The method specifically comprises the following steps: the ID acquisition module 13 in the client 1 outputs an ID request to the server 2, and the ID assignment module 22 in the server 2 receives the ID request output from the ID acquisition module 13, assigns an ID to the end product 7, and outputs the ID to the client 1.
An ID write command is sent to control the end product 7 to write the ID. The method specifically comprises the following steps: the ID writing module 14 inside the client 1 outputs the ID to the end product 7 and outputs an ID writing instruction to the end product 7, and the end product 7 receives the ID and the ID writing instruction and writes the ID to the end product 7.
An ID inquiry command is sent to the end product 7 to verify the correctness of the writing of the ID by the end product 7. Specifically, after writing an ID, the terminal product 7 sends an ID write success notification to the client 1, the ID query module 15 inside the client 1 sends an ID query request to the terminal product 7, the terminal product 7 outputs the ID which is successfully written to the client 1 after receiving the ID query request, the ID query module 15 receives the ID which is successfully written and output by the terminal product 7, compares the ID output by the server 2 before with the ID which is successfully written and output by the terminal product 7, and determines that the ID which is successfully written and output by the terminal product 7 is correct if the ID output by the server 2 is the same as the ID which is successfully written and output by the terminal product 7, and otherwise determines that the ID which is output by the terminal product 7 is incorrect in writing.
When the ID query module 15 determines that the ID output from the client 1 to the end product 7 is correctly written, the ID query module 15 outputs the ID to the first print control module 161 and the transmission module 12 inside the client 1. When the ID query module 15 verifies that the ID writing is incorrect, the ID query module 15 outputs an ID writing incorrect notification to the ID writing module 14, the ID writing module 14 sends the ID writing command and the ID to the terminal product 7 again, when the ID writing is incorrect, the ID writing module 14 sends the ID writing command and the ID to the terminal product 7 again, the ID writing module 14 may send the ID writing command and the ID to the terminal product 7 again (n may be 1, 2, 3 … …, or 10) again, the terminal product 7 is controlled to write the ID repeatedly, when the ID writing is incorrect for n times, the ID writing module 14 sends the ID writing incorrect notification to the ID obtaining module 13, the ID obtaining module 13 sends the ID request to the server 2 again, and the ID assigned to the terminal product 7 is obtained from the server 2 again.

The method specifically comprises the following steps: after receiving the written correct ID, the first print control module 161 in the client 1 sends a first print instruction to control the barcode printer 4 connected to the client 1, and controls the barcode printer 4 to print a first barcode label containing the written correct ID.
And uploading error information and test results and the correct ID to the server. The method specifically comprises the following steps: the transmission module 12 receives the correctly written ID output by the ID query module 15, and then uploads the error information, the test result, and the correctly written ID to the server 2. The association module 23 inside the server 2 receives the error information and the test result and the ID written correctly, and associates and stores the error information and the test result and the ID written correctly for inquiry.

A second application command is sent to control the manipulator 6 to apply the second label to the packaging box of the end product 7. The method specifically comprises the following steps: the second pasting control module 172 sends a second pasting command to the manipulator 6, and controls the manipulator 6 to paste the printed second barcode label onto the packaging box of the terminal product 7.
As mentioned above, in some embodiments of the present invention, the first barcode label on the body may be manually scanned by a packing person, and the second barcode label printed by the barcode printer may be manually attached to the packing box.
In one embodiment, the automated ID management system uses the following flow:
(1) tester login
The client 1 is started, a user name and a password are input, the type and the client name of the terminal product 7 are selected (production test is optional, factory packaging and repair can be optional), login is clicked, and the user name, the password, the type and the client name of the terminal product 7 are sent to the server 2 by the client 1. The server 2 checks the user name and the password, if the type and the client name of the terminal product 7 are recorded in a database in the server 2, the client 1 prompts successful login and automatically detects whether the barcode printer 4 is normal, and if the barcode printer 4 is abnormal, the client 1 pops up information prompting the abnormal barcode printer 4; if the type and client name of the terminal product 7 are not recorded in the database in the server 1, the client 1 prompts that the login is failed and prompts the reason for the login failure.
(2) Automatic testing
After logging in successfully, a serial port of the client 1 is selected and opened, a terminal product 7 is connected to the client 1, the test is started by clicking, the client 1 sends a test code to the terminal product 7 through the serial port, the terminal product 7 automatically tests and returns error information and a test result to the client 1, the error information and the test result are uploaded to the server 2 through the client 1 and stored in a database in the server 2, and the client 1 pops up a prompt for the test result and the error information after receiving the test result and prompts for connecting the next terminal product 7.
(3) Automatic ID assignment and writing
After the terminal product 7 is tested successfully, a test result is sent to the client 1, the client 1 requests the server 2 for an ID, the server 2 receives the request and generates an ID, the ID is sent to the client 1, the client 1 transmits the ID to the terminal product 7, a test program of the terminal product 7 is automatically written in, and the client 1 is informed after the ID is written in successfully.
(4) ID barcode printing
After the ID is successfully written in by the terminal product 7, the client 1 is informed, the client 1 sends an ID query request to the terminal product 7, the ID output by the terminal product is received and then compared with the ID issued by the server 2, if the ID is the same, the bar code containing the ID is automatically printed and attached to the appointed position of the terminal body, if the ID is not the same, the ID is popped up and written in failure, the ID can be rewritten by clicking (or the client can automatically send an ID rewriting instruction) until the ID is successfully written in, or other processing is carried out until the ID is unsuccessfully written in.
(5) ID barcode scanning
When a factory packaging person packages a terminal product 7, a scanning gun 3 is used for scanning a bar code on a terminal body, after the scanning is successful, a bar code printer 4 automatically prints a bar code with the same ID, and after the terminal product 7 is packaged, the bar code is pasted to a specified position of a packaging box.
(6) Automatic assignment and writing of special number segment ID
After repairing the terminal product 7, the repair staff connects the terminal product 7 to the client 1, starts to write in the ID after completing the automatic test, requests a special number segment ID from the client 1 to the server 2, transmits the special number segment ID to the terminal product 7 for writing, and notifies the client 1 after the writing is successful. For example, the ID request includes code information indicating that the terminal product is a rework product, and the server knows that it is a rework product based on the code information, thereby assigning a special number segment ID for the rework product to the terminal product.
(7) Writing test results into a database
And after the terminal product 7 is tested, the test result is transmitted to the client 1, the client 1 reports the test result to the server 2, and the server 2 writes the data into the corresponding data table.
In summary, according to the automatic ID management method and system provided by the present invention, the terminal product 7 performs testing according to the test instruction output by the client 1 and the test signal provided by the test fixture 5, so that the terminal product 7 can perform automatic testing, ID allocation, ID writing, and ID printing to realize integrated and automatic operations, thereby improving the testing efficiency, reducing errors or erroneous judgment generated during human intervention, improving the whole production management capability, achieving traceability of the production system, and realizing product quality control.
It is to be understood that the foregoing examples, while indicating the preferred embodiments of the invention, are given by way of illustration and description, and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention; it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, the above technical features can be freely combined, and several changes and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present invention, which all belong to the protection scope of the present invention; therefore, all equivalent changes and modifications made within the scope of the claims of the present invention should be covered by the claims of the present invention.
