Abstract
The invention discloses a matte glass porcelain and a preparation method thereof, wherein a matte transparent glaze is sprayed on the surface of a blank body of the glass porcelain, and the matte transparent glaze comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50-60% of quartz sand, 5-10% of calcite, 15-25% of soda ash, 1-3% of alumina and 15-20% of dolomite powder. The matte glass porcelain is prepared by spraying a matte transparent glaze material on the surface of a blank, wherein the glaze material is matte in a molten state and keeps transparent. The preparation method of the matt glass porcelain has simple steps, the melting temperature range of the glaze is adapted to the firing temperature of the glass porcelain product, the structure of the surface of a processed blank body is not damaged, and the surface of the glass porcelain can be prevented from fouling.

Technical Field

Background
In recent years, the 'glass porcelain' mosaic products which are popular in the market have the advantages that the surface gloss of the glass porcelain products can not achieve the 'pure matte' (dull) effect all the time due to the vitreous characteristics of the material components;

As is clear from fig. 1 to 2, the glass porcelain of example 1 had a matte surface because of the application of the matte transparent glaze, and the color of the body was not affected because the glaze was transparent. The glass porcelain of the comparative example 1 is not subjected to glazing operation, and the surface of the glass porcelain is in a bright state, so that the invention innovatively sprays glaze on the surface of the glass porcelain blank to achieve a matte effect, can replace the existing pickling process, enables the surface of the glass porcelain to be in the matte state, and can achieve an antifouling effect.

5. The matte glass-ceramic according to claim 1, wherein the matte transparent glaze comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 58% of quartz sand, 10% of calcite, 15% of soda ash, 2% of alumina and 15% of dolomite powder.
6. The matt glass-ceramic as claimed in claim 1, wherein the matt transparent glaze comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50% of quartz sand, 10% of calcite, 19% of soda ash, 1% of alumina and 20% of dolomite powder.
7. The matte glass-ceramic according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the matte transparent glaze has a melting temperature of 980-1000 ℃.

The process for the preparation of a matt glass-ceramic as claimed in any of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of: spraying the matt transparent glaze on the surface of the blank, and forming a matt transparent layer on the surface of the blank after firing; wherein the sintering temperature is 980-1000 ℃.
