Description

Sterilization control method for washing equipment
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of washing equipment, and particularly provides a sterilization control method for washing equipment.
Background
With the continuous progress of science and technology and the continuous improvement of the living standard of people, the washing equipment becomes the necessary household appliance for every family. The washing apparatus mainly includes a washing machine, a shoe washing machine, a dishwasher, and the like.
Taking a washing machine as an example, after the washing machine is used for a period of time, dirt remains in the washing machine, so that mites, mold, bacteria and the like can grow. In order to ensure the washing hygiene of the washing machine and avoid the pollution of mites, mold, bacteria and the like on the washed clothes, the washing machine needs to be sterilized regularly. At present, most washing machines do not have an automatic sterilization function, most users determine when to sterilize the washing machines according to experience or use habits, and the sterilization is relatively blind because the users hardly and accurately judge whether the current conditions of the washing machines need sterilization, if the current washing machines need sterilization and cannot sterilize the washing machines in time, clothes infection can be caused, and if the current washing machines do not need sterilization and sterilize the washing machines, energy waste can be caused.
Patent application publication No. CN109423814A discloses a sterilization control method for a washing machine, which comprises the following steps: after the washing machine is started, acquiring the counting condition of the washing cycle of the washing machine, wherein the counting of the washing cycle is increased by one every time the washing machine executes a washing program; judging whether the degerming condition is met according to the counting condition of the washing period; and if the sterilization condition is met, controlling the washing machine to call the sterilization program, locking the washing program of the washing machine, and controlling the washing machine to execute the sterilization program after receiving a sterilization instruction of a user. That is, whether the sterilization condition is satisfied is determined according to the number of washing times of the washing machine. However, the judgment condition of this control method is relatively single, and the judgment result is not accurate enough.
Therefore, there is a need in the art for a sterilization control method for a washing apparatus to solve the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, namely to solve the problem that the judgment result is not accurate enough when the existing washing equipment adopts a method for judging whether to sterilize according to the washing times, the invention provides a sterilization control method for the washing equipment, which is used for acquiring the dirt degree of the object to be washed; judging whether the dirt degree of the to-be-washed object is larger than a preset dirt value or not; if the dirt degree of the to-be-washed object is larger than the preset dirt value, adding 1 to the dirt frequency; comparing the times of dirt with a preset value; selectively causing the washing apparatus to perform a sterilization operation according to the comparison result.
In a preferred embodiment of the above-mentioned sterilization control method, the step of "selectively causing the washing device to perform the sterilization operation according to the comparison result" specifically includes: and if the times of dirt reaches the preset value, enabling the washing equipment to execute sterilization operation.
In a preferred embodiment of the above-mentioned sterilization control method, the step of "selectively causing the washing machine to perform the sterilization operation according to the comparison result" further includes: and if the times of dirt do not reach the preset value, not enabling the washing equipment to execute sterilization operation.
In a preferred technical solution of the foregoing sterilization control method, the preset value includes a first preset value and a second preset value, where the first preset value is smaller than the second preset value, and the sterilization control method further includes: acquiring an ambient temperature; comparing the ambient temperature with a preset temperature; when the ambient temperature is higher than the preset temperature, the step of comparing the number of times of contamination with a preset value specifically includes: comparing the number of smudging times with the first preset value; when the ambient temperature is lower than or equal to the preset temperature, the step of comparing the number of times of contamination with a preset value specifically includes: comparing the number of smudges with the second preset value.
In a preferred embodiment of the above-mentioned sterilization control method, the washing device includes a sterilization device, and the step of causing the washing device to perform a sterilization operation specifically includes: operating the sterilization apparatus.
In another aspect, the present invention also provides another sterilization control method for a washing apparatus, the sterilization control method including: acquiring the dirt degree of the object to be washed; judging whether the dirt degree of the to-be-washed object is larger than a preset dirt value or not; if the dirt degree of the to-be-washed object is larger than the preset dirt value, adding 1 to the dirt frequency; obtaining washing times; selectively causing the washing apparatus to perform a sterilization operation according to the number of dirtying and the number of washing.
