Abstract
本发明提供了一种新型环保多孔生物聚合剂,所述聚合剂为药剂组合A和药剂组合B构成的颗粒状结构,所述药剂组合A和药剂组合B的配比为:55~70wt%药剂组合A和30~45wt%药剂组合B,所述药剂组合A中原料占比分别为10~30wt%植物纤维、25~50wt%豆类粉末、25~40wt%葡萄糖,所述药剂组合A中原料占比分别为蛋白酶50~60wt%和40~50wt%苹果酸。该聚合剂广泛应用于水处理行业的各个领域,对城市生活污水、工业废水、养殖废水、饮用水原水及河道污水处理等领域,在活性污泥和煤泥水浓缩、尾矿处理、有色金属浮选等方面也具有显著效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于污水处理用聚合剂技术领域,具体涉及一种新型环保多孔生物聚合剂。
背景技术
在河道清淤底泥脱水或是污水处理时,通常采用有机类絮凝剂如PAM或无机类絮凝剂如PAC来实现泥水分离的脱水作用,其中采用PAC作为絮凝剂,容易使处理后的出水铝含量超标严重;虽然有机类絮凝剂由于用量少、成本低,得以广泛使用。但是,由于生态清淤泥浆浓度变化幅度大,存在有机类絮凝剂投加过量的情况,滤水拉丝现象严重,且大量的有机类絮凝剂长期存在底泥中,会形成有毒有害物质,不利于脱水底泥的资源化利用,从而制约了河湖内源治理生态清淤行业的可持续健康发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型环保多孔生物聚合剂,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型环保多孔生物聚合剂,所述聚合剂为药剂组合A和药剂组合B构成的颗粒状结构,所述药剂组合A和药剂组合B的配比为:55~70wt%药剂组合A和30~45wt%药剂组合B,所述药剂组合A包括植物纤维、豆类粉末和葡萄糖,所述药剂组合B包括蛋白酶和苹果酸,所述药剂组合A中原料占比分别为10~30wt%植物纤维、25~50wt%豆类粉末、25~40wt%葡萄糖,所述药剂组合A中原料占比分别为蛋白酶50~60wt%和40~50wt%苹果酸。
优选地,所述豆类粉末为大豆粉末。
优选地,所述颗粒状结构的直径为1-1.5mm。
优选地,所述药剂组合A包括25wt%植物纤维、40wt%豆类粉末、35wt%葡萄糖.。
优选地,所述药剂组合B包括55wt%蛋白酶和45wt%苹果酸。
本发明的技术效果和优点:该聚合剂广泛应用于水处理行业的各个领域,对城市生活污水、工业废水、养殖废水、饮用水原水及河道污水处理等领域,在活性污泥和煤泥水浓缩、尾矿处理、有色金属浮选等方面也具有显著效果;性质稳定、不挥发、无毒无害,具有极好的生物降解性,使用在水中不存在二次污染;通过电荷中和、吸附、架桥和卷扫作用与水中胶体颗粒形成紧密均匀的絮体,进行成层沉降,压缩性好,泥水分离界面清晰,能更大程度去除水中污染物。
具体实施方式
实施例
一种新型环保多孔生物聚合剂,所述聚合剂为药剂组合A和药剂组合B构成的颗粒状结构,所述药剂组合A和药剂组合B的配比为:65wt%药剂组合A和35wt%药剂组合B,所述药剂组合A包括植物纤维、豆类粉末和葡萄糖,所述药剂组合B包括蛋白酶和苹果酸,所述药剂组合A中原料占比分别为25wt%植物纤维、40wt%豆类粉末、35wt%葡萄糖,所述药剂组合A中原料占比分别为55wt%蛋白酶和45wt%苹果酸。将述药剂组合A和药剂组合B分别按比例称取混合,将混合后的物料放入到球磨机中进行球磨,制成直径为1-1.5mm的固体颗粒。
取适量上述固体颗粒通过粉-液搅拌设备配制成质量浓度为2‰的溶液,在一污染的河道内部取四杯1L的污水进行测试,测试前对河水内的COD、NH3-N和TP的浓度进行检测,然后分别向一杯污水中加入15ml重量占比浓度为2‰的多孔生物聚合剂和5ml浓度为20%的混凝剂;向另一杯污水中加入15ml浓度为1%的PAM溶液和5ml浓度为20%的混凝剂。两者充分放置后,对两杯河水中的COD、NH3-N和TP的浓度再次进行检测和对比,检测和对比数据如表一所示:

由上述实验检测数据可知,相对于PAM+混凝剂,孔生物聚合剂+混凝剂的效果更好。

1.一种新型环保多孔生物聚合剂,其特征在于:所述聚合剂为药剂组合A和药剂组合B构成的颗粒状结构,所述药剂组合A和药剂组合B的配比为:55~70wt%药剂组合A和30~45wt%药剂组合B,所述药剂组合A包括植物纤维、豆类粉末和葡萄糖,所述药剂组合B包括蛋白酶和苹果酸,所述药剂组合A中原料占比分别为10~30wt%植物纤维、25~50wt%豆类粉末、25~40wt%葡萄糖,所述药剂组合A中原料占比分别为蛋白酶50~60wt%和40~50wt%苹果酸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型环保多孔生物聚合剂,其特征在于:所述豆类粉末为大豆粉末。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型环保多孔生物聚合剂,其特征在于:所述颗粒状结构的直径为1-1.5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型环保多孔生物聚合剂,其特征在于:所述药剂组合A包括25wt%植物纤维、40wt%豆类粉末、35wt%葡萄糖.。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型环保多孔生物聚合剂,其特征在于:所述药剂组合B包括55wt%蛋白酶和45wt%苹果酸。
