Abstract
本发明涉及一种甜菊糖抛丸造粒方法,包括以下步骤:1).将50‑100目的甜菊糖细粉通过入料管接入造粒机中,将甜菊糖细粉和雾化水结合并在转盘的带动下沿圆周抛出,形成甜菊糖颗粒,同时造粒机刮板进行搓揉形成圆形或椭圆形颗粒;2).甜菊糖颗粒达到30‑40目时,停止造粒;3).把甜菊糖颗粒转入沸腾床料仓,烘干取样测颗粒水份含量<6%,分离料仓与沸腾床;4).将甜菊糖颗粒通过振筛选取出需要的目数30~40目,甜菊糖颗粒进行包装。本发明优点:甜菊糖利用细粉重新造粒,提高甜菊糖产品成品率,减少使用过程中的粉尘,同时减少了污染,使整个生产流程实现反应效率和物料利用率最优化,明显增加了企业经济效益。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化工技术领域中甜菊糖的生产方法,具体涉及甜菊糖生产中的造粒方法。
背景技术
甜菊糖(甜菊糖甙)是从甜叶菊干叶中提取的天然甜味剂,是一种高甜度、低热量的新型保健糖源,甜度为蔗糖的200-300倍,热量仅为蔗糖的1/300。该产品在人体内无残留,安全无毒,为纯天然绿色食品,有利于调节血糖,促进脑力活动,对心脑血管病、肥胖症、糖尿病、小儿龋齿等病症有辅助治疗功能。甜菊糖可替代蔗糖和各种化学合成甜味剂,广泛应用于各种食品、饮料、腌制品、医药制剂。甜菊糖已在日本、韩国及欧美等经济发达国家和地区得到广泛应用。当前市场上的甜菊糖系列产品多以喷雾干燥的方法生产,产品为粉末状,在生产过程中,收料和分装扬尘大,客户使用过程中粉尘容易飞扬,容易被操作人员吸入,造成强烈不愉悦感,影响客户使用,也造成物料的浪费。因此颗粒甜菊糖是甜菊糖系列产品发展的趋势,具有较大的市场潜力。传统的分步造粒法,先在造粒机中进行造粒,再将物料转移至沸腾床进行干燥,相比于一步造粒,步骤繁杂,转料过程中增加了物料被污染的风险以及扬尘问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种甜菊糖造粒新生产方法,以解决上述物料损耗率高,操作步骤繁杂;浪费资源等问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种甜菊糖抛丸造粒方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1).将50-100目的甜菊糖细粉通过入料管接入造粒机中,开启造粒机旋转电机带动主轴及转盘转动,将甜菊糖细粉和雾化水结合并在转盘的带动下沿圆周抛出,形成甜菊糖颗粒,同时开启造粒机刮板,进行搓揉形成圆形或椭圆形颗粒;
2).目视圆形或椭圆形甜菊糖颗粒达到30-40目时,停止造粒;
3).把造好的圆形或椭圆形甜菊糖颗粒转入沸腾床料仓,开启引风机及加热器,控制进风温度85℃,开启自动气锤进行烘干,烘干30分钟,取样测颗粒水份含量<6%,关闭加热器对物料进行降温,当出风温度将至40℃以下时关闭引风机,关闭气密封,分离料仓与沸腾床;
4).将料仓内的甜菊糖颗粒通过振筛选取出需要的目数30~40目,并对最后的成品甜菊糖颗粒进行包装,筛分出的细粉物料返回料仓继续造粒。
本发明优点 :
1、甜菊糖利用细粉重新造粒,提高甜菊糖产品成品率,减少使用过程中的粉尘,同时减少了污染。
2、本工艺具有 ①工艺简洁、流畅。 ②生产效率大幅度提高。③ 保护了环境。现在利用新的工艺,实现了零排放,使整个生产流程实现反应效率和物料利用率最优化,明显增加了企业经济效益。

具体实施方法:
1、利用自动上料放料机将甜菊糖50-100目细粉,通过真空上料管道抽入料仓,料仓通过入料管4接入造粒机(属现有技术,如SZB-1300型造粒制丸机)中,开启造粒机旋转电机带动主轴9及甩盘11转动,开启蠕动泵,将进水管5通入造粒机中,纯水通过进水管下端的雾化器5a雾化后,将甜菊糖细粉和雾化水结合在转盘的带动下沿圆周抛出,形成甜菊糖颗粒,同时开起刮板12,进行搓揉形成圆形或椭圆形颗粒;
2、目视甜菊糖颗粒达到30-40目时,关闭自动上料放料机,停蠕动泵,开启出料阀门,当出料结束,停造粒机,关闭出料阀门;
3、再把做好的颗粒糖转入沸腾床料仓,将料仓与沸腾床筒体闭合,开启气密封密闭。开启引风机,开启加热器,控制进风温度85℃,开启自动气锤进行烘干,烘干30分钟,取样测颗粒水份含量<6%,关闭加热器对物料进行降温,当出风温度将至40℃以下时关闭引风机,关闭气密封。分离料仓与沸腾床;
4、将合格的颗粒糖放入料仓,在开启振筛,将料仓内的颗粒糖通过振筛选取出需要的目数30~60目,并对最后的成品颗粒糖进行包装,筛分出的细粉物料返回料仓继续造粒。

Claims (1)
1.一种甜菊糖抛丸造粒方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1).将50-100目的甜菊糖细粉通过入料管接入造粒机中,开启造粒机旋转电机带动主轴及转盘转动,将甜菊糖细粉和雾化水结合并在转盘的带动下沿圆周抛出,形成甜菊糖颗粒,同时开启造粒机刮板,进行搓揉形成圆形或椭圆形颗粒;
2).目视圆形或椭圆形甜菊糖颗粒达到30-40目时,停止造粒;
3).把造好的圆形或椭圆形甜菊糖颗粒转入沸腾床料仓,开启引风机及加热器,控制进风温度85℃,开启自动气锤进行烘干,烘干30分钟,取样测颗粒水份含量<6%,关闭加热器对物料进行降温,当出风温度将至40℃以下时关闭引风机,关闭气密封,分离料仓与沸腾床;
4).将料仓内的甜菊糖颗粒通过振筛选取出需要的目数30~40目,并对最后的成品甜菊糖颗粒进行包装,筛分出的细粉物料返回料仓继续造粒。
