本发明公开了一种耐磨高弹橡胶配方,按重量份包括,乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物500、烯烃嵌段共聚物600、聚烯烃弹性体橡胶1400、陶氏7467 1400、填料biN‑80 300、AC 75、BIPB 27、ZNO 72、ST 39、TAIC 24、色料R103 100;将各成分按重量份在炼胶机中混炼,经测试所获得的橡胶材料在DIN磨耗机测试时,DIN为100以下,耐磨性能高,弹性在62以上,能满足特定场合下对橡胶材料的高耐磨性及高弹性形变性能的要求。

本发明属于橡胶制品技术领域,具体涉及一种耐磨高弹橡胶配方。
背景技术
橡胶的耐磨性能及弹性形变能力是橡胶材料的一项重要性能指标,在一些特定场合下要求橡胶材料的耐磨性能及弹性形变能力较高,而目前现有的橡胶材料又往往无法达到高耐磨性能及高弹性形变能力的要求,这就导致有必要为提高橡胶材料的耐磨性能及弹性形变能力,对橡胶材料的密炼配方进行改良,以获得高耐磨性能、高弹性形变性能的橡胶。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明旨在提供一种耐磨高弹橡胶配方。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种耐磨高弹橡胶配方,按重量份包括,
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物500;
烯烃嵌段共聚物 600;
聚烯烃弹性体橡胶 1400;
陶氏7467 1400;
填料biN-80 300;
AC 75;
BIPB 27;
ZNO 72;
ST 39;
TAIC 24;
色料R103 100。
这种耐磨高弹橡胶配方在炼胶机中进行混炼,经测试所获得的橡胶材料在DIN磨耗机测试时,DIN为100以下,耐磨性能高,弹性在62以上,能满足特定场合下对橡胶材料的高耐磨性及高弹性形变性能的要求。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