In a preferred embodiment of the above-mentioned sterilization control method, the step of "selectively causing the washing device to perform the sterilization operation according to the number of stains and the number of washes" specifically includes: and if the times of contamination reaches a first preset value and the times of washing reaches a second preset value, enabling the washing equipment to execute sterilization operation, wherein the first preset value is smaller than the second preset value.
In a preferred embodiment of the above-mentioned sterilization control method, the step of "selectively causing the washing device to perform the sterilization operation according to the number of stains and the number of washes" further includes: and if the times of dirt reach a third preset value, enabling the washing equipment to execute sterilization operation, wherein the third preset value is larger than the first preset value and smaller than the second preset value.
In a preferred embodiment of the above-mentioned sterilization control method, the step of "selectively causing the washing device to perform the sterilization operation according to the number of stains and the number of washes" further includes: and if the washing times reach a fourth preset value, enabling the washing equipment to execute sterilization operation, wherein the fourth preset value is larger than the second preset value.
In a preferred technical solution of the above sterilization control method, the first preset value includes a first main preset value and a first auxiliary preset value, the first main preset value is greater than the first auxiliary preset value, the second preset value includes a second main preset value and a second auxiliary preset value, and the second main preset value is greater than the second auxiliary preset value, the sterilization control method further includes: acquiring an ambient temperature; comparing the ambient temperature with a preset temperature; when the environment temperature is lower than the preset temperature, the first main preset value and the second main preset value are used as judgment bases; and when the ambient temperature is higher than or equal to the preset temperature, adopting the first auxiliary preset value and the second auxiliary preset value as a judgment basis.
The skilled person can understand that, in a preferred technical solution of the present invention, when the washing device of the present invention washes the laundry each time, the dirt degree of the laundry is obtained, then it is determined whether the dirt degree of the laundry is greater than a preset dirt value, when the dirt degree of the laundry is greater than the preset dirt value, the number of times of dirt is increased by 1, then the number of times of dirt is compared with the preset value to determine whether the washing device meets the sterilization condition, and further, whether the washing device is to perform the sterilization operation is selected. Compared with the method for judging whether the sterilization condition is met according to the washing times in the patent application publication No. CN109423814A, the method for determining the contamination times according to the contamination degree of the washing object to be washed in each washing and then judging whether the washing equipment meets the sterilization condition according to the contamination times is more accurate. Specifically, the influence of the dirt degree of the to-be-washed clothes to the dirt condition in the washing equipment is different every time, the more serious the dirt degree in the washing equipment is, the more easily bacteria grow, for example, the to-be-washed clothes are clothes, and the washing frequency is 20 times, in the first case, the 20-time washed clothes are all cleaner, like in summer, the clothes may be washed once every day due to frequent sweating, but in fact, the clothes at this time are cleaner, the influence on the dirt condition in the washing machine is smaller, and can be ignored; in the second situation, the 20 times of washing clothes are dirty, like in winter, the clothes can be washed after being worn for several days, and the clothes are dirty at the time, so that the influence on the dirty condition in the washing machine is large; in view of the above two situations, the washing machine needs to be sterilized only in the second situation, and therefore, the judgment of whether the sterilization condition is satisfied is only based on the number of times of washing, obviously, the judgment result is not accurate enough, and the method of judging whether the sterilization condition is satisfied by the washing equipment based on the number of times of soiling (the comprehensive data of the degree of soiling of the laundry to be washed and the number of times of washing each time) is more accurate.
Further, the preset values include a first preset value and a second preset value, the first preset value is smaller than the second preset value, and the sterilization control method further includes: obtaining the ambient temperature, comparing the ambient temperature with the preset temperature, wherein when the ambient temperature is higher than the preset temperature, the step of comparing the times of dirt with the preset value specifically comprises the following steps: comparing the times of dirt with a first preset value; when the ambient temperature is lower than or equal to the preset temperature, the step of comparing the number of times of contamination with the preset value specifically includes: the number of smudges is compared with a second preset value. Through setting up two different default values of size, when ambient temperature is high, adopt less default to improve the frequency of disinfecting, can further improve the accuracy of judging, disinfect to washing equipment in time.
Further, the step of "operating the sterilization apparatus" specifically includes: after the washing equipment finishes the washing operation, the sterilization device is operated. The washing device is used for carrying out washing operation after the user takes the articles to be washed out of the washing device, so that the washing program can be ensured to be smoothly carried out, and the articles to be washed can be prevented from being damaged.
