The control device is a PLC or a single chip microcomputer, and logical control of each process is realized through the control device and the connection relationship among the control device, the brick conveyor 1, the lifting and setting device 2, the first horizontal moving device 3, the first lifting device 4, the brick taking and placing device 5, the second horizontal moving device 6, the second lifting device 7 and the bottom mortar and finishing device 8.
The working principle and the working process of the invention are as follows: firstly, a block to be bricked is placed on a brick conveyor 1 to be conveyed, sent to a lifting mortar sitting device 2, and subjected to mortar sitting on the top of the brick and lifted to a certain height; then the brick taking and placing device 5 takes the bricks away, moves the bricks to a wall building position and puts the bricks down; before the bricks are put down, the bottom paste and finishing device 8 carries out bottom paste smearing operation, after the bricks are put down, the brick taking and placing device 5 returns to the initial position to wait for taking off a brick, and meanwhile, the finishing device 8 finishes the bricks, namely, one-time brick laying is finished; then the next brick is conveyed by the brick conveyor 1, lifted and placed by the slurry placing device 2 and lifted to a certain height, and the brick taking and placing device 5 continues to take and place bricks; according to different positions to be laid, the brick taking and placing device 5 can be driven by the first horizontal moving device 3 to move horizontally, and the bottom mortar and finishing device 8 can also be driven by the second horizontal moving device to move horizontally, namely the brick taking and placing device 5 and the bottom mortar and finishing device 8 are positioned at the positions corresponding to the positions to be laid, so that bottom mortar processing, brick placing and finishing operations are matched; by analogy, the same layer of bricks are laid in sequence, then the brick taking and placing device 5 can be moved upwards through the first lifting device 4, the bottom mortar and finishing device 8 is moved upwards to the corresponding position through the second lifting device 7, and then the next layer of bricks can be laid until the wall laying is finished; the brick taking and placing device 5 and the bottom slurry and finishing device 8 can correspondingly control the horizontal and longitudinal moving distance, namely the size of each brick laying area according to different brick specifications;
