Namely, when the factory data is acquired, if abnormity is found, the factory data is reminded to be acquired again in time, and the risks of acquisition omission, repeated acquisition and inaccurate information acquisition are avoided.
Further, the television-based factory data acquisition method further includes:
s600, collecting SN numbers of warehousing machines at a packaging warehousing station and transmitting the SN numbers to a server; the server judges whether the SN number has corresponding MAC information; when the server judges that the SN number has corresponding MAC information, the TV is put in storage; and generating corresponding order completion information, and outputting the corresponding relation between the SN of the completed order and all the MAC information.
And when the server side judges that the SN number has no corresponding MAC information, the SN bar code sticker distributed is scanned again to burn SN again and collect MAC information.
Namely, in the embodiment of the invention, the server is associated with the warehouse-in management system of the factory, when the factory scans and warehouses at last, if the server does not have corresponding MAC, an error is reported to prompt that no MAC is acquired, and the factory can normally warehouse in after acquiring again in production, thereby ensuring the acquisition rate and solving the problem that 100% acquisition cannot be carried out at present.

When the method is implemented specifically, after the server receives the data, the server inquires the record corresponding to the SN number in the database and writes all the received MAC information into the corresponding record, and simultaneously returns a command of successful storage, the television displays a word of successful acquisition on a UI interface of the television after receiving the command of successful storage returned by the server, so that the successful acquisition of all the MAC information is shown, the automatic burning and acquisition functions of the television are realized, and the television transmits the SN and the MAC information to the server end through the internet access to perform information acquisition and complete the detection of the internet access communication.
And step S50, when the SN number transmitted by the television end is not the incremental sequence number of the SN number acquired last time, the server end returns the SN number to be scanned this time and does not record the invalid result of the acquisition this time, and after the television receives the returned SN number, the server end reports an error on the UI interface and prompts the SN number acquired this time.
The SN number of the whole machine is a string of increasing serial numbers, the bar code pasting station and the SN burning station are combined, the burning SN number is ensured to be in an increasing sequence, the SN serial number cannot be disturbed by the operation (breaking the machine and the like) of the front station, when the SN number transmitted by the television end is not the increasing serial number of the SN number collected last time, the server end returns the SN number to be scanned at this time and cannot record the invalid result of the collection, and after the television receives the returned SN number, the error is reported on a UI interface and the collected SN number at this time is prompted.
Step S60, in the production, packaging and warehousing section, bar code collection is carried out on the complete machine which is warehoused, the bar code is transmitted to the server side, the server side inquires whether all MAC information corresponding to the bar code is empty in the database, and if yes, an abnormal instruction is returned.
In the embodiment, in the final production, packaging and warehousing section, staff need to use a warehouse warehousing management system to collect bar codes of a complete machine which is warehoused, the system scans the bar codes and then transmits the bar codes to a server, the server inquires whether all MAC information corresponding to the bar codes is empty in a database, if yes, an abnormal instruction is returned, after the warehouse warehousing management system receives the abnormal instruction, an error is reported to prompt that SN and MAC information cannot be warehoused without being collected, and a factory can only warehouse the warehouse after the SN and MAC information are collected again aiming at a bad machine which reports the error, so that all warehoused machines have the corresponding relation of the SN and the MAC information, and the collection rate is ensured.
Exemplary device
As shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a television-based factory data collection apparatus, including: the order bar code acquisition module is used for acquiring order bar codes and uploading order numbers and corresponding bar code sections to the server side for storage when a new order is scheduled;
the setting module 10 is used for setting a bar code gun scanning rule, adding $ characters as prefixes before the scanned content, and adding SN stickers of carriage return characters at the end;
the burning and collecting module 20 is used for inserting the bar code gun into the television and scanning the distributed SN bar code sticker, after the television judges whether the received bar code starts with a $ character and finishes with a carriage return character, the SN burning process is automatically started to burn SN and collect SN and MAC information of the television;
the sending module 30 is used for controlling the television to write the acquired SN into the appointed SN storage partition, and sending all the acquired MAC information of the television and the SN number to the appointed server side;
the acquisition success prompting module 40 is used for controlling the television to receive an instruction which is returned by the server and used for writing all MAC information of the television into the corresponding SN number to record and store successfully; the automatic recording and acquisition functions of the television are completed, and the detection of the internet access communication is completed at the same time.
Based on the above embodiments, the present invention further provides a terminal device, and a schematic block diagram thereof may be as shown in fig. 5. The terminal equipment comprises a processor, a memory, a network interface, a display screen and a USB interface which are connected through a system bus. Wherein the processor of the terminal device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the terminal equipment comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the terminal device is used for connecting and communicating with an external terminal through a network. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a television-based factory data collection method. The display screen of the terminal equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the block diagram shown in fig. 5 is only a block diagram of a part of the structure related to the solution of the present invention, and does not constitute a limitation to the terminal device to which the solution of the present invention is applied, and a specific terminal device may include more or less components than those shown in the figure, or combine some components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a terminal device is provided, where the terminal device includes a memory, a processor, and a television-based factory data collection program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, and when the processor executes the television-based factory data collection program, the following operation instructions are implemented:
when a new order is scheduled, acquiring an order bar code and uploading an order number and a corresponding bar code segment to a server for storage;
setting a bar code gun scanning rule, adding a $ character as a prefix before the scanned content, and adding an SN paster of a carriage return character at the end;
inserting a bar code gun into a television and scanning the distributed SN bar code sticker, judging whether the received bar code starts with a $ character and finishes with a carriage return character by the television, automatically starting an SN burning process to burn SN and collecting SN and MAC information of the television;
the television writes the acquired SN into an appointed SN storage partition, and sends all the acquired MAC information of the television and the SN number to an appointed server side;
the television receives an instruction which is returned by the server and writes all MAC information of the television into the corresponding SN number to record and store successfully; the automatic recording and acquisition functions of the television are completed, and the detection of the internet access communication is completed at the same time.
When a new order is scheduled, the step of acquiring the order bar code and uploading the order number and the corresponding bar code segment to the server for storage comprises the following steps:
when a new order is scheduled, whether the corresponding relation between the SN and the MAC needs to be collected or not is judged when the order bar code is distributed,
if yes, the distributed order number and the corresponding bar code segment are uploaded to the server side through the upper computer of the computer;
and the server side generates and stores corresponding table records in the database.
The method comprises the following steps of inserting a bar code gun into a television, scanning the distributed SN bar code sticker, judging that the received bar code is bar code information starting with a $ character and ending with a carriage return character, automatically starting an SN burning process to burn SN, and acquiring SN and MAC information of the television, wherein the steps comprise:
when the television after being started flows into the network port detection station, the bar code gun is inserted into the USB port of the television and the distributed SN bar code sticker is scanned;
the television judges whether the received bar code is bar code information which starts with a $ character and ends with a carriage return character;
when the television judges that the received bar code is bar code information which starts with a $ character and ends with a carriage return character, an SN burning process is automatically started to finish burning of SN, and SN and MAC information of the television is collected;
the television collects and acquires SN and all MAC information of the television.
The television receives a command which is returned by the server and writes all MAC information of the television into the corresponding SN number to record and successfully store; the steps of completing the automatic burning and collecting functions of the television and simultaneously completing the detection of the internet access communication comprise:
after receiving the data, the server judges whether the SN is an incremental sequence number of the SN number stored last time;
if so, the server writes all the MAC information into the record of the database corresponding to the SN number, and simultaneously returns the information of successful data acquisition to the television;
and after receiving the return value of successful acquisition, the television prompts the SN to acquire successfully on the UI interface.
The television receives a command which is returned by the server and writes all MAC information of the television into the corresponding SN number to record and successfully store; the steps of completing the automatic burning and collecting functions of the television and completing the detection of the internet access communication simultaneously further comprise:
when the server judges that the SN is not the increment sequence number of the SN stored last time after receiving the data, the server returns SN abnormal information to the television;
and when the television receives the returned SN abnormal information, prompting to scan SN abnormality on a UI interface, failing to collect, and asking to burn and collect again.
The television receives a command which is returned by the server and writes all MAC information of the television into the corresponding SN number to record and successfully store; the steps of completing the automatic burning and collecting functions of the television and simultaneously completing the detection of the internet access communication comprise the following steps:
collecting SN numbers of warehousing machines at a packaging warehousing station and transmitting the SN numbers to a server;
the server judges whether the SN number has corresponding MAC information;
when the server judges that the SN number has corresponding MAC information, the TV is put in storage; and generating corresponding order completion information, and outputting the corresponding relation between the SN of the completed order and all the MAC information.
Wherein, the step that the server judges whether the SN number has corresponding MAC information further comprises:
and when the server side judges that the SN number has no corresponding MAC information, the SN bar code sticker distributed is scanned again to burn SN again and collect MAC information.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, databases, or other media used in embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
In summary, the invention discloses a factory data acquisition method, a device, terminal equipment and a storage medium based on a television, wherein the television scans through a bar code gun to acquire a complete machine SN number; the television writes the SN number of the whole scanning machine into the television; the television acquires all MAC information of the local machine, and binds and uploads the all MAC information of the local machine and the SN number; the uploaded bound MAC information and SN numbers are stored according to orders, and corresponding order forms are generated and output, so that the following effects can be achieved:
4. the factory does not need to add stations to carry out acquisition operation, and information acquisition can be finished at a network detection station;
5. the scheme is that the television automatically uploads SN and MAC information of the television to a server, so that the accuracy of the SN corresponding to the MAC is ensured;
6. data are directly uploaded to a server side, so that batch data loss caused by abnormal factory computers is avoided;
4. the server is associated with a factory warehouse warehousing management system, when a factory scans and warehouses at last, if the server is found to have no corresponding MAC, an error is reported to prompt that no MAC is acquired, the server can normally warehouse after production and reacquire, the acquisition rate is ensured, and the problem that 100% acquisition cannot be carried out at present is solved.

