Description

Method and device for burning information, terminal equipment and wired burning system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to a method and a device for burning information, terminal equipment and a wired burning system.
Background
Some internet of things devices on the current market need to burn a Serial Number (SN) into the devices, so as to implement after-sale services for these internet of things devices. The SN not only needs to be pasted on the outer package of the internet of things device, but also needs to be written into the inside of the device. After the internet of things devices are connected to the cloud server, the SNs can be reported to the server, so that the internet of things devices can be maintained. In addition, in the related art, a Near Field Communication (NFC) tag is newly added to an external package of the internet of things device. The information carried in the tag may include, but is not limited to: information such as an SN number, a Media Access Control Address (MAC Address for short), and an Identity card identifier (ID for short) of the internet of things device. The information also needs to be recorded into the device, and the information is reported to the cloud server after the internet of things device is successfully connected to the cloud server.
Therefore, in the production process of the internet of things equipment, information such as Wi-Fi modules, SN numbers, MAC addresses and the like generally needs to be in one-to-one correspondence on the whole production line. For example: and placing the SN number, the NFC label and the Wi-Fi module into the same package to prevent the corresponding relation from being disordered. However, this production method provided in the related art has the following drawbacks: the printing work of the SN, the input work of the Wi-Fi module and the writing work of the NFC label are manually completed by different personnel at different stations respectively, and in the production process, the corresponding relation of the messages is further ensured in a manual management mode, so that the operation complexity of burning information work is increased, and mistakes are easily made. Moreover, in the factory detection process of the internet of things device, whether the SN number written in the device is consistent with the SN on the external package of the internet of things device or the SN carried in the NFC tag needs to be further confirmed, so that the factory detection difficulty of the internet of things device is increased.
In view of the above problems, no effective solution has been proposed. In view of the above problems, no effective solution has been proposed.

Under the operating environment, the invention provides a method for burning information as shown in fig. 2. Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for burning information according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the flowchart includes the following steps:
step S21, receiving a first product serial number from the scanning device, where the first product serial number is a product serial number to be burned into a wireless local area network module in the internet of things device.
The scanning equipment can obtain the product serial number of the Internet of things equipment by performing scanning operation on the Internet of things equipment, and then the scanning equipment sends the product serial number to the terminal equipment. The product serial number is a product serial number which is burned to a wireless local area network module in the Internet of things equipment in subsequent operation.
And step S22, burning the first product serial number to the wireless local area network module through the serial port data line, and acquiring the address information of the Internet of things equipment through the serial port data line.
The terminal equipment can utilize the serial port data line to carry out wired communication interaction with the wireless local area network module and the Internet of things equipment respectively. The terminal equipment can burn the first product serial number into the wireless local area network module of the Internet of things equipment through the serial port data line. In addition, the terminal equipment can also obtain the address information of the Internet of things equipment through a serial port data line.
The serial port data line is a data line for serial communication of the device. For example, a communication connection between the terminal device and the internet of things device is established by using a UART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter, abbreviated as UART). Specifically, the UART is a general serial data bus that can perform bidirectional communication and can implement full duplex transmission and reception.
Step S23, the first product serial number and the address information are burned to the nfc tag by the nfc burner.
After the terminal device obtains the first product serial number and the address information of the internet of things device, the first product serial number and the address information can be burned to the near field communication label through the near field communication burner.
Through the steps S21 to S23, by obtaining the product serial number of the internet of things device and the address information of the internet of things device, the first product serial number is respectively burned into the wireless local area network module in the internet of things device, and the first product serial number and the address information are respectively burned into the near field communication tag, so that the technical problems that the operation modes of burning the product serial number and the near field communication tag inside the internet of things and the like in the related art are high in operation complexity and not beneficial to subsequent factory consistency detection are solved.
Optionally, in step S22, burning the first product serial number to the wireless lan module via the serial data line may include the following steps:
step S221, a first serial port command is sent to the internet of things device via the serial port data line, where the first serial port command is used to control the internet of things device to burn the first product serial number into the wireless local area network module.
The terminal equipment can send different types of serial port commands to the Internet of things equipment through the serial port data line so as to control the Internet of things equipment to execute control operations corresponding to the different types of serial port commands. For example: the terminal equipment can send a first serial port command to the Internet of things equipment through the serial port data line. After receiving the first serial port command, the internet of things device may write a first product serial number into a wireless local area network module in the internet of things device based on the first serial port command.
Optionally, in step S22, the obtaining address information of the internet of things device via the serial port data line may include the following steps:
step S222, sending a second serial port command to the internet of things device via the serial port data line, where the second serial port command is used to read address information from the internet of things device.
In addition to the first serial port command, the terminal device may send a second serial port command to the internet of things device through the serial port data line. After the internet of things device receives the second serial port command, the address information of the internet of things device can be read based on the second serial port command, so that the address information of the internet of things device can be fed back to the terminal device.
