Abstract
The invention discloses a method for confirming asset information, which comprises the following steps: pre-processing asset information; generating a label and a first mapping table; executing asset information judgment, entering a test line, and judging whether the asset information contains the information of the first mapping table; if not, returning to the step of preprocessing the asset information; if yes, scanning, burning and comparing are executed; executing scanning burning comparison, scanning the label, burning the information in the label into the mainboard chip, comparing the information in the label with the information in the mainboard chip, and generating a second mapping table according to the comparison result; executing mapping table judgment; judging the information of the first mapping table and the second mapping table, and executing delivery deployment according to the judged result; the method and the device can effectively reduce the condition of printing and burning errors of the asset information of the production line, and avoid the inconsistency of the asset information corresponding table maintained by the machine with the asset information of the real goods, thereby improving the delivery timeliness and the delivery quality.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of information processing, and in particular, to a method, system, and medium for asset information validation.
Background
A client of a server requests a server manufacturer to paste and burn asset information provided by the client outside a server case and inside a system according to the requirement of the server manufacturer when purchasing the server, the format and the content of the asset information are provided for the server manufacturer by the client, the server manufacturer prints the asset information into a label according to the requirement of the client, pastes the label to an upper cover of the server case and burns the label into a main board chip of the server, each batch of clients of orders provide asset information in a corresponding range to the server manufacturer, the server manufacturer pastes and burns the label onto the main board chip of the produced server, the asset information corresponding to each machine is unique and can not be repeated and does not accord with the asset information provided by the client, after each batch of clients of servers of orders complete production, the corresponding orders and a corresponding relation table of SN (product serial number of each server) and the asset information need to be submitted to the clients, the client maintains the related information to the machine room system in advance, and the server is deployed according to the corresponding maintenance relationship after the server arrives, so that cluster management is facilitated;
at present, all labels are printed after a factory receives asset information, a machine pastes the printed labels to an upper cover of a server during assembly, then, each piece of order information, asset labels and machine SN information are scanned to generate a corresponding table, a test system burns the asset information into a machine mainboard chip corresponding to the SN according to the corresponding table information and provides the corresponding table to a client.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the asset information confirmation method can be controlled by a DIAG system and an SPCS system, and bidirectional comparison is adopted, so that the real object label, the burning information and a corresponding table provided for a client can be ensured to accurately meet the requirements of the client, and the delivery timeliness and accuracy are improved.
2. The asset information confirming system can effectively reduce the condition of printing and burning error of the asset information of the production line, and avoid the inconsistency of the asset information corresponding table maintained when the machine reaches the deployment of a client machine room and the asset information of the arrived goods, thereby effectively avoiding the maintenance and the replacement on the machine or the rework of the machine, and improving the delivery timeliness and the delivery quality.
3. The computer readable storage medium can automatically compare the physical label with the information burned into the mainboard, automatically judge the mapping table relationship, and automatically finish asset information confirmation according to the comparison result and the judgment relationship, thereby reducing manual operation and improving the accuracy and efficiency of delivery.

DIAG is a production test system; an SFCS (shop Floor Control System) is a production information Control system; the SN Number (Serial Number) is a product Serial Number;

Example 1
An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for confirming asset information, please refer to fig. 1, which includes the following steps:

transmitting the order number and TD range to the SFCS system and the DIAG system through the order system;
s200, entering a production line, generating an SN (serial number) of a server manufacturer, binding an order number, a TD (time division) number and the SN number in the server manufacturer in an SFCS (Small form-factor Circuit switch) system, generating a label containing a mapping relation between the SN number and the TD number by scanning a flow card, and pasting the label to an upper cover of the server;
s300, assembling the servers, and generating a first mapping table corresponding to the order number, the TD number and the SN number and the assembled servers in the SFCS system after the assembling is finished; passing the first mapping table to the DIAG system;
s400, entering a test line, comparing whether the TD number corresponding to the SN in the first mapping table is in the TD range transmitted in the order system in the DIAG system, and if the TD number is in the transmitted TD range, entering S500;
if not, returning to the step S100;
s500, scanning a label of the upper cover of the server, burning the SN number and the TD number in the label into the main board chip of the server, after the burning is finished, the DIAG system scans the label of the upper cover of the server, comparing the SN number and the TD number in the label with those burnt into the main board chip of the server, if the SN number and the TD number are consistent, the burning is successful, entering the step S600,
if the SN number is not consistent with the TD number, the burning fails, the step S500 is carried out again, the label of the upper cover of the server is scanned again, and the SN number and the TD number in the label are burned into the main board chip of the server;
s600, generating a second mapping table by the SN number and the TD number which are burned into the server main board chip and the order number corresponding to the SN number and the TD number, comparing information in the first mapping table and the second mapping table, judging whether the information is consistent, and if so, providing the first mapping table or the second mapping table to a client to meet delivery deployment;
if not, the process returns to step S400.

the order sending module is used for acquiring the asset information, generating an order number and sending the asset information and the order number to the SFCS system and the DIAG system;
the production line module is used for generating a label and a first mapping table, executing asset information judgment and judging whether the asset information contains the first mapping table or not;
the test line module is used for executing scanning burning comparison, scanning the label and burning information in the label to the mainboard chip, comparing the information in the label with the information in the mainboard chip, and generating a second mapping table according to the comparison result;
the storage module is used for storing the label information, the first mapping table and the second mapping table;
the comparison module is used for executing the judgment of the mapping table, comparing the information of the first mapping table with the information of the second mapping table and executing the delivery deployment according to the comparison result.
The production line module comprises a label generation module and a first mapping table generation module;
the label generation module is used for generating an SN (serial number), binding the order number, the TD number and the SN number in the SFCS (Small form-factor service) system and generating a label containing a first mapping relation;
the first mapping table generating module is used for generating a first mapping table in the SFCS system, wherein the first mapping table corresponds to the order number, the TD number and the SN number and the server, and sending the first mapping table to the DIAG system.

executing scanning burning comparison, scanning the label, burning the information in the label into a mainboard chip, performing first comparison on the information in the label and the information in the mainboard chip, and generating a second mapping table according to the result of the first comparison;
performing mapping table comparison, performing second comparison on information in the first mapping table and the second mapping table, and performing delivery deployment according to a result of the second comparison;
the step of preprocessing asset information further comprises: acquiring asset information, generating an order number and sending the asset information and the order number to an SFCS system and a DIAG system; the asset information comprises a plurality of asset information numbers;
the step of generating the label and the first mapping table further comprises:
generating a product serial number, binding the order number, the asset information number and the product serial number in the SFCS system to generate a first mapping relation, and generating a label containing the first mapping relation;
generating a first mapping table corresponding to a server by a first order number, a first asset information number and a first product serial number in the SFCS system and sending the first mapping table to the DIAG system;
the step of judging whether the asset information contains the information of the first mapping table further comprises: determining whether a number of asset information numbers in the asset information sent to the DIAG system contain an asset information number in the first mapping table.
