Abstract
The invention provides a system, a method and intelligent equipment for tracing production information of cloud products, wherein the system comprises the intelligent equipment, an MES manufacturing management system and a cloud server, and SN codes and MAC addresses of the intelligent equipment are stored in the intelligent equipment; the cloud server is used for storing the operating state data of the intelligent equipment; when the intelligent equipment is in communication connection with the cloud server, the intelligent equipment sends the stored SN code and the stored MAC address to the cloud server, the cloud server generates a primary key word used for identifying a storage area for storing the operation data of the intelligent equipment according to the SN code and the MAC address sent by the intelligent equipment, and the manufacturing process data of the intelligent equipment is acquired from an MES manufacturing management system through the SN code. By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the production information of the intelligent equipment can be traced conveniently.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cloud computing, in particular to a system and a method for tracing production information of a cloud product and intelligent equipment.
Background
On one hand, with the continuous improvement of management requirements in the production and manufacturing field, more and more manufacturers introduce MES manufacturing execution systems. The SN code is used as a main key word of the MES system, and provides traceability information of a product production process for customers and after-sales personnel along with the whole production operation process of the product after the product leaves a factory.
On the other hand, along with the development of the internet of things, smart homes increasingly enter daily life. The user can come remote control through the APP with the help of the high in the clouds, and the manufacturer can also make remote diagnosis to the running state of equipment through high in the clouds data.
At present, manufacturers can completely trace the production process of products according to the leaving SN codes of the products; the client can remotely monitor the operation process of the product by means of cloud data. If the production process of the product is connected with the running state of the product in the after-sale stage, the product can be realized only by manually registering the product and correctly reporting the SN code, which undoubtedly increases the complex operation of using the product by the customer and also reduces the friendliness degree of the intelligent product in the using process.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a system and a method for tracing production information of a cloud product and intelligent equipment.
The embodiment of the invention provides a system for tracing production information of cloud products, which comprises intelligent equipment, an MES manufacturing management system and a cloud server,
the intelligent equipment stores SN codes and MAC addresses of the intelligent equipment;
the MES manufacturing management system is used for storing manufacturing process data of the intelligent equipment;
the cloud server is used for storing the running state data of the intelligent equipment;
when the intelligent equipment is in communication connection with the cloud server, the intelligent equipment sends the stored SN code and the stored MAC address to the cloud server, the cloud server generates a primary key word used for identifying a storage area for storing the operation data of the intelligent equipment according to the SN code and the MAC address sent by the intelligent equipment, and the manufacturing process data of the intelligent equipment is obtained from an MES manufacturing management system through the SN code.
In the embodiment of the invention, the intelligent device also comprises a network module and a control module,
the network module is used for establishing network connection with the cloud server and storing SN codes and MAC addresses of the intelligent equipment;
and the control module is used for backing up the SN code and the MAC address stored in the network module.
In the embodiment of the invention, the network distribution process of the intelligent equipment is as follows:
the control module reads the SN code and the MAC address in the network module and judges whether the SN code and the MAC address are stored in the control module,
if not, copying the SN code and the MAC address stored in the network module;
if yes, judging whether the SN code and the MAC address stored in the network module are consistent, if yes, completing the distribution of the network, and if not, copying the SN code and the MAC address stored in the network module and completing the distribution of the network.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the control module and the network module do not store the SN code and the MAC address, the distribution network process is exited and an error is reported.
In the embodiment of the invention, the network module is a WiF i module or a 5G module.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a method for tracing the production information of the cloud product, which comprises the following steps:
the intelligent device sends the SN code and the MAC of the intelligent device to a cloud server used for storing the running state data of the intelligent device;
and the cloud server generates a primary key for identifying a storage area for storing the operating data of the intelligent equipment according to the SN code and the MAC address of the intelligent equipment, and acquires the manufacturing process data of the intelligent equipment from an MES manufacturing management system through the SN code.
In the embodiment of the invention, the intelligent device is also provided, which comprises a network module and a control module,
the network module is used for establishing network connection with a cloud server for storing the running state data of the intelligent equipment, and storing SN codes and MAC addresses of the intelligent equipment;
the control module is used for backing up the SN code and the MAC address stored in the network module;
and when the intelligent equipment establishes communication connection with the cloud server, the stored SN code and the MAC address are sent to the cloud server.