In addition, the invention also provides another preferable technical scheme, in the preferable technical scheme, when the washing equipment washes the to-be-washed object each time, the dirt degree of the to-be-washed object is acquired, then whether the dirt degree of the to-be-washed object is larger than a preset dirt value or not is judged, and when the dirt degree of the to-be-washed object is larger than the preset dirt value, the dirt frequency is increased by 1; in addition, the washing times of the washing equipment are acquired, and the washing times is increased by 1 every time the washing equipment executes a washing program; and then comprehensively judging whether the washing equipment meets the sterilization condition according to the times of dirt and the times of washing, and further selecting whether to enable the washing equipment to execute sterilization operation. Compared with the method for judging whether the sterilization condition is met only according to the washing times in the patent application with the publication number of CN109423814A, the method for comprehensively judging whether the washing equipment meets the sterilization condition through the contamination times and the washing times is more accurate. The specific reason is similar to the former sterilization control method, and therefore, the detailed description is omitted.
Further, the step of "selectively causing the washing apparatus to perform the sterilization operation according to the number of the stains and the number of the washing" may specifically include: (Condition one) if the times of contamination reaches a first preset value and the times of washing reaches a second preset value, enabling the washing equipment to execute sterilization operation; (Condition II) if the number of times of contamination reaches a third preset value, the washing apparatus is caused to perform a sterilization operation, wherein the third preset value is greater than the first preset value and less than the second preset value. Through setting up two judgement conditions, can guarantee that washing equipment can disinfect in time. Specifically, the washing apparatus is exemplarily a washing machine, the laundry is laundry, the first preset value is 10 times, the second preset value is 20 times, and the third preset value is 15 times, generally, sometimes the laundry is relatively clean, and some laundry is relatively dirty, when the number of dirt reaches 10 times and the number of washing times reaches 20 times, the washing machine can be sterilized if the condition one is satisfied, but if most of the laundry is relatively dirty, the number of dirt has reached 15 times, but the number of washing times has not reached 20 times, in this case, the dirt in the washing machine is relatively serious, the washing machine needs to be sterilized, but since the number of washing times has not reached 20 times, the condition one is not satisfied, if only the condition one is set, the washing machine cannot perform the sterilization operation, therefore, by setting the second condition, although the washing frequency has not reached 20 times, the washing machine is caused to perform the sterilization operation as long as the contamination frequency reaches 15 times, thereby ensuring that the washing machine can perform sterilization in time.
Further, the step of "selectively causing the washing apparatus to perform the sterilization operation according to the number of the stains and the number of the washing" may specifically include: (Condition one) if the times of contamination reaches a first preset value and the times of washing reaches a second preset value, enabling the washing equipment to execute sterilization operation; (Condition II) if the number of washing times reaches a fourth preset value, enabling the washing equipment to perform a sterilization operation, wherein the second preset value is greater than the first preset value and less than the fourth preset value. Through setting up two judgement conditions, can guarantee that washing equipment can disinfect in time. Specifically, the washing apparatus is exemplarily a washing machine, the laundry is laundry, the first preset value is 10 times, the second preset value is 20 times, and the fourth preset value is 25 times, generally, sometimes the laundry is relatively clean, and some laundry is relatively dirty, when the number of dirties reaches 10 times and the number of washes reaches 20 times, the washing machine can be sterilized if condition one is satisfied, but if most of the laundry is relatively clean, the number of dirties has not reached 10 times, but the number of washes has reached 25 times, in this case, the dirties in the washing machine are relatively serious, the washing machine needs to be sterilized, but since the number of dirties has not reached 10 times, condition one is not satisfied, if only condition one is satisfied, the washing machine cannot perform the sterilization operation, therefore, by setting the second condition, although the number of times of contamination has not reached 10 times, the washing machine is caused to perform the sterilization operation as long as the number of times of washing reaches 25 times, thereby ensuring that the washing machine can perform sterilization in time.
