本发明公开了一种复合型耐磨橡胶垫,所述橡胶垫是由天然橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、氯化石蜡、氧化锌、轻钙、白炭黑、促进剂、氢氧化铝、发泡剂、防止剂及环烷烃油配制而成。本发明所述的复合型耐磨橡胶垫,耐磨性能提高,大大增加了使用寿命;且具有耐候性、耐腐蚀性、耐化学性、高弹性、绝缘性能好等特性;该橡胶垫生产工艺简单,材料易得,成本低廉。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种橡胶垫,尤其是涉及一种复合型耐磨橡胶垫。
 背景技术
在人们日常生活和工作的场所,都会存在使用物件或工件之间不停摩擦的现象,随着摩擦时间的增长,会导致物件或工件的外观失去原有的形态及性能。例如橡胶密封圈,如果不能防止磨损,就会大大降低密封垫的使用效果。因此,发明一种耐磨性能高的橡胶垫,有利于人们的工作与生活。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的问题,提供了一种复合型耐磨橡胶垫,解决了现有技术中存在的上述问题。该橡胶垫,耐磨性能提高;且具有耐候性、耐腐蚀性、耐化学性、高弹  性、绝缘性能好等特性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种复合型耐磨橡胶垫,由如下重量份数的组分组成:
天然橡胶7.5-8.5份、三元乙丙橡胶5-6份、氯化石蜡2.5-4.5份、氧化锌1.5-2.5份、轻钙2.5-3份、白炭黑6-9份、促进剂2.5-3.5份、氢氧化铝7-9份、发泡剂3.5-4.5份、防止剂2份及环烷烃油3-4份。
作为优选的技术方案,该橡胶垫是由如下重量份数的组分组成:
天然橡胶8份、三元乙丙橡胶5.5份、氯化石蜡3.5份、氧化锌2份、轻钙2.7份、白炭黑8份、促进剂3份、氢氧化铝8份、发泡剂4份、防止剂2份及环烷烃油3.5份。
本发明涉及的组分中,所述天然橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、氯化石蜡、白炭黑、氧化锌、轻钙、环烷烃油为主料;所述促进剂、氢氧化铝、发泡剂、防止剂为辅料。
本发明带来的有益效果是:

具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种复合型耐磨橡胶垫,由如下重量份数的组分组成:
天然橡胶7.5份、三元乙丙橡胶5份、氯化石蜡2.5份、氧化锌1.5份、轻钙2.5份、白炭黑6份、促进剂2.5份、氢氧化铝7份、发泡剂3.5份、防止剂2份及环烷烃油3份。
实施例2:
一种复合型耐磨橡胶垫,由如下重量份数的组分组成:
天然橡胶8份、三元乙丙橡胶5.5份、氯化石蜡3.5份、氧化锌2份、轻钙2.7份、白炭黑8份、促进剂3份、氢氧化铝8份、发泡剂4份、防止剂2份及环烷烃油3.5份。
上述复合型耐磨橡胶垫,是由以下方法制备而成的:
先将氯化石蜡3.5份、氧化锌2份、轻钙2.7份、白炭黑8份,依次加入到专用研磨机内,研磨至成颗粒状;再将上述研磨后的颗粒物、天然橡胶8份、三元乙丙橡胶5.5份,加入到开炼机内,进行混炼;再次加入促进剂3份、氢氧化铝8份、发泡剂4份、防止剂2份及环烷烃油3.5份,以至充分混炼;混炼结束并停放24小时,充分干燥后即可得复合型耐磨橡胶垫。
实施例3:
一种复合型耐磨橡胶垫,由如下重量份数的组分组成:
天然橡胶8.5份、三元乙丙橡胶6份、氯化石蜡4.5份、氧化锌2.5份、轻钙3份、白炭黑9份、促进剂3.5份、氢氧化铝9份、发泡剂4.5份、防止剂2份及环烷烃油4份。

1.一种复合型耐磨橡胶垫,其特征在于,所述橡胶垫由如下重量份数的组分组成:天然橡胶7.5-8.5份、三元乙丙橡胶5-6份、氯化石蜡2.5-4.5份、氧化锌1.5-2.5份、轻钙2.5-3份、白炭黑6-9份、促进剂2.5-3.5份、氢氧化铝7-9份、发泡剂3.5-4.5份、防止剂2份及环烷烃油3-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合型耐磨橡胶垫,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的组分组成:天然橡胶8份、三元乙丙橡胶5.5份、氯化石蜡3.5份、氧化锌2份、轻钙2.7份、白炭黑8份、促进剂3份、氢氧化铝8份、发泡剂4份、防止剂2份及环烷烃油3.5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种复合型耐磨橡胶垫,其特征在于:所述天然橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、氯化石蜡、白炭黑、氧化锌、轻钙、环烷烃油为主料;所述促进剂、氢氧化铝、发泡剂、防止剂为辅料。