Optionally, in step S23, burning the first product serial number and the address information to the near field communication tag by the near field communication burner may include performing the following steps:
and S231, filling the first product serial number and the address information into the near field communication code stream.
Step S232, the near field communication code stream is burned to the near field communication label through the near field communication burner.
After the terminal device obtains the first product serial number sent by the scanning device and the address information returned by the internet of things device, the first product serial number and the address information can be burned to the near field communication label by adopting various processing modes. In an optional implementation manner, the terminal device may burn the first product serial number and the address information to the nfc tag by using the nfc code stream. For this reason, the terminal device needs to fill the first product serial number and the address information into the near field communication code stream. And then, the terminal equipment records the near field communication code stream into the near field communication label through the near field communication recorder.
Through the steps S231 to S232, the terminal device fills the first product serial number sent by the scanning device and the address information returned by the internet of things device into the near field communication code stream, and then the near field communication burner burns the code stream into the near field communication tag, so that the product serial number and the address information of the internet of things device are burnt into the near field communication tag.
Optionally, the method for burning information may include the following steps:
and step S24, receiving a second product serial number from the Internet of things device through the serial port data line, wherein the second product serial number is a product serial number currently burned by the Internet of things device.
The terminal equipment can send a control command to the Internet of things equipment through the serial port data line. The control command is used for reading the product serial number of the Internet of things equipment. After receiving the control command, the internet of things device may return a product serial number to the terminal device. The product serial number is a product serial number which is burnt into a wireless local area network module in the Internet of things equipment. And the product serial number returned by the Internet of things equipment to the terminal equipment is called a second product serial number.
And step S25, comparing the first product serial number with the second product serial number to obtain a comparison result.
And after the terminal equipment receives a second product serial number returned by the Internet of things equipment, comparing the first product serial number sent by the scanning equipment with the second product serial number.
And step S26, when the comparison result shows that the first product serial number is consistent with the second product serial number, determining that the near field communication label, the first product serial number and the wireless local area network module are matched with each other.
The comparison result between the first product serial number and the second product serial number is the same, so that the product serial number burnt in the near field communication label, the product serial number obtained by scanning the internet of things equipment by the scanning equipment and sent to the terminal equipment, and the product serial number burnt by the wireless local area network module in the internet of things equipment can be determined to be matched with each other.
Through steps S24 to S26, the terminal device may determine that the product serial number burned in the near field communication tag, the product serial number scanned and sent by the scanning device, and the product serial number burned in the wireless local area network in the internet of things device are matched with each other when the product serial number sent by the scanning device is compared with the product serial number returned by the internet of things device, and the product serial number is consistent with the product serial number returned by the internet of things device.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a method for burning information according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, taking a scanning device as a scanning gun, a terminal device as a PC, an internet of things device as an intelligent air conditioner, and a near field communication burner as an NFC burner as an example, the information burning process may include the following steps:
and S301, the scanning gun obtains a first SN number of the intelligent air conditioner through scanning operation and sends the first SN number to the PC.
In step S302, the PC issues a first serial port command to the smart air conditioner, where the command is used to write a first SN number.
And step S303, the intelligent air conditioner writes the first SN number transmitted from the PC into the wireless local area network module of the intelligent air conditioner.
And step S304, the PC machine issues a second serial port command to the intelligent air conditioner, and the command is used for reading the MAC information of the intelligent air conditioner.
And step S305, the intelligent air conditioner returns the MAC information of the intelligent air conditioner to the PC.
And S306, the PC issues a third serial port command to the intelligent air conditioner, wherein the command is used for reading a second SN (serial number) of the intelligent air conditioner.
And step S307, the intelligent air conditioner returns the SN written in the wireless local area network module in the intelligent air conditioner to the PC as a second SN.
And step S308, programming the first SN number and the MAC information to the NFC label, wherein when the first SN number is the same as the second SN number, the SN number programmed to the NFC label, the SN number scanned by the scanner to the intelligent air conditioner and sent to the PC and the SN number programmed in the intelligent air conditioner wireless local area network module can be determined to be matched with each other.
Based on the steps S301 to S308, the PC receives the first SN number obtained by scanning the smart air conditioner from the scanning gun, and writes the product serial number into the wireless lan module in the smart air conditioner via the serial data line. The PC machine can also read SN numbers and MAC information in the intelligent air conditioner through a serial port data line, so that the PC machine burns the first SN number and the MAC information returned by the intelligent air conditioner into the NFC label through the NFC burner.
Optionally, the scanning gun scans a bar code or a two-dimensional code on the intelligent air conditioner to obtain an SN number as a first SN number, and then sends the SN number to the PC. And the PC sends a command for writing the first SN number to the intelligent air conditioner through the serial port data line. And the PC reads the MAC information of the intelligent air conditioner from the intelligent air conditioner. After the intelligent air conditioner burns out the first SN number, the PC reads the SN number burnt into the intelligent air conditioner from the intelligent air conditioner as a second SN number, and then burns out the first SN number and the MAC information of the intelligent air conditioner into the NFC label.