Still further, the first preset value includes a first main preset value and a first auxiliary preset value, the first main preset value is greater than the first auxiliary preset value, the second preset value includes a second main preset value and a second auxiliary preset value, the second main preset value is greater than the second auxiliary preset value, and the sterilization control method further includes: acquiring an ambient temperature; comparing the ambient temperature with a preset temperature; when the ambient temperature is lower than the preset temperature, adopting a first main preset value and a second main preset value as a judgment basis; and when the ambient temperature is higher than or equal to the preset temperature, adopting the first auxiliary preset value and the second auxiliary preset value as a judgment basis. Through setting up two main default values and the supplementary default value of variation in size respectively with first default and second default, when ambient temperature is higher than or equals to and predetermines the temperature, adopt less supplementary default to improve the frequency of disinfecting, can further improve the accuracy of judging, disinfect to washing equipment in time.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the following embodiments are merely illustrative of the technical principles of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, although the embodiments are described below with reference to a washing machine, the present invention is still applicable to other washing apparatuses, such as a washing and drying machine, a shoe washing machine, etc., and such modifications and changes are not limited by the spirit and scope of the present invention.
The existing washing machine pointed out based on the background technology adopts a method for judging whether to sterilize according to the washing times, and the judgment result is not accurate enough. The invention provides a sterilization control method for a washing machine, aiming at improving the judgment accuracy of the washing machine.
The present invention provides two sterilization control methods for a washing machine, and a first sterilization control method for a washing machine will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 and 2, and fig. 1 is a flowchart of the first sterilization control method for a washing machine according to the present invention; fig. 2 is a flowchart of a first sterilization control method for a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a sterilization control method for a washing machine according to a first aspect of the present invention includes the steps of:
s1: acquiring the dirt degree of the object to be washed;
s2: judging whether the dirt degree of the object to be washed is larger than a preset dirt value or not;
s3: if the dirt degree of the to-be-washed object is larger than the preset dirt value, adding 1 to the dirt frequency;
s4: comparing the times of dirt with a preset value;
s5: selectively causing the washing machine to perform a sterilization operation according to the comparison result.
Taking the object to be washed as clothes as an example, the washing machine of the invention acquires the dirt degree of the clothes every time the clothes are washed, then judges whether the dirt degree of the clothes is greater than a preset dirt value, when the dirt degree of the clothes is greater than the preset dirt value, the dirt degree of the clothes is relatively serious, and the influence on the dirt degree in the washing machine is relatively large, under the condition, the dirt frequency is increased by 1, a counter is generally arranged in a controller of the washing machine, the counter is increased by 1, then the dirt frequency is compared with the preset value to judge whether the washing machine meets the sterilization condition, and further whether the washing machine is enabled to execute the sterilization operation is selected.
Compared with the method for judging whether the sterilization condition is met or not according to the washing times in the patent application document with the publication number of CN109423814A, the method for judging whether the sterilization condition is met or not according to the contamination times is more accurate, wherein the contamination times is equivalent to the comprehensive data of the contamination degree and the washing times of the clothes washed by the washing machine each time, namely, the method for comprehensively judging whether the washing machine meets the sterilization condition or not according to the contamination degree and the washing times of the clothes washed by the washing machine each time can improve the accuracy of the judgment result.
Specifically, the influence of the dirt degree of the clothes to be washed each time on the dirt condition in the washing machine is different, the more serious the dirt degree in the washing machine is, the more easily bacteria grow, taking the washing frequency as 20 times as an example, in the first case, the clothes to be washed 20 times are all cleaner, like in summer, because of frequent sweating, the clothes may be washed once a day, but in fact, the clothes at this time are cleaner, the influence on the dirt condition in the washing machine is smaller, and can be ignored; in the second situation, the 20 times of washing clothes are dirty, like in winter, the clothes can be washed after being worn for several days, and the clothes are dirty at the time, so that the influence on the dirty condition in the washing machine is large; in the above two cases, the washing machine needs to be sterilized only in the second case, and therefore, it is obvious that the judgment result is not accurate enough to judge whether the sterilization condition is satisfied only according to the number of washing times.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, the degree of contamination of the laundry may be determined by collecting turbidity of the washing water, for example, the laundry is laundry, a turbidity sensor may be installed in a washing tub of the washing machine, the turbidity sensor may be capable of communicating with a controller of the washing machine, when the laundry is washed, turbidity information of the washing water may be collected by the turbidity sensor and the collected turbidity information is transmitted to the controller, and the controller judges the degree of contamination of the laundry according to the turbidity information of the washing water, or the degree of contamination of the laundry may be determined by collecting image information of the laundry, for example, the laundry is shoes, the washing apparatus is a shoe washing machine, of course, some washing machines also have a shoe washing function, an image collecting device (such as a camera) may be installed in a box of the shoe washing machine, and the image collecting device may communicate with the controller of the shoe washing machine, when the shoes are washed, the image information of the shoes can be collected through the image collecting device, the collected image information is transmitted to the controller, the controller judges the dirt degree of the shoes by analyzing the image information of the shoes, and the like.