Compared with the prior art, by adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the SN code and the MAC address in the MES manufacturing management system are bound and sent to the cloud server together, so that the production process data before leaving factory and the operation state data after sale can be integrated in the cloud server, and a user and a technician can search the production process data and the operation state data by logging in equipment corresponding to the cloud server without re-registration, thereby improving the operation convenience; the cloud server binds the SN code and the MAC address to generate the UID, so that the uniqueness of the primary key of the database in the cloud server is better ensured, and the collision risk is greatly reduced; the control module and the network module store the SN code and the MAC address in a double mode, and therefore continuity of information stored in the cloud end of the intelligent device when the control module or the network module is replaced in the after-sale process can be guaranteed.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The following describes the implementation of the present invention in detail with reference to specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, a system for tracing production information of a cloud product is provided, which includes an intelligent device 1, an MES manufacturing management system 2, and a cloud server 3. The following description will be made separately.
The intelligent device 1 may be an intelligent television, an intelligent wall-mounted stove, or other intelligent household appliances, which is not limited in the present invention. The intelligent device 1 comprises a network module 11 and a control module 12.
The network module 11 is configured to establish a network connection with the cloud server, and store the SN code and the MAC address of the intelligent device 1. The network module 11 may be a WiFi module or a 5G communication module having a storage unit, which is not limited in the present invention.
It should be noted that the SN code is an abbreviation of Serial Number, that is, a product Serial Number, and the product sequence is a concept introduced for verifying "legal identity of product", and each product has a unique SN code. In the embodiment of the present invention, the SN code of the intelligent device 1 is used as a primary key for querying the intelligent device 1 in the manufacturing management system 2, and is used for querying the whole production operation process of the intelligent device 1, and is also used for providing traceability information of a product production process for customers and after-sales personnel after the intelligent device 1 leaves a factory. The MAC address is a hardware address of the device that defines the location of the network devices, each having a unique MAC address. The MAC address of the smart device 1 is used for the cloud server 3 to access the smart device 1.
The control module 12 is configured to backup the SN code and the MAC address stored in the network module. It should be noted that the control module 12 may be a main control board or a main control MCU of the intelligent device 1, which is not limited in the present invention.
And the MES manufacturing management system 2 is used for storing manufacturing process data of the intelligent equipment.
It should be noted that the MES manufacturing management system is a set of production information management system facing the execution layer of the manufacturing enterprise workshop, and can provide the planned execution, tracking and current state of the resources (people, equipment, materials, customer requirements) for the operator, so as to record the whole manufacturing process of the product. Therefore, the manufacturing process data of the product is recorded in the MES manufacturing management system, and the manufacturing process data of the product can be inquired through the SN code of the product.
The cloud server 3 is configured to store the operation state data of the intelligent device 1.
It should be noted that, with the development of the internet of things, smart homes increasingly enter daily life. The user can remotely control through the APP by means of the cloud server, and a manufacturer can also remotely diagnose the running state of the equipment through the cloud server. The cloud server 3 is used for storing the running state data of the intelligent device 1, responding to the operation instruction of the APP corresponding to the intelligent device 1, and displaying the data of the intelligent device 1 to a user.
When the intelligent device 1 is in communication connection with the cloud server 3, the intelligent device 1 sends the stored SN code and the stored MAC address to the cloud server 3, the cloud server 3 generates a primary key for identifying a storage area for storing the intelligent device operation data according to the SN code and the MAC address sent by the intelligent device 1, and the manufacturing process data of the intelligent device is obtained from an MES manufacturing management system through the SN code.
It should be noted that, when the user uses the cloud function, after the intelligent device 1 successfully surfs the internet, the SN code and the MAC address stored in the network module are stored in the control module, and the SN code and the MAC address of the intelligent device are sent to the cloud server 3, and the cloud server 3 generates a 16-byte UID as a primary key for device data storage according to the SN code and the MAC address of the intelligent device, so as to better ensure the uniqueness of the primary key of the cloud database of the cloud server 3, and greatly reduce the risk of collision.
As shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, a network distribution process of the intelligent device 1 is as follows:
the control module 12 reads the SN code and the MAC address in the network module 11, and determines whether it stores the SN code and the MAC address,
if not, copying the SN code and the MAC address stored in the network module 11, and if neither the control module 12 nor the network module 11 stores the SN code and the MAC address, exiting the distribution network process and reporting an error;
if so, judging whether the SN code and the MAC address stored by the network module 11 and the network module are consistent, if so, completing the distribution of the network, otherwise, copying the SN code and the MAC address stored by the network module 11 to the network module 11, and completing the distribution of the network.
Through the distribution network flow, if the control module is replaced in the subsequent maintenance process of the intelligent device 1, the control module stores the MAC address and the SN code stored in the network module in the network configuration process, and the re-binding is completed; if the network module is replaced, the network module can read and store the SN code and the MAC address stored in the control module in the process of distribution, and binding is completed again. After the internet is accessed, the same UID is generated by the same SN code and the same MAC address, so that the cloud data is stored in the same device name, and the consistency of the information stored in the cloud by the intelligent device is ensured.
In summary, by adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the SN code and the MAC address in the MES manufacturing management system are bound and sent to the cloud server together, so that the production process data before leaving the factory and the operation state data after sale can be integrated in the cloud server, and a user and a technician can search the production process data and the operation state data by logging in equipment corresponding to the cloud server without re-registration, thereby improving the operation convenience; the cloud server binds the SN code and the MAC address to generate the UID, so that the uniqueness of the primary key of the database in the cloud server is better ensured, and the collision risk is greatly reduced; the control module and the network module store the SN code and the MAC address doubly, so that the consistency of information stored by the intelligent equipment at the cloud end can be ensured when the control module or the network module is replaced in the after-sale process.

Claims (10)
1. A system for tracing production information of cloud products is characterized by comprising intelligent equipment, an MES manufacturing management system and a cloud server,
the intelligent equipment stores SN codes and MAC addresses of the intelligent equipment;
the MES manufacturing management system is used for storing manufacturing process data of the intelligent equipment;
the cloud server is used for storing the running state data of the intelligent equipment;
when the intelligent equipment is in communication connection with the cloud server, the intelligent equipment sends the stored SN code and the stored MAC address to the cloud server, the cloud server generates a primary key word used for identifying a storage area for storing the operation data of the intelligent equipment according to the SN code and the MAC address sent by the intelligent equipment, and the manufacturing process data of the intelligent equipment is obtained from an MES manufacturing management system through the SN code.
2. The system of tracing cloud product production information as in claim 1, wherein said smart device further comprises a network module and a control module,
the network module is used for establishing network connection with the cloud server and storing SN codes and MAC addresses of the intelligent equipment;
and the control module is used for backing up the SN code and the MAC address stored in the network module.
3. The system for tracing production information of cloud products as claimed in claim 2, wherein the distribution process of the smart device is as follows:
the control module reads the SN code and the MAC address in the network module and judges whether the SN code and the MAC address are stored in the control module,
if not, copying the SN code and the MAC address stored in the network module;
if yes, judging whether the SN code and the MAC address stored in the network module are consistent with each other, if yes, completing the distribution of the network, and if not, copying the SN code and the MAC address stored in the network module and completing the distribution of the network.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein if neither the control module nor the network module stores SN codes or MAC addresses, exiting the distribution network process and reporting an error.
5. The system of tracing cloud product production information as in claim 2, wherein said network module is a WiFi module or a 5G module.
6. A method for tracing production information of cloud products is characterized in that,
the intelligent device sends the SN code and the MAC of the intelligent device to a cloud server for storing the running state data of the intelligent device;
and the cloud server generates a primary key for identifying a storage area for storing the operating data of the intelligent equipment according to the SN code and the MAC address of the intelligent equipment, and acquires the manufacturing process data of the intelligent equipment from an MES manufacturing management system through the SN code.
7. An intelligent device is characterized by comprising a network module and a control module,
the network module is used for establishing network connection with a cloud server for storing the running state data of the intelligent equipment, and storing SN codes and MAC addresses of the intelligent equipment;
the control module is used for backing up the SN code and the MAC address stored in the network module;
and when the intelligent equipment establishes communication connection with the cloud server, sending the stored SN code and the MAC address to the cloud server.
8. The smart device of claim 7, wherein the distribution network flow of the smart device is as follows:
the control module reads the SN code and the MAC address in the network module and judges whether the SN code and the MAC address are stored in the control module,
if not, copying the SN code and the MAC address stored in the network module;
