC address of the server, and attaching the label to the corresponding server to form a first relation table;
acquiring a first relation table when a work station is tested, scanning a server SN, capturing an actual MAC address of the server through an operating system, and forming a second relation table;
and the first relation table and the second relation table are ensured to be the same, and accurate MAC information is provided.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the complete MAC address of the server includes a complete MAC address of a motherboard and a complete MAC address of a network card;
the method for calculating the complete MAC address of the mainboard comprises the following steps: scanning a first address carried by the mainboard when the mainboard leaves a factory, and obtaining a complete MAC address of the mainboard according to the number of network ports;
the method for calculating the complete MAC address of the network card comprises the following steps: and scanning a second address of the network card when the network card leaves a factory, and obtaining the complete MAC address of the network card according to the number of the network ports.

4. The method of claim 1, wherein the second relation table comprises an order number, a server SN, and a corresponding actual MAC address.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the first relation table and scanning the server SN during the testing of the station, and capturing the actual MAC address of the server by the operating system comprises: the server SN is scanned first and then the last bits of the server MAC are scanned to determine the actual MAC address.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of ensuring that the first relation table and the second relation table are the same provides the accurate MAC information comprises: comparing whether the corresponding relation and the content in the first relation table and the second relation table are completely the same, if so, the first relation table or the second relation table is an accurate MAC information table; if not, an alarm signal is sent out.
7. An apparatus for realizing accuracy of server MAC information is characterized by comprising an MES system and a DIAG system;
the MES system is used for binding an order number and a server SN, scanning a first address of a mainboard and a second address of a network card when the mainboard and the network card leave a factory, and calculating a complete MAC address of the server according to the number of network ports; scanning a server SN at a label station, printing a label on the computed complete MAC address of the server, and attaching the label to the corresponding server to form a first relation table;
the DIAG system is used for acquiring a first relation table when a work station is tested, scanning a server SN, capturing an actual MAC address of the server through an operating system, and forming a second relation table; and the first relation table and the second relation table are ensured to be the same, and accurate MAC information is provided.
8. A system for realizing accuracy of server MAC information is characterized by comprising a calculation module, a marking module, a test module and a comparison module;
the calculation module is used for binding the order number and the server SN, scanning a first address of the mainboard and a second address of the network card when the mainboard leaves the factory, and calculating the complete MAC address of the server according to the number of the network ports;
the marking module is used for scanning the server SN at a label station, printing the calculated complete MAC address of the server and attaching the label to the corresponding server, and forming a first relation table;
the test module is used for acquiring a first relation table when testing the work station, scanning the server SN, capturing the actual MAC address of the server through the operating system and forming a second relation table;
the comparison module is used for ensuring that the first relation table and the second relation table are the same and providing accurate MAC information.
9. The system for achieving server MAC information accuracy as claimed in claim 8, wherein the computing module implements the following process:
distributing a server SN for a server placed by an order;
scanning a first address carried by the mainboard when the mainboard leaves a factory, and obtaining a complete MAC address of the mainboard according to the number of network ports; and scanning a second address of the network card when the network card leaves a factory, and obtaining the complete MAC address of the network card according to the number of the network ports.