In addition, it should be noted that a turbidity value and contamination value comparison table may be preset in the controller of the washing machine, and the turbidity value of the washing water is collected and then the contamination degree of the laundry is determined by the turbidity value and contamination value comparison table.
In addition, it should be noted that, after the turbidity of the washing water is collected, the turbidity value may not be converted into the dirty value, and the collected turbidity of the washing water may be directly compared with the preset turbidity value, that is, the turbidity of the washing water is used to replace the dirty degree of the object to be washed, the preset turbidity value is used to replace the preset dirty value, if the turbidity of the washing water is greater than the preset turbidity value, the dirty degree of the object to be washed is greater than the preset dirty value, and the dirty frequency is increased by 1.
The first sterilization control method for a washing machine according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to a specific embodiment, taking as an example the determination of the degree of contamination of laundry according to the turbidity of washing water.
As shown in fig. 2, the sterilization control method of the present embodiment includes the following steps:
s100: obtaining the turbidity of the washing water;
s200: determining the dirt degree of the washed object according to the turbidity of the washing water;
s300: judging whether the dirt degree of the object to be washed is larger than a preset dirt value or not;
s400: if the dirt degree of the to-be-washed object is larger than the preset dirt value, adding 1 to the dirt frequency;
s500: comparing the times of dirt with a preset value;
s601: if the times of dirt reach a preset value, the washing machine is enabled to execute sterilization operation;
s602: and if the times of dirt do not reach the preset value, not enabling the washing machine to execute the sterilization operation.
Take the laundry as an example, and the preset value is 15 times.
When the washing machine washes clothes, the turbidity of washing water is collected through the turbidity sensor, then the dirt degree of the clothes is determined according to the turbidity of the washing water, the dirt degree of the clothes is compared with a preset dirt value, when the dirt degree of the clothes is larger than the preset dirt value, the clothes are dirty, the influence on the dirt condition in the washing machine is large, therefore, the dirt frequency is increased by 1, on the contrary, when the dirt degree of the clothes is smaller than or equal to the preset dirt value, the clothes are clean, the influence on the dirt condition in the washing machine is small and can be ignored, and therefore, the dirt frequency is kept unchanged; comparing the times of dirt with a preset value (15 times), and when the times of dirt reaches 15 times, indicating that the washing machine meets the sterilization condition, and at the moment, enabling the washing machine to execute sterilization operation; and when the dirty times do not reach 15 times, the washing machine does not meet the sterilization condition, and the washing machine is not enabled to execute the sterilization operation.
It should be noted that the "causing the washing machine to perform the sterilization operation" may be causing the washing machine to automatically start a sterilization mode to sterilize the washing machine, and exemplarily, the washing machine includes a sterilization device that may automatically operate the sterilization device to sterilize the washing machine when a sterilization condition is satisfied; or, the "making the washing machine perform the sterilization operation" may also be that the washing machine sends a prompt to inform a user that the washing machine needs to be sterilized, for example, the washing machine includes a voice player, when a sterilization condition is met, the voice player plays a voice to inform the user that the washing machine needs to be sterilized, or a control panel of the washing machine displays characters, or an indicator light on the washing machine displays an alarm color, or the like, if the washing machine has a sterilization device, the user may directly start the sterilization device to sterilize the washing machine, and if the washing machine does not have the sterilization device, the user needs to manually add a sterilization agent, or the like, to sterilize the washing machine.
