背景技术:
国家体育总局数据显示,到2020年,我国经常进行体育锻炼的人会增长至4.35亿,从2016到2025年,10年健身人数将实现39%速率增长,达到5亿人。如此数量庞大的健身人群,势必将带动民众对于运动周边的产品需求,比如运动营养食品,需求激增将给运动营养带来巨大的发展机遇。
根据欧睿数据资料显示,目前全球最大的运动营养市场为美国,2018年其市场规模达到了91亿美元,而全球增速最快的运动营养市场是中国,年增20%-40%,预计2023年将达到60亿人民币。过去的五年中,终于运动产业零售额的复合年均增长率高达40%,未来五年,这一数据仍可达到24%,远高于全球运动营养行业的11%。
在一众运动营养食品当中,蛋白粉一家独大,鸡胸肉、肌酸、BCAA增速较快。相对与国外市场,国内运动营养原料卖点仍有不足,同质化较为严重,迫切需要一些新颖的功能性运动产品,进一步提升人民身体素质。
在运动过程中,随着能量的代谢和血液循环的加速,人体氧气消耗激增,在生理上会有很多的外在表现,比如心率加快,血压升高,呼吸加重,这对人体的心肺压力会形成一种挑战。如果锻炼者的心肺压力水平超过其抗压极限,可能造成心脏骤停、运动型猝死等严重后果,因此改善运动心肺压力,促进身体机能的恢复,对锻炼者预防和缓解运动损伤具有重要意义。

为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案,其组成及重量份数为,接骨木莓酸樱桃果粉6~23份,抗性糊精0~40份,针叶樱桃粉0~20份,甜菜根粉0~20份,草莓粉0~20份,小麦低聚肽0~20份,大豆肽0~20份,分离乳清蛋白0~20份,苹果醋粉0~20份,低聚果糖0~20份,复合辅料10~50份;
复合辅料为赤藓糖醇、麦芽糊精、乳糖、柠檬酸、三氯蔗糖中的一种以上。
接骨木莓酸樱桃果粉中,接骨木莓浓缩果汁粉2~8份,樱桃浓缩果汁粉4~15份。
加工时,将上述成分混合并搅拌均匀,得半成品。将半成品上机用铝箔袋灌装密封,分装为2-5g/袋,得最终成品。

本发明采用了莓果复方,并加入多款食品原料制成。其中接骨木莓含有丰富的花青素和多酚类物质,可以减少运动时心率和血压增加的幅度,可以改善心肺压力水平,同时可预防运动后的虚脱状态,加速体能的修复。
本发明中的樱桃浓缩粉为莫雷洛(Morellos)酸樱桃品种,其活性成分高于常规的樱桃,富含多酚和花青素,对于运动后的机体恢复具有较好的积极作用,同时产品中添加了小麦低聚肽,可以为身体提供优质氨基酸,促进肌肉修复,提升锻炼效果,另外该组合物还加入了苹果醋粉,可以加速人体新陈代谢,促进脂肪燃烧,对与靠运动塑形的人来说,具有良好的辅助作用。
产品复配针叶樱桃粉,其含有的维生素C可以清除运动过程中体内形成的自由基,有助于缓解运动损伤,因此该组合物对于运动过程中的心肺压力、运动后的机体恢复,都能起到良好的调理效果。
具体实施方式:
实施例1
将接骨木莓浓缩果汁粉10kg,樱桃浓缩果汁粉(莫雷洛(Morellos)酸樱桃品种)22kg,抗性糊精54kg,针叶樱桃粉10kg,草莓粉10kg,小麦低聚肽10kg,苹果醋粉10kg,低聚果糖10kg,赤藓糖醇53kg,柠檬酸10kg,三氯蔗糖1kg混合并搅拌均匀,得半成品。将半成品上机用铝箔袋灌装密封,分装为2g/袋,得最终成品。
实施例2
挑选20名运动受试者分为两组,在运动前分别测量其血压和心率,实验组服用实施例1的产品2袋,对照组服用同样数量的麦芽糊精,然后两组人员分别在跑步机上进行15分钟的慢跑锻炼,速度为9km/h,10km/h,11km/h各5分钟,试验后然后测量其血压和心率的变化情况。
实验组和对照组的心率和血压均有上升,但从相对值来看,实验组上升比例低于对照组,其中实验组心率上升比对照组低8次/分钟,实验组血压上升幅度平均比对照组低5mmHg,以上实验表明,实施例1可以有效缓解人体在运动过程当中的心肺压力。
实施例3
挑选27名(18男9女)经过耐力训练的跑步者或铁人三项运动员,通过自我饮食回忆来监测前7个补充日的饮食,实验组在耐力训练挑战前7天开始补充实施例1,每日2袋,每天8:00早餐后直接服用,并且在耐力挑战当天和之后的2天服用,总补充剂时间为10d。对照组同时段补充同等克重的麦芽糊精。
在所有测试日前48小时内,禁止运动和服用非甾体抗炎药(NSAIDs)
在比赛前、赛后60分钟,赛后24小时和赛后48小时分别采血,分析血肌酐、尿素氮指标,其中实验组血肌酐浓度在赛后24小时恢复正常,对照组血肌酐恢复正常的时间则超过48小时,实验组尿素氮浓度在赛后48小时恢复正常,对照组恢复时间超过48小时,说明该组合物可以改善运动过程当中的肌酸代谢功能。
实施例4
16名自行车运动员实验,年龄45岁的男性,要求过去2年内每周完成5个小时训练,试验中退出其他锻炼。
8名受试者每天服用实施例12袋(上午8点和下午6点),连续服用8天(实验前4天、实验当天和实验后3天),另8名受试者同时段服用同等克重麦芽糊精对照。
实验当天在运动前进行采血,进行白介素IL-6和超敏c反应蛋白分析,然后服用实施例1和安慰剂,服用后0小时,3小时,5小时,24小时,48小时,72小时再分别进行采血,分析上述指标。
通过比对分析,服用上述组合物实验组的细胞因子IL-6水平恢复较快,约3小时候恢复至正常水平,说明运动导致的炎性因子得到抑制,同时超敏c反应蛋白没有明显的上升,而对照组IL-6水平上升后回落较慢,约5小时候恢复至正常水平,同时超敏c反应蛋白上升较为明显,3天后才恢复至正常水平,说明运动后机体产生了一定的炎性反应。
Claims (2)
1.一种有助于改善运动心肺压力和促进运动恢复的组合物,其特征在于,组成及重量份数为,接骨木莓酸樱桃果粉6~23份,抗性糊精0~40份,针叶樱桃粉0~20份,甜菜根粉0~20份,草莓粉0~20份,小麦低聚肽0~20份,大豆肽0~20份,分离乳清蛋白0~20份,苹果醋粉0~20份,低聚果糖0~20份,复合辅料10~50份;
复合辅料为赤藓糖醇、麦芽糊精、乳糖、柠檬酸、三氯蔗糖中的一种以上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的有助于改善运动心肺压力和促进运动恢复的组合物,其特征在于,接骨木莓酸樱桃果粉中,接骨木莓浓缩果汁粉2~8份,樱桃浓缩果汁粉4~15份。
