In order to enhance the guiding effect of the first guide rod 32 and the second guide rod 33 on the plastic segments, in this embodiment, the top ends of the first guide rod 32 and the second guide rod 33 are both bent outward by a predetermined acute angle.

The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the receiving device comprises: a turntable (3) mounted on the frame (1); a bearing plate (31) which is arranged on the turntable (3) in a surrounding way and is used for bearing the plastic segments; first guide rods (32) vertically installed at opposite sides of the carrier plate (31); a second guide bar (33) vertically installed at the other opposite sides of the bearing plate (31); and a first power assembly which is arranged on the frame (1) and is used for driving the rotary disc (3) to rotate.