Preferably, the preset values include a first preset value and a second preset value, and the first preset value is smaller than the second preset value, and the sterilization control method of the embodiment further includes: when the environmental temperature is higher than the preset temperature, the step of comparing the times of contamination with the preset value specifically comprises the following steps: comparing the times of dirt with a first preset value; when the environmental temperature is not higher than the preset temperature, the step of comparing the number of times of contamination with the preset value specifically comprises: the number of smudges is compared with a second preset value.
That is, the preset values include two values having different magnitudes, and one of the preset values is selected according to the ambient temperature to be compared with the number of times of contamination. Illustratively, the preset temperature is 25 degrees, the first preset value is 10 times, the second preset value is 15 times, when the ring temperature is more than 25 degrees, the environment temperature is higher, bacteria are easy to grow in the washing machine, in this case, the first preset value is adopted, namely, when the dirt frequency reaches 10 times, the washing machine is sterilized; when the annular temperature is less than or equal to 25 ℃, the environmental temperature is lower, bacteria are not easy to breed in the washing machine, and in the situation, the second preset value is adopted, namely, when the dirt times reach 15 times, the washing machine is sterilized.
Preferably, the washing machine of the present invention includes a sterilization device, and the step of "causing the washing machine to perform a sterilization operation" specifically includes: the sterilizing device is operated. When the washing machine satisfies the sterilization condition, the washing machine may automatically operate the sterilization device to sterilize the washing machine. The sterilizing device is an electrolytic water sterilizing device, and dirt in the washing machine can be effectively removed through the electrolytic water sterilizing device so as to sterilize the washing machine. Of course, the sterilization device can be configured as other types of sterilization devices, such as a device for delivering a sterilizing agent or sterilizing liquid, an ultraviolet sterilization device, an ozone sterilization device, etc., and such specific types of adjustment and changes to the sterilization device can be made without departing from the principle and scope of the present invention, and should be limited within the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that, after the sterilization apparatus is operated, the number of times of contamination is reset to zero and the count is restarted.
Preferably, the step of "operating the sterilizing device" specifically includes: after the washing machine completes the washing operation, the sterilizing device is operated. That is, when the washing machine satisfies the sterilization condition, the sterilization device is not activated for a while, and is operated after the washing machine performs the washing operation. It should be noted that, when the user takes the laundry out of the washing machine, the washing machine is indicated to perform the washing operation, and by such an arrangement, not only the washing procedure can be ensured to be smoothly performed, but also the damage to the washed laundry can be avoided. In practical applications, the image collecting device (e.g., a camera) can collect image information in the washing tub to determine whether the laundry in the washing tub is taken out, or the weight sensor can be disposed on the washing tub to collect weight information to determine whether the laundry in the washing tub is taken out, and so on.
Preferably, the step of "obtaining the turbidity of the washing water" specifically includes: acquiring a plurality of turbidity values of the washing water in a segmented manner; calculating an average of the plurality of turbidity values; the average value was taken as the turbidity of the washing water. By acquiring a plurality of turbidity values of the washing water and taking the average value of the turbidity values as the turbidity of the washing water, the accuracy of judgment can be improved. Illustratively, when the washing machine washes laundry, the turbidity value of the washing water is acquired every 5 seconds, the detection time is 10 minutes, that is, 120 turbidity values are acquired in total, and the average value of the 120 turbidity values is taken as the turbidity of the washing water. Of course, the number of the obtained turbidity values is not limited to 120 in the above-mentioned cases, and may be 100, 200, etc., and such adjustment of the specific number of the obtained turbidity values does not depart from the principle and scope of the present invention, and should be limited within the protection scope of the present invention.
A second sterilization control method for a washing machine will be described in detail with reference to fig. 3 and 4, and fig. 3 is a flowchart of the second sterilization control method for a washing machine according to the present invention; fig. 4 is a flowchart of a sterilization control method for a washing machine according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, a second sterilization control method for a washing machine of the present invention includes the steps of:
s1: acquiring the dirt degree of the object to be washed;
s2: judging whether the dirt degree of the object to be washed is larger than a preset dirt value or not;
s3: if the dirt degree of the to-be-washed object is larger than the preset dirt value, adding 1 to the dirt frequency;
s4: obtaining washing times;
s5: selectively causing the washing machine to perform a sterilization operation according to the number of dirties and the number of washings.