Claims (10)

1. A television-based factory data acquisition method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when a new order is scheduled, acquiring an order bar code and uploading an order number and a corresponding bar code segment to a server for storage;
setting a bar code gun scanning rule, adding a $ character as a prefix before the scanned content, and adding an SN paster of a carriage return character at the end;
inserting a bar code gun into a television and scanning the distributed SN bar code sticker, judging whether the received bar code starts with a $ character and finishes with a carriage return character by the television, automatically starting an SN burning process to burn SN and collecting SN and MAC information of the television;
the television writes the acquired SN into an appointed SN storage partition, and sends all the acquired MAC information of the television and the SN number to an appointed server side;
the television receives an instruction which is returned by the server and writes all MAC information of the television into the corresponding SN number to record and store successfully; the automatic recording and acquisition functions of the television are completed, and the detection of the internet access communication is completed at the same time.
2. The television-based factory data acquisition method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of acquiring order barcodes and uploading order numbers and corresponding barcode segments to a server for storage when a new order is scheduled comprises:
when a new order is scheduled, whether the corresponding relation between the SN and the MAC needs to be collected or not is judged when the order bar code is distributed,
if yes, the distributed order number and the corresponding bar code segment are uploaded to the server side through the upper computer of the computer;
and the server side generates and stores corresponding table records in the database.

The television-based factory data collection method of claim 1, wherein the step of inserting a barcode gun into the television while scanning the distributed SN barcode sticker, the television automatically starting an SN burn process to burn SNs and collecting the local SN and MAC information after determining that the received barcode is barcode information beginning with a $ character and ending with a carriage return character comprises:
when the television after being started flows into the network port detection station, the bar code gun is inserted into the USB port of the television and the distributed SN bar code sticker is scanned;
the television judges whether the received bar code is bar code information which starts with a $ character and ends with a carriage return character;
when the television judges that the received bar code is bar code information which starts with a $ character and ends with a carriage return character, an SN burning process is automatically started, and burning of SN and acquisition of SN and MAC information of the television are completed;
the television collects and acquires SN and all MAC information of the television.

The television-based factory data collection method according to claim 1, wherein the television receives an instruction returned by the server to write all MAC information of the television into the corresponding SN number for successful storage; the steps of completing the automatic burning and collecting functions of the television and simultaneously completing the detection of the internet access communication comprise:
after receiving the data, the server judges whether the SN is an incremental sequence number of the SN number stored last time;
if so, the server writes all the MAC information into the record of the database corresponding to the SN number, and simultaneously returns the information of successful data acquisition to the television;
and after receiving the return value of successful acquisition, the television prompts the SN to acquire successfully on the UI interface.

The television-based factory data collection method according to claim 4, wherein the television receives an instruction returned by the server to write all MAC information of the television into corresponding SN records and store successfully; the steps of completing the automatic burning and collecting functions of the television and completing the detection of the internet access communication simultaneously further comprise:
when the server judges that the SN is not the increment sequence number of the SN stored last time after receiving the data, the server returns SN abnormal information to the television;
and when the television receives the returned SN abnormal information, prompting to scan SN abnormality on a UI interface, failing to collect, and asking to burn and collect again.

The television-based factory data collection method according to claim 1, wherein the television receives an instruction returned by the server to write all MAC information of the television into the corresponding SN number for successful storage; the steps of completing the automatic burning and collecting functions of the television and simultaneously completing the detection of the internet access communication comprise the following steps:
collecting SN numbers of warehousing machines at a packaging warehousing station and transmitting the SN numbers to a server;
the server judges whether the SN number has corresponding MAC information;
when the server judges that the SN number has corresponding MAC information, the TV is put in storage; and generating corresponding order completion information, and outputting the corresponding relation between the SN of the completed order and all the MAC information.
7. The television-based factory data collection method of claim 6, wherein said step of said server determining whether the SN number has corresponding MAC information further comprises:
and when the server side judges that the SN number has no corresponding MAC information, the SN bar code sticker distributed is scanned again to burn SN again and collect MAC information.
8. A television-based factory data collection apparatus, said apparatus comprising:
the order bar code acquisition module is used for acquiring order bar codes and uploading order numbers and corresponding bar code sections to the server side for storage when a new order is scheduled;
the setting module is used for setting a bar code gun scanning rule, adding a $ character as a prefix before the scanned content and adding an SN paster of the carriage return character at the end;
the burning and collecting module is used for inserting the bar code gun into the television and scanning the distributed SN bar code sticker, after the television judges whether the received bar code starts with a $ character and finishes with a carriage return character, the SN burning process is automatically started to burn SN and collect SN and MAC information of the television;
the sending module is used for controlling the television to write the acquired SN into the appointed SN storage partition and sending all the acquired MAC information of the television and the SN number to the appointed server side;
the acquisition success prompting module is used for controlling the television to receive an instruction which is returned by the server and used for writing all MAC information of the television into the corresponding SN number to record and store successfully; the automatic recording and acquisition functions of the television are completed, and the detection of the internet access communication is completed at the same time.

A terminal device, characterized in that the terminal device comprises a memory, a processor and a television-based factory data collection program stored on the memory and operable on the processor, and the processor implements the steps of the television-based factory data collection method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the television-based factory data collection program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a television-based factory data collection program which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the television-based factory data collection method of any one of claims 1-7.