Taking the object to be washed as clothes as an example, the washing machine of the invention acquires the dirt degree of the clothes when the clothes are washed each time, then judges whether the dirt degree of the clothes is greater than a preset dirt value, and when the dirt degree of the clothes is greater than the preset dirt value, the dirt degree of the clothes is serious, which has a large influence on the dirt degree in the washing machine, under the condition, the dirt frequency is increased by 1, and a counter is generally arranged in a controller of the washing machine, so that the counter is increased by 1; in addition, the number of times of washing of the washing machine is acquired, the counter is increased by 1 every time the washing machine executes a washing program, the number of times of dirt and the number of times of washing can be respectively counted by adopting the two counters, and then whether the washing machine meets the sterilization condition or not is comprehensively judged according to the number of times of dirt and the number of times of washing, so that whether the washing machine executes the sterilization operation or not is further selected.
Compared with the method for judging whether the sterilization condition is met only according to the washing times in the patent application publication No. CN109423814A, the method for comprehensively judging whether the washing machine meets the sterilization condition through the dirt times and the washing times is more accurate.
Specifically, the degree of soiling of the clothes washed by the washing machine each time has different effects on the soiling condition in the washing machine, the more serious the degree of soiling in the washing machine is, the more easily bacteria grow, and taking the number of washing times as 20 as an example, in the first case, the 20-time washed clothes are all cleaner, like in summer, because of frequent sweating, the clothes may be washed once a day, but in fact, the clothes at this time are cleaner, and the effect on the soiling condition in the washing machine is smaller; in the second situation, the 20 times of washing clothes are dirty, like in winter, the clothes can be washed after being worn for several days, and the clothes are dirty at the time, so that the influence on the dirty condition in the washing machine is large; in view of the above two situations, the dirty condition in the washing machine in the second situation is certainly much more serious than the dirty condition in the washing machine in the first situation, and if the sterilization condition is judged to be satisfied according to 20 times of washing, it is obvious that the judgment result is not accurate enough.
Therefore, the present invention obtains not only the number of washing times but also the degree of contamination of the laundry, and the method of comprehensively judging whether the washing machine satisfies the sterilization condition according to the number of contamination times and the number of washing times is obviously more accurate than the method of judging whether the sterilization condition is satisfied only according to the number of washing times.
It should be noted that, similar to the first sterilization control method for a washing machine, in practical applications, the contamination degree of the laundry may be determined by collecting turbidity of the washing water, for example, the laundry is laundry, a turbidity sensor may be installed in a washing tub of the washing machine, the turbidity sensor may communicate with a controller of the washing machine, when the laundry is washed, turbidity information of the washing water may be collected by the turbidity sensor and transmitted to the controller, the controller judges the contamination degree of the laundry according to the turbidity information of the washing water, or the contamination degree of the laundry may be determined by collecting image information of the laundry, for example, the laundry is shoes, the washing apparatus is a shoe washing machine, of course, some washing machines also have a shoe washing function, an image collecting device (such as a camera, etc.) may be installed in a box of the shoe washing machine, the image acquisition device can be communicated with the controller of the shoe washing machine, when the shoes are washed, the image information of the shoes can be acquired through the image acquisition device, the acquired image information is transmitted to the controller, the controller judges the dirt degree of the shoes by analyzing the image information of the shoes, and the like, and the adjustment and the change of the specific determination method for acquiring the dirt degree of the objects to be washed do not deviate from the principle and the scope of the invention and are limited within the protection scope of the invention.
It should be noted that the steps S4 and S1, S2 and S3 may be executed synchronously or sequentially in any order, and such flexible adjustment and change do not depart from the principle and scope of the present invention, which should be limited within the protection scope of the present invention.
The second sterilization control method for a washing machine according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to a specific embodiment, taking as an example the determination of the degree of contamination of laundry according to the turbidity of washing water.
As shown in fig. 2, the sterilization control method of the present embodiment includes the following steps:
s100: obtaining the turbidity of the washing water;
s200: determining the dirt degree of the washed object according to the turbidity of the washing water;
s300: judging whether the dirt degree of the object to be washed is larger than a preset dirt value or not;
s400: if the dirt degree of the to-be-washed object is larger than the preset dirt value, adding 1 to the dirt frequency;
s500: obtaining washing times;
s600: judging whether the dirt times reach a first preset value or a third preset value;
s700: judging whether the washing times reach a second preset value or a fourth preset value;
s800: if the times of dirt reaches a first preset value and the times of washing reaches a second preset value, or the times of dirt reaches a third preset value, or the times of washing reaches a fourth preset value, enabling the washing machine to execute sterilization operation;
the first preset value, the third preset value, the second preset value and the fourth preset value are sequentially arranged from small to large.
Take the laundry as clothes, the first preset value is 10 times, the third preset value is 15 times, the second preset value is 20 times, and the fourth preset value is 25 times as an example.
When the washing machine washes clothes, the turbidity of washing water is collected through the turbidity sensor, then the dirt degree of the clothes is determined according to the turbidity of the washing water, the dirt degree of the clothes is compared with a preset dirt value, when the dirt degree of the clothes is larger than the preset dirt value, the clothes are dirty, the influence on the dirt condition in the washing machine is large, therefore, the dirt frequency X is increased by 1, on the contrary, when the dirt degree of the clothes is smaller than or equal to the preset dirt value, the clothes are clean, the influence on the dirt condition in the washing machine is small, and therefore, the dirt frequency X is kept unchanged; obtaining washing times Y; respectively comparing the times of contamination X with a first preset value (10 times) and a third preset value (15 times), respectively comparing the times of washing Y with a second preset value (20 times) and a fourth preset value (25 times), and judging whether the times of contamination X and the times of washing Y meet the following conditions:
the first condition is as follows: x is more than or equal to 10 and Y is more than or equal to 20;
and a second condition: x is more than or equal to 15;
and (3) carrying out a third condition: y is more than or equal to 25;
when any one of the three conditions is met, the washing machine meets the sterilization condition, and at the moment, the washing machine is enabled to execute sterilization operation; when one of the three conditions is not satisfied, the washing machine is not allowed to perform the sterilization operation if the sterilization condition is not satisfied.
It should be noted that, similarly to the first sterilization control method for a washing machine, "causing the washing machine to perform a sterilization operation" may be causing the washing machine to automatically start a sterilization mode to sterilize the washing machine, and exemplarily, the washing machine includes a sterilization device that may automatically operate the sterilization device to sterilize the washing machine when a sterilization condition is satisfied; or, the "making the washing machine perform the sterilization operation" may also be that the washing machine sends a prompt to inform a user that the washing machine needs to be sterilized, for example, the washing machine includes a voice player, when a sterilization condition is met, the voice player plays a voice to inform the user that the washing machine needs to be sterilized, or a control panel of the washing machine displays characters, or an indicator light on the washing machine displays an alarm color, or the like, if the washing machine has a sterilization device, the user may directly start the sterilization device to sterilize the washing machine, and if the washing machine does not have the sterilization device, the user needs to manually add a sterilization agent, or the like, to sterilize the washing machine.
It should be noted that, step S500 and steps S100, S200, S300, and S400 may be executed synchronously, or may be executed sequentially according to any sequence, and similarly, step S600 and step S700 may be executed synchronously, or may be executed sequentially according to any sequence, and such flexible adjustment and change do not depart from the principle and scope of the present invention, and should be limited within the protection scope of the present invention.
In addition, it should be noted that the above-described specific embodiments are the most preferred embodiments in this embodiment, and there are certainly some less preferred embodiments, and these less preferred embodiments are also within the protection scope of the present invention, for example:

It should be noted that, when the user takes the laundry out of the washing machine, the washing machine is indicated to perform the washing operation, and by such an arrangement, not only the washing procedure can be ensured to be smoothly performed, but also the damage to the washed laundry can be avoided. Whether the clothes in the washing barrel are taken out or not can be judged by collecting image information in the washing barrel through the image collecting device, or whether the clothes in the washing barrel are taken out or not can also be judged by arranging a weight sensor on the washing barrel to collect weight information, and the like.
Preferably, the step of "obtaining the turbidity of the washing water" specifically includes: acquiring a plurality of turbidity values of the washing water in a segmented manner; calculating an average of the plurality of turbidity values; the average value was taken as the turbidity of the washing water.
